Lunch was a ham and cheese sandwich that was nicely loaded and served with fabulous kettle chips. Filling and inexpensive. But its consistently troubling issue is the large amount of flour caked on and baked on the outside of the loaves. They use an extreme amount of flour on the raw dough as a release from their baking baskets, and after the bake they just leave it all stuck to the loaf. When I bring a loaf home I often spend a few minutes smacking it and scraping it over the sink where I dislodge so much raw flour from the outside of the bread. Sometimes there's a rind of undercooked flour cemented to the outside of the loaf. This is wildly unacceptable.

Plus everyone else was standing around and there was only one cashier with a long line!!! Homeless people are still people and they deserve just as much as anyone else I hope she gets the help she needs to be more compassionate
