Express Lane Insurance charged me a $6.00 fee for the late payment. Even though $6.00 is pocket change it absolutely makes no sense for this agency to charge a late fee when, for some people it becomes even a bigger burden to pay more for these unforeseen events in our lives. This is totally counterproductive and instead of making it easier to pay, it makes it even more difficult to catch up on these obligations that are sometimes out of reach. We should get rewarded for paying on time and additionally get a discount for making a ACH payment every month. I asked the desk lady at the agency if she can waive the fee. However, she said she couldn't because of whatever reason.. they can charge you, but they can't take off fees, completely makes no sense. I am reconsidering changing insurance agency. Thank you.

With each move, Monika has made the changes and updates seamless. My job requires me to be on the phone a lot, and sometimes at unscheduled times, Monika has been so accommodating and thorough with changes I've made over the years. When I tell people my insurance office is in Lancaster, a good couple hours away from me, they always question why I don't switch. I was being charged my regular monthly fee until a month where they decided to charge me double. I tried to get in contact with victor but he wouldn't answer my calls or email me back. My bank ended up charging me over $100 in overdraft fees. I finally got in contact with my insurance company directly through one of victors co workers who not only explained why I was being charged this but was called progressive (parent company) for me and made the process much simpler. After all of this I tried to contact Victor and after explaining the bad experience I have had he just hands me the number to progressive and says he can't personally help me himself.
