If I could give him zero stars I would. I've had over 8 years of driving experience and I have never come across such a terrible agent. I was being charged my regular monthly fee until a month where they decided to charge me double. I tried to get in contact with victor but he wouldn't answer my calls or email me back. My bank ended up charging me over $100 in overdraft fees. I finally got in contact with my insurance company directly through one of victors co workers who not only explained why I was being charged this but was called progressive (parent company) for me and made the process much simpler. After all of this I tried to contact Victor and after explaining the bad experience I have had he just hands me the number to progressive and says he can't personally help me himself. He is incredibly unprofessional and after signing you up for a scam like insurance company he will leave you in the dust. You normally get a "let me take a message" and then get a call MAYBE 2 days later. These guys call back immediately. I would like to thank victor. Was a great help and got me a great rate. I was really frustrated with Fred loya insurance. After 2 years they decided to change my rate to 151 and I had no moving violations or accidents so being upset I cancelled them on the spot. Oh and they wanted a deposit I was like for what they said we changed owners they are changing all policies. Smh? Needless to say I cancelled them called victor and he saving me 52 bucks a month and didn't charge me a large deposit. Customer service is great here. Victor treats you like family!!!! read more
