Yelp recommended that I place it here. Are you looking for a one of a kind gift/experience? Look no further than the House of Handsome's Galimard experience. It is a 2 hour experience. We sniffed 127 (not a typo) scents. Michael (owner & Galimard graduate) walked us through the brand's history, his education, how perfume reacts with our bodies, and let us develop our signature scents. I have to wait two (2) weeks for the perfume to mesh/settle. I will be sniffing my Base, Middle, and Top teasers. I found the website not user-friendly. The phone menu refers the customers to the website. Our perfumes are now on file ... so if we run out, Michael can recreate our final products. We got great street parking.

They offer different types of accessories to make the lifetime of your candle last longer. You can of course smell the scents to see what you'd like. Large jar candles can be expensive but they tend to offer sales which make them more affordable. While I was shopping for Black Friday they were offering their "sparkly" candles for $5.00 which was a $10.00 savings. I purchased 5 of them for stocking stuffer gifts and this purchase entitled me to a clutch for $15.00 that included a candle, a scent for your car and a couple of other things. That helped me scratch someone else off my list. Staff is very friendly and eager to help you. I normally purchase an open air lid which you can use on just about any large or midsize candle to allow the wax to evenly distribute while you are burning your candle. They teach you the best way to trim your wick and give you other recommendations for enjoying the scent you have purchased. One of the best things is that once you purchase a candle from them it will last for a long time before the jar is completely consumed. Some of their current scents are named after the Sound of Music movie but it is still worthwhile to pay a visit and see what's new.

Regarding the specific items they sell, I'm particularly fond of their "Worsh" soap dispenser design, which is possibly the perfect combination of practical and Pittsburgh-centric design. The mug collection here is also great, with a variety of sizes as well as a variety of patterns (some of which also come with variations in their color schemes).
