He told me it would likely be two weeks. It was thirteen days. It looked like a different mechanism when he returned. He spent an hour and a half installing the mechanism back into the cabinet, and adjusting it. The clock is working better than before it broke! Had another little clock that belonged to my Grandmother that she owned since 1949. I lost the key in 2020, and have been unable to wind it. Joe brought a bag of possible keys and we found the one that worked; looked just like the original. Joe didn't charge me for the key. This gentleman knows his way around clocks and provides honest, respectful and friendly customer service. I will be a customer for a long, long time. Thank you Joe!
