I just tried this place for the first time last night since I was craving a warm decadent dessert, and I was not disappointed! We ordered the Nutella crepe and the Kinder Bueno crepe. Both were delicious; they were super chocolatey, as other reviews have mentioned, but that wasn't a bad thing in our book. The staff was super friendly and talked to us for a bit about the place, then gave us some stamp cards (which we will definitely be using). After a big dinner, we couldn't finish it all, and next time we'll probably add fruit to cut all the chocolate. Super happy we found this semi-hidden gem! read more

Overpriced, careless and bad quality. $10 for a banana Nutella crepe with no bananas on the inside literally 6 slices of banana pieces on top, the crepe was rubbery and gross. I even brought one to my brother who ate it in a different room and came out and said "I ate it but ew that was disgusting". Way over priced for what you're getting and not good at all, toppings missing on several orders we had. There was a group of 10 of us. We were over charged on top of that with the wrong item, they also forgot one order and we had to go back for it. Everyone in the group was unhappy with this place, will not be back. read more

This place is so good! And open late too! Service was amazing, the man let us try 3 of his amazing flavors of chocolate, all really good! Would recommend to everyone to try!! read more

CHOCOLATE OVERLOAD! Most generous portion of melted chocolate with crepe. If you like your crepes soft and not crispy, like I do, this place is for you. It really stands up to its store name, and for a good price, too. I recommend sharing unless your stomach is empty. Only downside is that i got a headache from so much chocolate and fell into a food coma, but that's not a bad thing to complain about. read more

Great place, opens till late, we come here almost weekly, just for the kinder and choco lotus read more

Chocolate bash has delectable treats perfect for this summer's sweet tooth. The owner, Rasha, is so kind and approachable! I love their crepes, especially with Belgian chocolate when I'm not feeling a nutella mood. So excited for their second location opening up!! read more

We went yesterday and ordered the fruit dip platter which was absolutely gorgeous and the fruit was very fresh and beautifully plated. The chocolate was rich and perfectly melted and came with a cute tiny candle under to keep it warm. We also ordered the fruit and mini pancake kabob which was also yummy, but we were craving more of the perfect mini pancakes after overall we loved it very much and will get more pancakes next time read more

Probably one of the best dessert/ dessert spots ever. I'd come everyday if I can. A message to the owner, you guys should consider opening up a spot in Cerritos,CA. The town is in need of a new dessert spot! & I know for a fact this would be a such a hit in the city! read more

This place makes the best deserts ever!!! I would definitely recommend coming here again because all of the desserts are works of art and are awesome. this place was awesome! great service!! mahmoud and ian were great and gave us great recommendations!! definitely recommend this place :)

Tried here twice to give them a second chance. Service is no go. Quality of food is ok but the lack of greeting customers, taking care of customers in order, and pricing does not warrant me giving them my money. read more

This place is amazing. My friend and I went there because the sushi across the street did not fill us up. The young gentleman working was incredible. Extremely friendly and helpful. We looked like lost puppies in there trying to figure out what to get. Not only was he extremely helpful, he had a smile on this face the whole time, and it wasn't fake. He was grateful. He genuinely was happy with what he was doing, and these days, customer service like he provided, is hard to come by. that's just my experience. I will be eating here frequently. As for the food and chocolate, absolutely amazing. read more

As a college student preparing for finals, I was super stressed and wanted to some late night dessert to treat myself! I'm so happy I found this place, they were open late so I could have this delivered to me and I didn't have to worry about going out and driving to get it. The pancake it's self is really fluffy and light, and the chocolate used is obviously very high-quality and was amazing read more

Sure, there could be potential- but the owner has walked outside twice leaving her poorly trained and obviously stressed employees to deal with other difficult and rude customers. It took 25 minutes for us to get two crepes and one banana stick. Obscene. No apologies or comps either. No eye contact from the owner. Can't believe a crepe place only has one crepe hot plate. Insane. read more

Only tried the crepes and was very satisfied. They also have the kinder eggs which I've searched almost everywhere for!

Chocolate Bash - THEY ATE IT ALL!!! - Chocolatiers & Shops Near Me - Newport Beach, California

While looking for hot chocolate on a cool evening, we found ourselves here. Although hot chocolate wasn't on the menu, they offered us some of the best hot chocolate we have ever tasted. We made the mistake of also ordering waffles to go. We would have stayed, but there were only a couple of small tables which were occupied. I felt the waffles were way overpriced for the quality. The apple waffle consisted of a fresh waffle, covered in some cinnamon apple slices that were microwaved in a ziplock bag. Bland and disappointing. The chocolate waffle was drizzled in chocolate from the impressive chocolate fountain visible from the street, but was not impressive to have a $10 waffle with just chocolate syrup on top. I paid extra to have them a la mode. I was given half a scoop of ice cream each for an extra $4. Overpriced and low quality food. Friendly staff. read more

I actually think my eyes may have rolled back into my head as I sipped their Arabic coffee. (Be careful loose lid) cup is filled with extremely hot coffee. read more

By far, THE BEST Waffle I have ever had in my life!! And I'm a picky eater!! I ordered the Oreo Waffle with Lotus chocolate, and white chocolate. ABSOLUTELY MOUTH WATERING from the first bite to the last!! She made the waffle fresh in front of my eyes and topped it with goodies my taste buds couldn't resist. My wife and kids also had crepes and waffles, and we all left stuffed, feeling like someone poured liquid gold in our tummies. Truly, an amazing experience and their warm coffee and cappuccinos were an excellent compliment to their delicious food. We will definitely be back! read more

great place !!! LAMA HAD AMAZINGGG CUSTOMER SERVICE also this is a very clean desert spot right on the beach

This place has the absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced. I tried to order something from here off of Postmates & my order was delayed for over an hour. I received a total of 5 texts from Postmates asking me to change/update my order because this location was out of what I wanted. I updated my order 5 times before calling to see what was happening. Upon calling I spoke to a woman named Aileen, she told me that the reason for these texts was because they "were too busy at the time to make my order". So, instead of contacting me in any way I was given the run around for over an hour. She also told me they were in no way sold out of what I had originally wanted, so when I asked if my order could still be made she said yes & to send it through Postmates. When I tried to do so the app wouldn't allow me to order what I had originally ordered. So naturally I called back & she said there is nothing I can do for you. After waiting over an hour all she says is there is nothing I can do for you.. this is crazy to me! I, then came up with the solution to select different items from the menu with the same total while telling her I still wanted my original order. I submit my order & of course, it will not allow me because the location had closed. Once again I called back, she then tells me it's her boss who sets up the hours through Postmates, so it's not her fault. Again, she says she can do nothing for me. Absolutely nothing. As someone who works in the food industry, I have never seen such disrespect & laziness come from anywhere else. It's so unfortunate because I used to love this so much, but if this is how the business chooses to treat its customers I have no problem never coming back. read more

This was the best dessert spot to go to!! Somar helped me pick out the mini pancakes that were DELICIOUS! Him and the other coworker were so sweet and helpful. I haven't experienced such amazing and genuine customer service like this in a very long time. I can't wait to come back!! read more
