From the inception of our initial phone conversation, I found Victor to be polite, knowledgeable, forthwith and tenacious in obtaining just the right home insurance for me. I had just been dropped by a "Mom & Pop" insurance company for taking out a claim. Isn't that what insurance is for? In any case, Victor worked tirelessly to assure the "Big guys" I was worth the risk! Not only did my property value skyrocket to a higher distribution value, in case of an emergency, he got me a much better deal offering much more interns of claims, while educating me of the process as well as the home insurance coverage itself. We looked at additional coverages for my vehicle and business, which I am definitely going to take advantage of. Yes, Victor gets a commission out of all of this... But, his charge was minute in comparison to the wonderful job he did. He worked things out within the short time frame given... Mere days. I highly recommend Victor and his company and would do it all over, again, a million-and-one times. He saved my life! read more

I would like to thank Victor and Erick for providing my parents and I with great customer service. They were able to save my parents a total of $361 for the year on their auto and still managing to increase the coverage on the autos. This is just the start, their home insurance from their previous company went from $1,406 a year to $910 and they also saved on their earthquake insurance. They really went above and beyond their duty to make sure my parents were getting the best rates. My parents love the $876 they get to keep this year. With all the great products they offer Victor was able to provide me with such an affordable price on life insurance which I decided to get due to life being so unpredictable. I feel better knowing my family and I are covered. I would defiantly recommend them for all your insurance needs. read more

About a year ago, my homeowner's insurance company dumped me because my house had somehow moved closer to a fire-prone area and it wasn't worth the risk. I found it difficult to find insurance at that point, but Victor really helped me out-actually finding more than one option. He's helped me with other, more unusual requests as well, like arranging venue insurance for my daughter's wedding-including finding me a lower price than his original quote-without me asking. Other things about Victor that I appreciate is that he calls to remind me when payments are coming due, and he returns calls and emails instantly. What more can you ask these days? read more

I have been getting my insurance through Victor for the past two years and he's absolutely the best. My driving record isn't good at all and he went far and out of his way to get me the best price possible for my insurance. I would highly recommend him to anyone trying to get insurance, he very helpful and will always try to accommodate you to get the insurance and the policy you want. read more

I've been a loyal client of Victor's since his beginning as a insurance agent. The reason why I've stayed loyal to him for many years is because of his customer service, integrity and ethics to his clients. There are many agents that I've come across that just want the sale however, Victor takes his time explaining and education how insurance works which makes you feel real comfortable with the policy you've selected. Do, I would highly recommend Victor because you'll get nothing but the best service and knowledge! read more
