With each move, Monika has made the changes and updates seamless. My job requires me to be on the phone a lot, and sometimes at unscheduled times, Monika has been so accommodating and thorough with changes I've made over the years. When I tell people my insurance office is in Lancaster, a good couple hours away from me, they always question why I don't switch. I was with this agent for almost 7 years, and 2 years in I had a confrontation with Lindy (herself) and she spoke to me highly disrespectfully to the point I couldn't and wouldn't stay with her agency any longer. I tried to leave but I was told that Allstate has a non-compete agreement between agencies. So I found another agency that had the ability to control my policy that was originally signed under Lindy Parke. So for the past almost five years I stayed away from ever calling here office and only spoke to The Cullen Allstate Agency. But this year we had a situation where we had to call her. (This was my last straw) My mother called her to ask about options to lower our insurance and she once again went off the handle and spoke to (this time) my mother highly disrespectfully and saying that she had a car accident on her record that she's at fault for and there's no way that she could lower our insurance premium. As well as criticizing my mother about the accident and saying she should have done whatever to avoid the accident even put her life in danger. (The truth) My mom was involved in a car accident over 5 years ago (way outside the legal time of insurance acknowledgment) and she WAS NOT AT FAULT. She was rear ended. And the other driver paid for all damages to her vehicle and bodily injuries. We never, ever heard this was why our premium had went up so much until now. Very strange!! But how didn't Lindy already know that???? Why would she bring up something so old, out dated and irrelevant in 2023. My answer is she's highly combative and evil. She likes to argue and even tell people off. And she does not like to lower insurance policies. The other agency was shocked when I called them about this and they seen how high my rates were with Lindy Parke. And by the way the other Allstate agency did not have the ability to change my rates only answer questions and take payments. My mom and I went to another agency to have them pull my mom's record and it was just like we said no current accident on our driving record. She of course was just lying to give a bogus reason to why our insurance premium went up. I have now canceled her. And to anyone thinking about going to this agency save yourself THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS and HEADACHES go to another agency. The Cullen agency is fantastic they will take care of you. Lindy Parke is highly combative and hard to deal with and her rates are fishy. 5/22/23 Update/response I left your office and stopped doing business with you because of prices and because of lies and disrespect. You spoke to me disrespectfully almost 5 years ago then I stopped calling your office and I started contacting The Cullen Agency to handle my policy but when my mother and I had to call you because you were our original agent and you once again spoke like an unprofessional mean person. We were done. So let me myself be clear this review has everything to do with money and even more to do with disrespect. My mother is older and you highly offended her.
