Ana of this office has been our "BayMax (Big Hero 6)" our Personal Insurance Companion! She personally, via phone call, contacted us when our vehicle was involved in an accident to make sure that we were being taken care of and again when one of our vehicles was recently stolen. We were issued our check quickly in order to have our vehicle fixed and when it was considered a loss, the process was handled quickly and we were kept up to date in a timely manner as to when we would be paid out for our loss via telephone and emails. I brag about having coverage from this well known company and am more than satisfied with the coverage I receive for the premium I pay. I recently signed up for renters insurance and will be adding additional vehicles and a motorcycle to my policy and the rates and coverage are outstanding compared to others I have compared them to. I thing to note is that the Good Driver Discount check you see on TV is applied to your policy and discounted on your policy rather than you receiving a check here in CA. Just something to consider if you ever sit around waiting for a check when you have been a good driver. Don't think twice about shopping for insurance, these are the people you want to deal with.
