Came here on National Chicken Teriyaki Day: 12/11/24. I saw a promo that if you had the TMAD app, you'd get a BOGO free chicken teriyaki bowl on this day. I ordered on the app and was able to select location and pick up time and applied the promo. I haven't had teriyaki madness in years so this was a great refresher! The promo was only for regular chicken teriyaki bowls. I got one with white rice as the base and the other with $1.25 upgraded with noodles. You can definitely taste the freshness and smell the fire grilled chicken. Service was wonderful. I selected a 5:30pm pick up time and came a few minutes early. All I had to do was check in and it was ready within a couple minutes! Each bowl was $14.99 without the upgrade. It is a pretty big portion in my opinion. I ate less than half and was full. So for $15 and a minimum of two meals, this is worth it for me. read more

Hubby ordered a Teriyaki Chicken Bowl. He quickly told me that the "chicken is juicy and tender." He gave me a slice and he's right: the chicken was juicy and tender. (It was the mixed chicken, both dark meat and breast.) There was so very much chicken that he couldn't eat it all. When he was done, he had FIVE strips of chicken left, so I ate them. I had ordered the Salmon Teriyaki Bowl. The salmon didn't have any taste at all and it was overdone. My piece of salmon was small, which is why I had room for six pieces of my husband's chicken. The Nice-Lady-at-the-Counter gave us the Senior Discount even though we didn't know to ask for it. Upon reviewing the receipt, I see that the Senior Discount is for people 55 years of age and older. We are well qualified, LOL! But, if you're over 55 and reading this, know that you can ask for a Senior Discount. They only have one size of fountain drinks. It's pretty large. In fact, I'm still drinking my unsweetened tea and we've had lunch, driven to Walmart, shopped, stopped at a gas station, driven home and put away our Walmart purchases. And I still have unsweetened tea left in my cup. BTW, thank you for offering unsweetened tea. My husband had a Diet Coke but threw out what remained when we got home. The problem with soft drinks from a dispenser (versus a factory can or bottle), both regular and diet, is that the taste varies depending on how it was mixed. His was too sweet. Before leaving, I used the Women's Restroom just to wash the sticky from my hands. When I walked in, I couldn't help but notice that the toilet seat was up, as if a man had urinated in it or someone had cleaned the bowl. Not really what I want to see, but at least it was clean. I was pleasantly surprised by the taste of the Teriyaki chicken here. The slightly blackened part of the chicken combined with the tasty sweet teriyaki sauce makes for a very yummy experience. I have been going to this Tmad location for over five years. Today is the first time I have not been given extra sauce when requesting it as a courtesy. I asked for sauce on the side instead of on my meal today, which saves them from making additional ingredients on the plate . The guy at the counter after handing me my meal gave me only one packet of sauce. I asked him for two additional packets as it was a while breast of a chicken and broccoli bowl, and he stated he would be charging me for additional packets. I reminded him I asked for my sauce on the side instead of on my meal, and he said ya you got your packet of sauce, I asked him again can I just get two more and he said ya but I'm charging you. I said ok whatever charge me, and he looked at me and said "Ya whatever bro!" Then threw my sauces at the bag not even making them inside. He had a shit attitude and def seemed to hate his job. Needless to say either the owner is careless with hiring, or they are becoming cheap and not willing to provide teriyaki sauce for a teriyaki bowl unless you pay extra for it. I have been coming to teriyaki madness for years. I stopped there today because I didn't feel like cooking. I ordered 2 teriyaki chicken breast bowls with fried rice and vegetables. I came early because I figured everything would be fresh. I was wrong. The chicken was extremely dry and tasted like it was from days before. I was shocked because I have been to numerous locations throughout Las Vegas and this location I expected to be one of the best. I paid $32.00 for 2 regular sized bowls and even gave a tip. Whoever is managing this location please make sure the chicken is fresh or not over cooked. This was my first meal of the day and now I lost my appetite. Also, the rice was mushy. For $15.00 I expect more fresh. You will see the mushy rice in the picture I've added. Fried rice is NOT supposed to taste like this. Not all teriyaki bowls are created equal. When I used to live up in the Seattle area, there were so many awesome teriyaki bowl restaurants, and they were all so good. It had been a while and I had an urge for a teriyaki bowl. Between the four of us. We ordered Katsu, chicken, spicy chicken, and beef bowls. Not one of these had the same size portions in the restaurants in the Seattle area. Also, the meat in the beef bowl was thin, almost like gyro meat which I've never seen before in a teriyaki bowl. Also, we got a four pack of eggrolls, and it seems like they could've added a lot more filling. All in all it wasn't bad, but there was nothing spectacular about it. We ordered our food online using the credit card and it was ready for us to pick up when we showed up at the restaurant. It's a small little place which is several tables. the one thing that was very disappointing to me was that I ordered the large size portion that obviously had a higher price point. To be honest sitting next to the regular size bowl the only thing that looked different was the size of the container it was in the amount of food was basically exactly the same to that of the regular size chicken bowl. If you're gonna charge me extra then provide me with extra food portion. Just don't charge me extra just because you're giving me a bigger container with the same amount of food in it.
