If it is not, you would return said item in *original condition*, *unused*, within less than 24 hours. That is an extremely rigid policy when you're in the store at 3 pm wanting to purchase the item and if a return is needed you will return it as soon as the store opens the next day. Far less than 24 hours. No exceptions are made to their policy which they say they put in place because people wear things then return them. Understandable. I agree. But this was a communion veil on a Friday afternoon. No church is celebrating First Communions on a Friday night or first thing Saturday morning. Yet they were unwavering in their policy. Very disappointing.

Yankee Candle is a popular chain where you can find just about anything from votives to giant jar…read morecandles. You can purchase some of their products in other retail stores but for the best selection go to the store itself. They offer different types of accessories to make the lifetime of your candle last longer. You can of course smell the scents to see what you'd like. Large jar candles can be expensive but they tend to offer sales which make them more affordable. While I was shopping for Black Friday they were offering their "sparkly" candles for $5.00 which was a $10.00 savings. I purchased 5 of them for stocking stuffer gifts and this purchase entitled me to a clutch for $15.00 that included a candle, a scent for your car and a couple of other things. That helped me scratch someone else off my list. Staff is very friendly and eager to help you. I normally purchase an open air lid which you can use on just about any large or midsize candle to allow the wax to evenly distribute while you are burning your candle. They teach you the best way to trim your wick and give you other recommendations for enjoying the scent you have purchased. One of the best things is that once you purchase a candle from them it will last for a long time before the jar is completely consumed. Some of their current scents are named after the Sound of Music movie but it is still worthwhile to pay a visit and see what's new.

Imagine my surprise when I was told that they would not give me my money back! It is their policy not to return cash. One delivery was a stunning long stem rose bouquet. My husband told them that I liked purple, so along with the beautiful roses and baby's breath were some purple accents and a gorgeous purple bow. The roses smelled fantastic and lasted well over a week. The second were flower bouquets that I received after a performance. Those bouquets were full of color and seasonal accents and lasted almost two weeks. A visit to the shop is also a delight. There is a great variety of gifts and floral items in a range of prices. If you are looking to send someone flowers or are searching for a unique gift, I recommend a call or visit to Buttercup.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about the arrangements I have received and about the service from the staff! You know that sometimes ordering flowers from a florist that you have never done business with before and are not sure of the quality of their work can be daunting. Berries and Birch really took that apprehension away for my mom and she told me that each of her experiences working with the staff have been great. I'll have to add a photo of my most recent arrangement received from mom. It really was beautiful and lasted about 3 weeks (I'm terrible about caring for floral arrangements). I highly recommend Berries and Birch for any of your floral needs!

She thinks outside the box, and her vision may differ from yours. For events, I recommend asking Elizabeth to make you a test arrangement. I did that and the test arrangements weren't exactly what I was expecting, so I explained my concerns and she adjusted the flowers both times - for the wedding and the anniversary party.
