Recently we were involved in another car accident, also not our fault. We were rear ended at about 40 mph when we were at a complete stop. I've had a sore neck, upper back, and arms from the incident. My primary doctor recommended we get chiropractic treatment, and once again my go to person was Dr. Russ Chow. Dr. Chow has been a chiropractor for over 20 years and knows exactly how to treat you and alleviate your pain. His office is conveniently located on Dublin Blvd and he's available M,W, and F. He has an intersegmental traction bed which you can use for spinal relief and he also has an electro muscle stimulation machine- I use both at the same time to get therapy after my treatment. I immediately feel better after getting treatment from him, and I go religiously twice a week. He is kind, attentive, and professional and he truly cares about his patients. I've had seen several chiropractors in my life and he is by far the best. Thank you Dr Chow for treating myself and my family! read more

I forgot to leave a review from 5yrs ago! I got into a rear end collision while stopped and my car was totaled. Fortunately I was treated by Dr. Chow who took X-rays and shows me my back and neck were straight. Which they're supposed to have a natural curve. Although I thought it looked great. He worked on it and was able to get my back and neck back to normal. I never had pain after the treatment. And never had problems. He's definitely the best of the best. read more

Didn't even had the appointment. The scheduled me for the same day, I got there at the time of my appointment, the lady that answered the phone was not there. A guy came out from another room, ( I'm guessing it was the doctor but he didn't identify himself), Asked me if I had an appointment, I said yes, he didn't ask my name, or what time my appointment was, just gave me papers to fill out and went back inside. After that he never came out again, I kept hearing he was talking with somebody in that room, not sure if it was another patient( I don't think so because the door was open). I put the papers back in the entrance desk, waited 20 min total without knowing what to do there, nobody came out again to say anything. After that I just left, the whole experience was very unprofessional and specially a waste of time. read more

Anytime I have a weird kink in my neck from previous sports injuries or my back feels off from being behind a computer for too long, I make an appointment with Dr.Chow to get me back to feeling normal in a jiffy! He listens to my problems and really has compassion for his patients. His office is super clean and very quiet, so if you're ever put on the traction bed, you'll surely fall asleep! I completely recommend Dr. Chow and wish he had an office in SF! read more

They use aggressive telemarketing tactics calling from a re-routed phone number in the 201 area code (NJ) Numerous times they've called and I've asked nicely to have them remove us off their list. Yet they continue to call. read more

I bought a Groupon package- x-ray, adjustment, consultation and massage. I just wasn't too impressed with any of it. The x-rays were done in a small, confined room and a few comments were made that were a bit off color to say the least. Not gonna lie- he made me feel like crap. The massage was in the same room! LOL The masseuse was a very nice woman who did a bang up job, however, she was going through a lot personally and shared all of them which was NOT relaxing. Her hours are also bizarre so that didn't help. I think I was pretty tired and just wanting to relax when I went and was unable to. The appointments are always a 5 minute adjustment followed by 10 min laying on a roller bed. I was a bit disappointed in the in-and-out attitude. Overall this is not a place I would return. Nothing great! read more

I had a serious car accident and needed some chiropractic care regarding my neck. I was referred by a friend to Dr Russell Chow of Chiropractic Boulevard located in Dublin. After my initial appointment with Dr Chow I began to feel better. I have since made a full recovery and am very pleased with the results. I have also seen several different chiropractors before Dr. Chow. Dr Chow is the best out of all the chiropractors that I have seen. The reason is because he is very thorough and gives quality treatment. He actually spends several minutes stretching out all the muscles, gives the adjustment, and then follows with 10 minutes of therapy to my neck. All the other chiropractors I have seen in the past would usually just adjust my neck in 2 minutes. My appointments with Dr. Chow usually lasted from 15-30 minutes with no waiting time. Dr Chow's office and staff were very professional and made me feel very comfortable. I highly recommend Chiropractic Boulevard to anyone in need of chiropractic care. read more

Dr. Chow is amazing! My boyfriend and I both see him and he's done a wonderful job. The office is always clean, the staff are always polite. They have several rooms for massages and actual cracking. Dr. Chow can crack a back like no-one's business. He is fast, professional, and always asks about how we are. The hours are great, and they work with us if we need to reschedule. My boyfriend's snoring has disappeared too. Dr. Chow is definitely worth seeing. read more

Went to see Dr. Chow for the first time last week & I'm SO glad I did! I was having really bad body aches (later that day I realized it was the flu) and a friend recommended getting an adjustment. I found Chiropractic Blvd. online, was able to get an appt. the same day, and after getting an adjustment I felt amazing! I really liked the way he listened to all of my questions and concerns. I could tell from the first appt. that he cares about his patients a lot. He adjusted my neck and my back and I was really impressed (this being my first adjustment & all). I've heard people can feel sore after adjustments but I didn't feel that at all-actually I felt relief pretty much immediately. Dr. Chow also has these great roller beads for you to do after that feel like a mini-massage. All in all I couldn't be happier with choosing this office. The place is clean & relaxing and Dr. Chow does great work! read more

I've been seeing Dr. Chow for a while now and I look forward to my visits. Because of work I spend 8-12 hours a day on my feet- constant standing and bending down. Not only has my back pain been fixed, but I just feel BETTER and more energetic. The staff at Chiropractic Blvd is amazing, professional, and welcoming. Definitely worth going to. read more

Dr. Russ Chow has the ability to work out the knots and tension in your troubled areas. He displays professionalism, attentiveness, and caring, that hallmarks a caring Chiropractor. The office is nicely decorated, and your wait time is not long at all. Your appointment time is right on the money! His receptionist (Kimmie) is warm, friendly, and helpful. I highly recommend Dr. Chow for your chiropractic needs and services. You will be greatly satisfied!! read more

Dr. Chow is really personable and does the adjustments very quickly! I like how he does an Xray to show you where your spine is off, it helps put things into perspective of how serious or not serious your condition is. He also has a side room that has some cool therapy equipment which is great when you're waiting on your appointment or after your appointment ends and you want a little more relaxation. Scheduling is a breeze, he's very flexible and patient (since I'm almost always running late). Highly recommend Dr. Chow for your chiro needs in the East Bay! read more

Thank you so much for fixing my neck! Sorry don't remember the name of my doctor. It was at the time when the main doctor went to vocation. My 2 adjustments where grate, I mean they hurt haha, but it worked. I had my neck twisted. One week later I had the massage from wonderful French lady. I felt grate after this massage. This is definitely place to go if you have any back/neck issues. read more

I came here and used a coupon from groupon. I think it was $75 for an x-ray, consultation, and a one hour massage. I guess you could say that I got what I paid for. He made me feel extreemly uncomfortable during my consultation. Very unprofessional. I'm in my 20s and perhaps he assumed I couldn't afford the care. He told me that I have a curvature in my spine and that I would only need three massages a week for 4 weeks in order to help with my lower back pain. He didn't offer adjustments as part of my treament and while he was examining me he only checked my lower back. I decided to go to another chiropractor and get a second opinion. My new chiropractor has a more professional approach. Part of the care he recommended was to get adjustments and massages. Not only did he point out issues with my lower back, but also found neck and mid back issues. I could clearly see with the new xrays that I did in fact need more care than what this first doctor recommended. I highly recommend getting a second opinion after going to Dr. Chow. read more

I had a positive experience with them. The Dr did X-rays for my back and told me I have a curve and scoliosis. He adjusted me and recommend I come at least once a month. Unfortunately the location is very far from me so I'm not using them anymore. Their office was very clean. read more

Dr. Chow has been adjusting me for about 4 months now. He is very attentive and not afraid to use a little elbow grease on me! Kimmie, his receptionist is fabulous and fun. Dr. Chow's office is worth visiting, even if you're from out of town like I am. read more

Highly Recommended, I always feel better at a treatment. Convenient hours.

I had recently gone through radiation therapy where my neck as well as lower back (L5) were treated. One of the side effects was the scarring (I believe it's called fibrosis) of the surrounding muscle tissue. Though my radiation treatments were over, I had been experiencing severe neck and shoulder pain, stiffness in the lower back, and mild neuropathy in a couple of toes on my left foot. I tried to do some therapy on my own, but unfortunately the most effective option was pain medication, which I wasn't too happy about. Dr. Chow was able to help me eliminate the pain over the course of a few weeks through chiropractic adjustments, through the targeted stretching of muscles of Active Release Therapy, and also by educating me on why my poor posture was going to perpetuate the stiffness unless it was corrected. Well-versed in human anatomy, he'll even call out the individual muscles as he's working on them if you ask him to. I also had a helpful ergonomics discussion with him regarding my home office. Dr. Chow is friendly and easy-going. He has large, strong hands which allows him to make adjustments efficiently and confidently. I like how he and his wife (a medical doctor) are local to the tri-valley, and you may run into them around town sometimes. Dr. Chow's office is clean and pleasant, close to the freeway and Dublin BART. Kimmie the receptionist is also super nice and she's very helpful and flexible when it comes to payments or working things out with your insurance provider. read more

Dr. Chow and his staff are very professional. I have been coming here for the last two weeks and seen great results. I came here from a groupon purchase and now using my auto insurance in relation to a accident. My headaches are gone and I feel decreased pain. I look forward to getting my massage in which can be another great addition to my way to be pain free! read more

I saw Dr Chow on/off 7 years. It's unfortunate that I saw him only when I was in desperate pain. I recently reconnected with Dr Chow when I had excruciating neck & back pain. I was able to get an appt on the same day. Dr Chow gave me an adjustment which immediately ease my discomfort. He was very thorough during my visit - we identified what caused the pain, taught me stretching exercise for my neck then we set weekly appointments to maintain good health. I now see Dr Chow once a week. I'm committed to be in better health and I know Dr Chow is someone I can count on to helping me get there! read more

Dr Chow is a amazing Doctor. He provides great care for me and my family and treated us for injuries from a car accident. I am so glad we found him to be our chiropractor. He provided a lot of great advice on what to expect from the therapy. He has a room with great therapy equipments that allow us to relax our muscle before or after therapy which help with recovery. He is always accommodating to our schedule and scheduling is a breeze. His staff is approachable and friendly. Thank you Dr Chow! read more

I've been seeing Dr. Chow on and off for over one year now. Not only is he is very good at his profession, all of his staff are friendly and very professional. Another thing I really like about this office is the fact that they don't try to "sell" you on chiropractic care for the rest of your life. I've been to many other practices where they actually make you watch a stupid video before administering treatment designed to convince you that you need to have chiropractic care several times per month. I've also been to other places that have all the patients waiting in line for an adjustment in the same room like a meat packing company. I highly recommend this office. read more

I really enjoy going to see Dr. Chow for my chiro treatments. He's very good at what he does. I really feel much better after the massage and adjustments. I even bring my son in for scoliosis correction. We've made a great deal of progress. The atmosphere is always warm and inviting. The office hours are convenient and flexible. My daughter also loves the office staff...Ashley and Kimmie. read more

Received a very nice email from Dr. Chow in response to my review, apologizing for the difficulty in scheduling and telling me he hired a new massage therapist with more availability. He offered me a free massage to come back and give them another try. I called yesterday and spoke to his receptionist, Rachel. She said there was a possibility for the same day at 7pm, but she had to check with the massage therapist to make sure it was still OK since it was the same day. She called me back and said the appointment was fine. I arrived at 6:50 p.m. and was a little concerned that the office was locked up and dark and no one was there. I waited outside and the massage therapist showed up a few minutes later. She gave me a good massage. She used good, deep pressure, but not so deep that it hurt. The reason it is only 3 stars is because the picture on website of the "massage room" is TOTALLY inaccurate. They have you shoved in a little tiny room where their x-ray equipment is. There is hardly enough room to get in there. I really don't even know how the therapist maneuvered around the table. Also, there were no blankets, only a set of sheets on the table, so I got really cold. I actually started shivering and couldn't relax my muscles because I got so cold. Give the woman a blanket to use for her clients already! If the office moved the massage area into a nicer room with a little ambiance and provided blankets, or a heated table pad or something, then this would be a 4-star experience for me for sure. It's better, but it still misses the mark. read more

After I got a Thai Massage in SF, my lower back started hurting. I've started seeing Dr. Chow 3 months ago and he has helped me a lot. I have no more back pain. They also have massage beds that you can use for 10 minutes. They really help me with my back. I highly recommend this place. It's clean, the service is great, and I still see him once every 3 weeks just for alignment. read more

Been going here about a month now. I had moderate to severe neck pain that I could not get rid of for over 1 year. Within a few weeks he was able to virtually remove all pain from my neck. I enjoy that he spends time with me and my wife to understand and do his best to address our problems. I've been to other chiropractic facilities, but this is the best place by far. I would recommend it for anyone who is having issues. read more

I worked at a fruit stand growing up and did a lot of heavy lifting incorrectly, aggressively played sports in school and in college, delivered two children, and had a major car accident! My back was in really bad condition. At times I could hardly walk but Dr. Chow managed to get me out of pain and back on my feet walking straight, and continues to keep me in good health! My quality of life is so much better because of his care. His staff is friendly and professional. And his office is beautiful, clean, and spacious.
