He was extremely thorough in reviewing the house and provided a very detailed inspection report. After completing the inspection, Jordan also took the time to walk through the findings with us in person, which was incredibly helpful. His attention to detail and professionalism were superb. He provided excellent insight and clearly explained which items were major concerns versus more minor issues, which gave us a lot of confidence moving forward. Impressively, the full, finalized report, approximately 50 pages, was completed and delivered by 10:00 PM the same day. I would also like to recognize Susan, the office manager, who was extremely helpful in scheduling the inspection and preparing us ahead of time. John Peitsmeyer conducted our inspection and gave excellent follow up information on every item he observed, giving us invaluable information to guide our home purchase decision. When we needed a follow-up test conducted with a VERY short turn around time to stay within our option period, he provided it for us within 24 hours of our request ON HIS BIRTHDAY. For the level of care we received the price was an excellent value--I even wanted to offer more than the asking price given how much Full House Inspections bent over backwards to get it done for me, but they didn't accept it. John with Full House Inspections did an amazing job. My client was moving from out of state and I am an out of town agent. I needed a good inspector that was up to the task to provide a thorough inspection for my client and provide a fast response. The home was almost 3,500 square feet with a pool and irrigation system.John provided a thorough report and recommended contractors that could even extend on the inspection and provide further insight into potential roof issues.
