It's thicker and crispier than commercial so I think they make their cones in house! But the rockstar is the ice cream itself. I grew up in the area and so I'm very familiar with northwest flavors. This ice cream is like my childhood in a scoop. The ice cream has enough fats to give a nice mouth feel and I'm not even sure they use Guar gum or carrageenan. The honey tastes local. Even the raspberry syrup tastes like raspberries off the side of a country road that are ripe but not too ripe. That sweet sour taste. If you are traveling through or a guest of this town, you have to try the ice cream.

It was nice to dine in, with cold A/C. My daughter ordered the bacon cheeseburger with an extra beef patty. I could tell she loved her burger because she was quietly devouring it. They even let her select the type of cheese she wanted, from the cheese options they have. What-what?!? Who does that? They do! She selected the fries. We were pleasantly surprised that they were crinkle fries. And the portion was generous. They were crisp and delicious. For dessert we had donuts. Always really good! If we had enough room in our tummies, we would have ordered ice cream too. After her burger, fries, bottle of Diet Coke, and donut, my daughter had her fill. We were both in a food coma. Sad that they deep-fry the potatoes even for a short amount which takes away from what could be amazing flavor of the bit of rosemary. Croissant was small and flaky not so much buttery. As a person who has traveled Europe many times just wish the cute ambiance translated to the table and service.
