We eat here often. Wonderful people who run it. Food is cooked fresh, wonderful variety and great lunch specials. Crab cream cheese ragoons are crispy and filled perfectly. Orange chicken, fried rice, sweet sour chicken, sesame chicken, egg foo yung is a huge portion and the gravy is nice. Chow mien is good. I have never had a meal here that wasn't hot, fresh and delicious!

Lu mein and orange chicken are amazing! The ribs were not my cup of tea but I give them a 3/5 Overall everything else is amazing. Great customer service

I received my order from Chopstix they delivered it and I just wanted to say that the customer service and the delivery were EXCEPTIONAL!! The female driver that delivered she was very nice. She rang the doorbell. She waited for me to come down. She even left two little mints on top of the food boxes. The food is just really good the salt and pepper fish, Singapore rice noodles, which I LOVE the barbecue pork slices everything is just EXCELLENT. Will DEFINITELY be ordering from them much more. They are a 10+10+ plus GRADE A++++

At first I was thrown off by the lady at the counter. She was very short and almost like yelling at me when I was ordering. I didn't think much of it, as maybe a cultural thing. Clean restaurant, clean bathroom, soda fountain and I'm happy. The food was amazing! The lunch special is a great deal! I ordered Orange Chicken. The lady who took my order several times. She even refilled my drink. I will definitely be back.

We actually enjoyed this. The meat/ shrimp was good, noodles were good! We would order this again! 36. House Special Lo Mein

Beef with broccoli- beef was okay, but broccoli was gross and soggy and everything was in water essentially. Orange chicken was old and dry and chewy. Boneless bbq ribs tasted off and they were hard and not a great experience to chew. Crispy wonton strips were not fresh and it came in a small bag. We did order the chili crisp, we liked that. Seems it should just come with the food instead of being charged for it but okay. It was a very tiny condiment container. One thing we actually super enjoyed was the house lo mein. Shrimp, meat, vegetables and noodles were we're all great in it. We ate that! We are the beef from the broccoli and beef and the orange chicken and the chili crisp. But we tossed the broccoli with water, the boneless ribs and the crispy wonton strips.

    3. Cream Cheese with Crab Wontons

Ordered on UE, traveled well actually. Got crab puff wontons - not the worst but not the best, need more filling to fill the whole wonton, enjoyed the sauce. Shrimp egg foo young - it was very light and seemed fresh, could use a stronger flavor with the gravy. Cashew chicken sub lo mein instead of rice- great flavor, great texture/cooking of chicken, lots of veggies, not a lot of cashew, very soft noodles. Mongolian beef with rice - great flavor, a little too many veggies but definitely didn't lack on the meat. Would order again.

Pork ribs were good but a little tough but good

Food and services was amazing. Ambiance were very friendly they helped us order as well we told a customer it was our first time and was nice enough to give some pointers on what to order.

    8. BBQ Spare Ribs
    Richard B.

I was on my way to the Korean restaurant next door when I spotted a pic of Chinese spare ribs on the window. I have been eating them since I was a kid and had to try them. It is rare to find them on menus anymore. While waiting for my food, I noticed this place is spotless from floor to ceiling- another rare find! The ribs were outstanding! I don't give five stars often, but here it is!

My husband ordered the cashchew chicken and it had way too much zucchini. So if you like allot of veggies like that, you will like this dish. My daughter got seafood noodles. Same thing. $15. Tons of seafood. Very herbacious broth. I got brisket noodles. The beef was tender and well seasoned. The noodles here are made in real time while you watch. The are so much better than anything store bought. And the broth was so good it's mostly what I ate. In total we were like $75. Thus, when I do find one that I enjoy, I end up going there a lot when the cravings hit -- and sometimes it takes me a while to get to reviewing a place because I'm admittedly too obsessed with trying everything first before I do. Kung Fu Noodle is one of my favorite noodle joints in Henderson, and along with Shang Artisan Noodle on Maryland Parkway and Silverado Ranch Boulevard, it's one of my go-to Chinese restaurants whenever I'm craving the cuisine. As you might have guessed from the name, they specialize in noodles -- the hand-pulled kind -- and when you come in to the restaurant, you can often see them preparing the noodles by stretching the dough multiple times when you look in the kitchen. It's quite fun watching them prepare the noodles that eventually end up in your food, like those satisfying food videos you watch online... the restaurant itself has a very zen feel to it despite being in a strip mall, so it's a great place to relax, too. Noodle soups and noodle dishes are the name of the game here, but they also serve wok-fried dishes, various street foods, and different kinds of fried rice if you're craving it. Their noodles are among the best I've had, only matched by the noodles I've eaten at Shang -- soft, yet still having a chew to them as they do an amazing job of soaking up the flavor from the soup or sauce that they're cooked in. The fact that I come here repeatedly is a testament to how delicious their food is -- and how cheap, too! A bowl of noodles with appetizers will only run you $20 at most, and considering the quality, it's well worth it! My go-to is the beef brisket noodle, and I order a side of wonton soup from the appetizers to add to the soup. Other standouts include their seafood delight, kung pao chicken, their beef chow mein, and their shrimp tempura and potstickers! It'd be much easier to list the food I've ordered here that I didn't like, which is... nothing, lol. The best part is, the service here is pretty quick, so you're not having to wait long for your food or drinks. Needless to say, I consider this place one of Henderson's best-kept secrets, which is why I'm willing to spill this particular secret since you really can't go wrong with delicious noodles, whatever form they come in. Try this place out -- and thank me later when you add it to your local rotation.

I think the combo of covid and moving to a larger space put undue pressure on the business because the prices keep going up and the food quality is going way down. I went on Friday for the first time in many months. They had an entirely new menu, with a lot of new items and higher prices. I ordered my favorite, the soft shell crab fried rice. Normally this is amazing but this time it was very bland and the crab was not fresh, at all. This is a shareable item, but $55. Crazy! We also ordered a new duck item. Half duck served crispy. This was a more expensive version of the same exact dish I got there before. Nothing new and nothing fresh as this just tasted bad. I love duck and I had to smother it in sauce to get it down. The only thing that saved the meal was the panang. They always make this well and this time we sprung for the upgraded rib option, which was very good and the only thing that didn't taste in the verge of expiration. The menu is nice and creative but it seems like the same items just not fresh and more expensive. I'm wondering if they just aren't busy enough and holding food longer than they should or using frozen items that you can't get away with passing off as fresh. I don't think I'll be going back anytime soon. At these pricea and declining quality, there are much better options, which is sad because I really liked this place and have gone so many times over the years.

They had some good reviews and a very extensive menu. I walked in and eventually placed a take-out order consisting of a General Tao Chicken combination plate, and a Shrimp in Garlic Sauce combination plate. The reason is called a combination plate is because it comes with spring rolls, curry puff, and soup. Choice of either fried rice or white rice, i got both with fried rice. You don't get the soup with take-out. I got home and immediately opened both plates, which smelled really good on the drive home in the car. First impressions, the fried rice had a little speck of egg, and that's it, and probably just seasoned with some soy sauce. That's it. No meat, carrots, peas, green onions, nothing. The taste was a good as it looked. The shrimp in Garlic Sauce tasted ok, but was not what I was expecting. General Tao Chicken was good, nice portion of chicken and the sweet and sour sauce was tasty. I was given 3 spring rolls and 2 curry puffs, but not sure if I was shorted one spring roll, or given an extra one. Taste was good, crisp but oily. The curry puff is just cream cheese with curry powder, good flavor but the wrapper was a little hard. In a nutshell, it was ok. Maybe I ordered the wrong things today, but still better than Panda Express
