Salvatore Ferragamo is not one of my go-to brands (then again, no brands on Ferragamo's level are a…read morego-to for me since I don't have money like that). However, I'm a fan of their ties - I love how at first glance they look like normal ties with a typical patten but as you look closer it gives way to something different. Whenever I make my way up to Woodbury Common I usually stop in here since they're sold at a discounted price vs. the retail stores. The ties are great, but shoes are the real backbone of the company. I have a party coming up, and since I could always use a new pair of shoes, I figured I would have a look at their selection during my latest Woodbury excursion. This Ferragamo store is large - merchandise is separated down the center with men's clothing on one side and women's clothing on the other; I made my way to the shoes to start browsing. It's always a gamble in the outlets because stock can be iffy and there are so many people shopping it's hard to get the attention of an associate; luckily, I did not have to wait long for someone to ask if I needed help. The first pair I was looking at wasn't in stock in my size, but the second one I chose was - after giving them a test run and a quick glance at the ties (you know, just in case), I made my way to checkout. Service was great, the same person who was helping me with the shoes was the one who rung me out - he was friendly and made the transaction seamless. Overall, I had a very smooth experience at Ferragamo. Staff was friendly, and I was able to snag a pair of shoes at the right price. While I'm not sure when I will be making another purchase from here, they will definitely be in my rotation of spots to browse whenever I'm at Woodbury Common.

We've only been to Fendi boutiques, and this was our first time to a Fendi outlet, so we had no…read moreidea what to expect. The store was very clean and everything was nicely laid out. There was plenty of things to look at. There weren't as many women's clothes so my wife didn't have too much to look at and there weren't too many sizes of shoes either. Colette was the main person helping us, but because we went there pretty early, other CAs were chimed in too. Colette went as far as to track down a size of pants I needed all the way over in California for me. She was able to do the sale of both pants and a pair of sneakers as a send sale so that we didn't have to carry them around or pay sales tax (yay NH). It is an outlet, so you most likely will not find current season items or the signature items, but there are plenty of great deals to be had. Overall, it was a good experience, and it has become one of our must go shops whenever we visit.

My friend bought a shoes and paid for it and my sister also wanna get another shoes. They realized that there's a sign about buy one get one 50%. So they went and showed and the receipt to get 50% di scount. The cashier didn't answer and explain anything and just did her task with so weird and rude face and told them only "$23.21". She didn't even wanna say anything. I think that's the last day of work that's why there no responsibility about customer. We spent money with very sucks service. Kudo and Kristy were friendly and gave me excellent advice on maintaining my bags and recommended a cleaner. They let me browse at my pace and I didn't feel pressured to buy something I didn't love. The store has a good selection of products from a year ago. I found the Dior essential tote that I was eyeing for a while here!
