We closed escrow…read moreon a home, we were the buyers, and this agency failed to let us know the house was INFESTED with bed bugs....... A pest or a home inspection would never have detected this, as these critters only come out at night, nor would a pest company check for this unless they were told to specifically look because of the way the bed bugs work.. They hide in cracks, baseboards, imbed themselves under carpet, etc..... The previous owner was fully aware because this is not something that is NOT noticeable. We are now stuck with having to have a heat treatment by a professional pest company that is going to cost us $1,600.. We saved every dime we could to purchase our first home and this is what we are dealing with. We have young children... thanks for a crappy representation of a home you listed for sale.
