The signs say " bring your big mouth " and " love local, eat delicious ". Turns out this is a Florida, USA-based small chain, so not much for local. The decor is basic planked woods with vinyl green and grey benches. You can smell a Whiff of grease from the fryers as you open the door. Wait, what? Yes, fryers! They sell French fries and poutine in a sandwich shop lol. First impressions remind me of What Mr Sub, which happens to be located across the street, used to be like 15 years ago. The subs here start at $7.95 for a small and go up to. Around $15 for the 12in. I wanted to try different sandwiches so I started out by ordering a small " triple deli classic " which comes with turkey, ham and roast beef - only to be told it only comes in the large format, really? Ah ok... so let's move on. I ordered a small montreal smoked beef ($7.95) and the small Italian Steak ($7.95) and had the choice of white or whole wheat bread.
