We had lots of odd angles and several spots that required seams--they did such beautiful work that we honestly can't see where things were pieced together. Though we originally went in thinking of engineered hardwood, like we have upstairs, with the water considerations, especially in the kitchen, we are thinking of new generation laminate. It's easy to install, and has great waterproof functionality. It has texture and varied pattern, too. We're just about ready to finalize our measurements and place the order. Their prices are extremely competitive and many styles are in stock for immediate availability. Tony has been very helpful getting us up to speed on this big purchase.

We picked out the tile, an order was placed, and waited for an install date. When the workers arrived, they were friendly and quick. One day install. Then came the issues. When I tried to reinstall the plugs and face plates, it became obvious they would not fit flush as the tile created a gap between outlet and outlet box. An employee offered a solution that did not work. When I called Timeless, they quoted me up to $450 to fix the issue. An issue they created with the install. After multiple 'heated' calls and a lot of finger pointing, they sent someone from the office to fix the problem. I actually had to research a solution and purchase the necessary parts myself! I understand construction projects can and will have issues. What sets a good company apart from a bad or mediocre company is how the problems are resolved. When I brought up our issues to Timeless, I got nothing but pushback and a condescending attitude from Felipe, a co owner. In the end, they sent someone that fixed the issues. Had they initially accepted responsibility and sent someone out, this review would not have been posted. Curious as to why Felipe, an owner, inspected the kitchen to give us a quote and never once mentioned that this may be a problem! So after the job Timeless Floors did with our backsplash, I'm rating them mediocre at best. Read all their reviews! Note after owners comment: Jackie, there was never any extra electrical work needed! The installers removed the outlets without disconnecting any wires. They were not electricians! We only asked that they be installed back as they were before the backsplash was installed. After some research, it turned out to a fairly straightforward fix but did require a specialized tool that I did not have to enlarge the opening around the outlet area. Total time Joey spent fixing it - less than an hour! And again, nothing Joey did to reinstall the outlets correctly required an electrician!!

Ummm, okay. "Your business owner" is who sent me the direct text. He responded with an ooops that "his girl" sent the wrong proposal and by the way your proposal is an additional $9,000). Sorry! My "girl" mixed you up with your neighbor and by the way how do I contact your neighbor so I can send their quote? WHAT? Who refers to an employee as "my girl"? What day and age is this, exactly Len's???? My proposal then tripled after I asked to have the job scheduled. TRIPLED! With NO explanation other "ooops, sorry...my girl" Gave the business another chance after tripling the original quote. Dropped the ball AGAIN and had to follow up a third time to get them engaged and suddenly the sales rep is "on vacation" and will get back to me. That was another two weeks with NO proactive or reactive communication and then they stated "not us, the flooring sales rep". Yet ANOTHER inability to communicate. I wish them luck.
