I cannot say enough good things about State Farm and especially this office, Mike Irwin. I have had State Farm over 30 years except for a brief time when I went to a trendy low cost insurer for about six months got into a little fender bender and it was a nightmare to deal with and ended up costing me way more in the long run. I learned my lesson and have not strayed again. If you were looking for a reputable agent, this is the one you have found it! It's all the rage to go online and find cheap insurance, but the peace of mind that I have knowing that these people are always there to help and State Farm stands by their customers is way more important to me and saving a few pennies that are going cost me a fortune in the long run with a company that isn't going to be there when I need them. They have an app to easily handle claims, changes, and view your coverage, but I usually start with a call to the office where real live people pick up the phone and are always willing to help. I can't say enough about this office. They have been my car insurance since I first got my license. Now they have my car and my home insurance. I have also finished numerous cars and a Harley with this company. My roommates even have there cars insured with them too. When I call they are always so helpfully exspecially Nikki she's great. There's times I get my bill and call her up ticked off and she in a calm voice tells me the break down of everything and has also told me what I can do to save me money too. I was very displeased with this office. I was in a car accident and my vehicle was totaled, however, my vehicle was out of state. My state farm agent asked if I could find and agent here in Ca. I looked and found Mike Irwin's office. I called and left a message of what I needed as well as my agent in IL. I got a call from Thelma and said that she would take care of my paperwork so I could get my insurance money. Not so bad, I thought. I was looking for a new agent at this time and thought she and this office would be a good fit. I then was able to get a vehicle and called Thelma with all my information the day after I purchased my car. I waited for a week to get a phone call. I received nothing from this office. Supposedly, Mike Irwin took over my paperwork, and he never even called me. I called their office to find out what was happening with trying timber a state to state transfer on insurance. To no avail. This office did Not want my business. Very poor customer service. Would not recommend them as your State Farm Insurance Agency.
