If it is not, you would return said item in *original condition*, *unused*, within less than 24 hours. That is an extremely rigid policy when you're in the store at 3 pm wanting to purchase the item and if a return is needed you will return it as soon as the store opens the next day. Far less than 24 hours. No exceptions are made to their policy which they say they put in place because people wear things then return them. Understandable. I agree. But this was a communion veil on a Friday afternoon. No church is celebrating First Communions on a Friday night or first thing Saturday morning. Yet they were unwavering in their policy. Very disappointing.

I picked it up a few days before Christmas and they completely messed up one of the words engraved on my order. They did let me keep the first one and gave me the corrected one for no extra cost, but I did not receive any money back, any coupons, or anything else to compensate the mishap. I feel as though if they cared about their customers, they would have tried a little bit harder to fix their mistake. I will definitely not be returning to waste more money here.

One delivery was a stunning long stem rose bouquet. My husband told them that I liked purple, so along with the beautiful roses and baby's breath were some purple accents and a gorgeous purple bow. The roses smelled fantastic and lasted well over a week. The second were flower bouquets that I received after a performance. Those bouquets were full of color and seasonal accents and lasted almost two weeks. A visit to the shop is also a delight. There is a great variety of gifts and floral items in a range of prices. If you are looking to send someone flowers or are searching for a unique gift, I recommend a call or visit to Buttercup.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about the arrangements I have received and about the service from the staff! You know that sometimes ordering flowers from a florist that you have never done business with before and are not sure of the quality of their work can be daunting. Berries and Birch really took that apprehension away for my mom and she told me that each of her experiences working with the staff have been great. I'll have to add a photo of my most recent arrangement received from mom. It really was beautiful and lasted about 3 weeks (I'm terrible about caring for floral arrangements). I highly recommend Berries and Birch for any of your floral needs!

We love Elizabeth's flowers! SO many compliments at both events. We're still thinking about her gorgeous flowers in 2021. Elizabeth is super creative and has strong opinions about flowers! She thinks outside the box, and her vision may differ from yours. For events, I recommend asking Elizabeth to make you a test arrangement. I did that and the test arrangements weren't exactly what I was expecting, so I explained my concerns and she adjusted the flowers both times - for the wedding and the anniversary party. Revised test arrangements were perfect. Prices are absolutely unbeatable... Her flowers are gorgeous, huge, fresh and last SO long. I seriously don't know how she defies the laws of biology... The flowers are already mostly open for the event, but they open even more in the days afterward and they LAST and LAST. I could go on and on about how beautiful these flowers are... and I am PICKY. I can't wait until the next time our family hires Elizabeth again. The flowers are the stuff of dreams. *Swoon*
