I had the beef subgum combo and my wife had the beef & broccoli combo. Both were excellent. The dishes were well-seasoned but not salty, a great balance between light and dark soy sauces while at the same time showing restraint. I think I also detected a touch of Chinese cooking wine which rounded out the sauce. Meats were tender, veggies were crisp, and the fried rice was excellent (touch more dark soy than I have experienced at other Chinese restaurants which made it flavorful and provided a deeper flavor yet not salty). Wonton soup and egg roll were both excellent. And great lunch combo value at $12.25 (as of 9/26/26). I will be returning soon!
