Both flavors were solid, but the Cajun stole the show for me. It had just the right kick and flavor that kept me coming back for more. The cheese fries were a great side and paired perfectly with the wings. While waiting, I got to watch some Teen Titans on the TV, which was a fun little bonus that made the wait fly by. I'm not sure what their experience what, but I'm going to die on this hill that this is some phenomenal, life-changing chicken. I got takeout. Double flavor wings. Gang-jeong. Perfect balance of sweetness, umami, and heat. The other flavor was chessling. Again, perfect balance; this time, it was between rich cheesiness and a right amount of sweetness as well. I highly recommend both flavors. Now, this is just about the flavor itself. The meat itself was so tender and juicy. In the most appetizing, and hopefully not weird (but inevitably weird) way to describe it, it's almost as if I just caught the chicken with my bare hands and took a bite out of it. However, instead of getting feathers in my mouth, I was met with the most satisfyingly crispy exterior. What was specifically amazing about it was the fact that you could distinctly taste the tender meat on the inside separate from the crispy crunch on the outside. This was one of those meals where once I was done, I was in a complete coma afterwards. I woke up the next day in my bed about an hour or two before I had to get to work. Even though I was in a short vegetative state, I would do it all over again in a heartbeat.
