    Butternut Mac & Cheese

Absolutely amazing place that I trust for clean, healthy and delicious food that you can tell is carefully prepared and packed! The butternut squash Mac is so simple but SO TASTY and COMFORTING! The Almond Butter Sea Noodles are out of this world ... the only non-grain noodle I have ever had that didn't have a strange texture! The Brussels sprouts are decadent and the wellness lemonade was exactly what I needed for immunity from the travel. Thank you Chloe!

Been dying to come here and it didn't disappoint! I am not at all vegan but this meal made me satisfied and had a vibrant rotation of flavors.

I've been hearing great things about Chloe on Bleecker since it opened last year, and I'm so happy to say I also had a great experience! My family and I were big fans of the original By Chloe chain, so we were thrilled to hear that Chef Chloe reclaimed her brand and opened this new fast-casual eatery. It was busy on a Saturday around 12:15 p.m., with about a 5-10 minute wait in line. As we neared the front, we excitedly realized that Chloe herself was working the register! She was so kind and welcoming. We received buzzers for our orders and grabbed an indoor table for two while waiting for our food. I ordered the spicy cashew crunch salad, which is apparently their most popular salad--and for good reason! It was delicious and generously portioned, with an impressive 45 grams of protein. The spicy cashew dressing had a nice kick just shy of being too spicy for me, and the super-seeded avocado added a refreshing, cooling element. The Fresno chili jam was an interesting touch--flavorful in small doses--and the tofu was nicely baked and marinated. I really enjoyed this salad and would happily order it again (though I might try subbing the tofu for tempeh next time just to change it up). I also tried a few bites of my friend's quinoa taco salad, and it was just as tasty as I remembered! My only minor note would be that the cherry tomatoes could've been a bit firmer and fresher. Overall, I'm so glad Chef Chloe is back--and I can't wait to return!

I googled "vegan food near me" and this place came up. Lucky me! Not only was the space beautiful and minimalistic, but the staff was cheerful. Many great options, but I went with the quinoa taco bowl and a matcha latte with some type of maple "mylk". Then I found myself a table. I will say that I hate touching buzzers because I'm a hypochondriac and they use them here. But I guess that's a personal problem, lol. The bowl was sooo good and so was the matcha. Completely satisfied my craving for a healthy meal and a small hit of caffeine. Can't say enough about the ambience. I felt like I was in someone's dining room! I will be back.

the iconic chloe by chloe! vegans know the lore about what it took to open this spot, and when I went on a Saturday afternoon I was lucky to see chloe herself working there. She has such a kind demeanor, as did all of the staff I interacted with. There was actually quite a long line to order, and it took a while to move; they could use another register running during busy hours. When we did near the front, the bakery case came into display and there were plenty of cakes, cookies and breads. I tried the seasonal cinnamon roll - matcha strawberry ($12, a bit steep) - and it was large, soft and delicious. I've tried the cake slices here in the past too and they've all been solid. As for entrees, there's a brunch menu on the weekends until 3p, but I elected for a salad from the all day menu. The spicy cashew crunch salad was as flavorful as it was colorful, the chili jam on top was a great kick. The pancakes at brunch looked really good, would definitely try those if I came back. There's decent seating inside and out, though it does fill up on the weekend. The menu has plenty of options, but a lot of nuts so those with allergies should be cautious. I did appreciate that they asked everyone ordering whether they had any allergies. Chloe has a great mix of lighter "health food" fare, as well as more indulgent vegan options, truly something for everyone!

wow wow wowwww one of the best salads I've had ever ever. this place is exactly everything i could dream for in a cafe/restaurant/casual grab and go or stay for hours type spot. all the food options are made with super clean ingredients, all plant based, and made with whole foods. It's all protein packed and packed with sooo many good nutrients + SOOO DELICIOUS!!! loved the quinoa taco salad and studied here for hours. ALSO THE DRINKS!!! dark cherry matcha latte was so strong, perfectly balanced in flavor, and slight sweetness. made with elmhurst milks too which are s tier.

Excellent food -- amazing that it's vegan too! And the cinnamon swirl pancake is the best I've ever had. 5 stars! Don't think twice -- make a beeline right now!

5 stars for the food but everything is really expensive and service is slowwww so overall 4 stars. I've had Chloe's predecessor By Chloe a lot back in LA and was hyped to see Chloe reopen in NYC. Many of the original food items are still on the menu here, including my favorite Quinoa Taco Salad. The salad comes with romaine. cherry tomatoes. white bean quinoa. avocado. spicy maple seitan. crispy tortilla strips. agave lime dressing. coconut lime drizzle, and supergreen goddess dressing. I enjoy the variety of textures and flavors in the salad a lot. But for $17 pre tax, it is pretty pricey. The most recent time I was here, I waited 35 minutes after I ordered at the counter for my salad and fries to be ready.

Chloe's is a very cute, very delicious vegan gem! The service was amazing and so kind. It's perfect for a meet up with friends or a solo date with a book. I got the Caesar salad and a matcha latte--both were wonderful! Might be my favorite vegan Caesar salad I've had yet.

TL;DR - Chloe is a casual, welcoming all-day vegan cafe with a boho-chic, Anthropologie aesthetic & a menu full of vibrant, plant-based comfort food. From elaborate veggie burgers to hearty grain bowls & green goddess-drenched taco salads, there's something for everyone. The vibe is laid-back & effortlessly stylish. The bright, modern space channels an airy, wellness-focused California cafe, making it a great spot for a casual catch-up with friends, or a quick bite. I ordered the Supernatural Bowl, and it was packed with textures & bold flavors. The subtly sweet coconut rice paired well with the smoky roasted shiitakes, black beans, and butternut cheese. The avocado, pickled onion, and baked tofu added creaminess, tang, and protein, while the chipotle tomato sauce tied everything together with a warm, smoky kick. Toasted pumpkin seeds provided the perfect crunch to round out an already fantastic dish. To drink, I had their green juice in a glass bottle--refreshing, crisp, and a great light, cleansing addition to the meal. As a counter-service cafe, the experience is quick, easy, and low-pressure--perfect for a casual, no-fuss meal. The staff was friendly, and my food came out fast but thoughtfully prepared. Chloe is a go-to for fresh, flavorful plant-based fare with a modern twist. Whether you're vegan or just looking for a great grain bowl, veggie burger, or next-level salad, this spot delivers. Casual, stylish, and consistently delicious.

Was excited to see this place back in business under the original chef (Beatnic was not it lol). Ordered delivery to my office. Sadly the quinoa taco salad was not as good as I remember... lettuce was kind of yellow. Jajaja does it better now. But the butternut squash mac was still excellent! Please bring back the rainbow sprinkle sugar cookies!!

What a super cute place Chloe got back! I went on a Sunday 4pm and the place was still packed! The service is great - they are fast and super attentive. Coming to the food - I went ahead with warm supernatural bowl on a cold day and it was amazing!!! The combination of black bean, tofu and roasted shiitake was great and this bowl was so comforting! The ingredients are fresh and clean. I am excited to try other things from the menu next time.

The front part where you first walk in is the bar area with some tables. This restaurant is on the darker side and brings you back in time. Once you walk in further that is where the main dinning room is. This is also on the darker side as you can maybe tell by my photos. The wall paper and art around the restaurant is cool and there are some monkey statues around the restaurant. I was seated in a corner table in a booth area that seemed to be for at least 2-3 people. I thought for sure they would seat me at the bar area. I had a wonderful waitress whose name I think was Taylor but I could be wrong. I ordered the Monkey bread to start off with. It's a very buttery bread with truffle and parm cheese on top. I have alot of allergies and I was searching online if I could even have truffles as I have a nut allergy. So, I asked the waitress and she said she had never heard this. But, she came back to me and told me that White truffle grows near or like over where Almonds grow from but that, they don't use white truffle so I was all good. Well, this was super nice of her to check for me. I had no idea she was going to do this. She said the restaurant has strict protocols when it comes to food allergies. I then got for my main dish the double cheese burger with onions and pickles. To drink I had the cucumber martini. WOW everything was pretty darn good!! I passed on dessert. If you get a chance or a reservation pops up in your resy to go, even if it is for lunch..I highly say go for it.

Our server was…read moreincredibly warm, upbeat, and full of energy--one of those people who genuinely elevates a meal. I only wish I could remember her name because she deserves the recognition. We started with drinks, and mine ended up being a surprise standout. I ordered the coconut margarita, slightly hesitant since I'm not usually a margarita fan--but it completely won me over. It struck a perfect balance and leaned just enough into the coconut to make it feel unique without being overpowering. My sister-in-law, who's pregnant, had a non-alcoholic Ritual margarita and loved it, noting how convincingly it mimicked the real thing. Since we were sharing, we got to try a good mix of the menu. The monkey bread came first--definitely a splurge at $34, but it's one of those fun, indulgent starters that's worth ordering at least once. While I wouldn't call it the best bread I've ever had, I also wouldn't change anything about it. The crab rangoon was another highlight. Having it made with real crab made a noticeable difference, and the dipping sauces complemented it really well. It felt like a more elevated take on something familiar. For mains, the French dip was a hit. The meat was incredibly tender, the bread had that ideal crusty exterior, and the au jus was packed with flavor--I was very glad I ordered extra. It pulled the whole dish together. We also tried the smoked whitefish Caesar, which was the only dish that didn't quite land for me. It was a well-made, fresh salad, but the smoked fish flavor was a bit overpowering and took over the balance of the dish. Even though we were too full for dessert, the restaurant surprised us with a scoop of strawberry ice cream with chocolate sauce to celebrate my sister-in-law's babymoon. It ended up being one of the most memorable bites of the meal--we're still talking about how good that ice cream was. We arrived right at 11:45, and by the time we left, the place was absolutely buzzing. It's clearly a popular spot, and for good reason. Between the lively atmosphere, strong service, and well-executed food, I'd highly recommend making a reservation if you can.
