Took the liberty to do the inspection at 8am well before the time that I was informed. Witnesses that were in the property, loan personel who know what an inspection should look like, stated that the inspection was not done thoroughly and was done rushed. Upon his recommendation, we thought the inspector had scheduled a sewer line scope for us for Monday at 8 am thru TexInspec. Buyer has not received a confirmation of that. Inspector was detailed and finished on time. Inspector noted 9 window screens with hail damage, yet when realtor tried to identify which windows (for purposes of an amendment for repairs to seller), the realtor identified 12 window screens. 2nd inspection 2nd day on different home, the inspector took a long time for the inspection (slow-about 4 hours) but was courteous and detailed.
