With each move, Monika has made the changes and updates seamless. My job requires me to be on the phone a lot, and sometimes at unscheduled times, Monika has been so accommodating and thorough with changes I've made over the years. When I tell people my insurance office is in Lancaster, a good couple hours away from me, they always question why I don't switch. It's because when the service is efficient, friendly and accommodating, why go anywhere else?

Vinsa has handled both my personal and business needs for quite some time now. That entire office…read moreis amazing. To be honest, I strongly dislike the insurance carriers as a whole, so in today's world I feel it is essential to work with a Broker who is on your side, who helps you navigate through the murkiness of it all, and who you know will be available in the worst of times. I first hand have experienced that with Vinsa. For most people, insurance can be an after thought, but it's one of those things that you hope you never need. If and when you need it though, you can go at it alone, or you can have the Avengers on your side which is what it feels like working with these guys. UPDATE: I think people who read and leave reviews should understand that Vinsa is a broker, they help you understand insurance, how it works, what you pay for, and they go to the market to get you the best value for what you need. They are not insurance carriers and don't dictate the price. YOUR personal situation affects that. If you have a bad driving record for example some insurance carriers won't carry you and your premium will be through the roof if they even give you a shot, Vinsa has no control of that.

I was being charged my regular monthly fee until a month where they decided to charge me double. I tried to get in contact with victor but he wouldn't answer my calls or email me back. My bank ended up charging me over $100 in overdraft fees. I finally got in contact with my insurance company directly through one of victors co workers who not only explained why I was being charged this but was called progressive (parent company) for me and made the process much simpler. After all of this I tried to contact Victor and after explaining the bad experience I have had he just hands me the number to progressive and says he can't personally help me himself. He is incredibly unprofessional and after signing you up for a scam like insurance company he will leave you in the dust. I am with State Farm now and paying much less for the same coverage. ..

She took the time to explain identity theft protection that comes free with my membership. I've been a member for 11 years, and I've never been offered this before, so I was really impressed by how helpful and informative she was. She wasn't pushy or trying to "impress" me into anything else, just cute, bubbly, friendly, and quick to help. I also needed a quote for auto insurance. I've been with Allstate for 16 years, but with my new vehicle, they were charging me way too much. Yasmin referred me to Fernando, and I'm so glad she did. She truly trusts him, and after speaking with him, I can see why. Fernando was exceptional. He was very honest about what I should and shouldn't have on my policy. He also didn't pressure me to pay extra for anything I didn't want. He even helped me understand additional discounts I didn't know I could get. I called three other insurance companies, and AAA ended up being the best price. Fernando also made everything feel genuine--more like talking with a friend than dealing with a sales person. I trust both of them, and I'm very glad I had the chance to get their help. I ended up signing with AAA auto insurance after speaking with Fernando.
