Dr Palomares is awesome. I slept wrong on my neck and it has been bothering me for more than 2 weeks. He did some measurement on my legs and back first, then he went on my neck. He adjusted my neck and I can hear 2 loud noise. I felt so relief after that and I will continuous to see him for my Chiropractic appointment. He also do a lot of community and school stuff. Dr. Palomares is a great chiropractor. I worked at the front desk for him for several years in college and still come to see him. Him and his wife Katie who runs the office care for their patients and community and conduct their business ethically. They're the best! Dave is very knowledgeable and personably and will listen to your concerns. I wish I lived closer so I could come in regularly. When I have back or neck pain or hurt myself working out, I come see him and I'm always feeling better after a couple sessions. He's able to articulate what's causing my pain and what he's doing to help it, along with recommending the necessary rest and ice or heat application. I recommend Dr. Dave to everyone. This is a small family run business and he is the only Dr, which means you sometimes have to wait after your scheduled appointment. I have been under chiropratic care for more than 2 yrs now. I try to go once or twice a week. I do not have major issues nor was I involved in an accident. I mainly go for maintenance and some minor nuances He listens to your concerns and takes time to make sure he provides the best adjustment your body needs that day. Making appointments are easy. I suggest calling during busy days/hours when you plan on walking in. There is usually a wait. They take most insurances but have a cash plan also for those people who are not in network. I also love that TENS machine (not sure what it's called) where he attaches electrodes to your back. Relaxing and stress relieving. read more

I had a appointment today with a chiropractor to adjust my pain on my knee when I booked my appointment I got asked what was my concern and I went ahead and informed them that I had a lot of discomfort on my knee area and that was my main concern when I went into the office I got asked by the receptionist what was my main concern, and I went ahead and informed her again that my main concern was on my knee area When I went inside the room with the doctor, he asked me again what was my concern and I informed him that my main concern was my knee area along with other discomfort's. keep in mind he did adjust other areas (just my upper back & side) but he did not adjust my main concern, and I was upset, because Not only did I just paid $100 but it was somewhat of a drive. I am disappointed knowing that I went with Doctor that I trusted in hopes to release my pain and discomfort. He honestly took roughly about 10 minutes " adjusting me" and then he took me to a bed that does massages on your back I took longer on that massage bed than him adjusting me. I decided to get up and bring it up to him that I had pain on my knee and that's why I came he did not adjust nothing on my knee. He took me back to the exam room and he did no type of help with a little machine, but did not pop any type of area with my knee it sucks when you see the lack of cares that doctors have. He suggested me to come to his office 1x every 2-3 weeks and trust me I would've gladly booked it if my service would've gone better and if he was to hear my concern, I ended up paying and I walked to my car I was there for about 2 to 3 minutes and I thought to myself, I came all the way here and I paid $100 to get help with my knee. I decided to go back into the office and I asked the receptionist does the Doctor work with knees ? and she informed me that he did, and I told her that I wasn't satisfied with my service. I came because of my knee pain, and he did not do any type of adjustment on my knee. She directed me to go sit on a chair and bring it up to him when he passed by, he seen me and he said did you leave something I told him that I was unsatisfied with my service because I tried to get some help with the pain that I had. He smiled and he told me that he did adjust my knees quite a few times, and which he did not after he lied me on the bed i then had to bring it up to him AGAIN! I brought this concern multiple times and I still was not heard. I am still in pain and I am just very frustrated with how my appointment went, it's not right to have patients pay so much just for him to not hear me out to not help me at all and to just crack my back for 10 minutes and then have me lie on a bed for 20 minutes. I honestly feel like I got scammed at this point, so be aware of what to expect when you come into this office. read more

David is a wonderful chiropractor, and the office staff are all very nice. The reason for only three stars, is due to them consistently overbooking appointments. On several occasions now, I have had to walk out and reschedule after waiting 30-40 minutes past my appointment time to be seen. This is extremely frustrating when I've arranged a babysitter for my son, and still don't get to be seen. I do recommend this chiropractor, however, I also recommend asking if the appointment time you've been given is double/triple booked because you will wait a significant amount of time to be seen. Since writing my original review, I have been asking for appointments during times when there won't be a ridiculous wait. Yet, here I am again, waiting 45 minutes to be seen. I have dropped my review to 1 star due to this. If you run a business properly, you don't schedule people when you clearly don't have time to see them. read more

This is my first ever yelp. I felt compelled to write a review for the man who literally saved my sanity. I was involved in a bad car accident. I was seen several times in the month following my accident by medical doctors who just wanted to throw various medications my way. Most of which I could not take and be a functional person. After a month of getting nowhere, I decided to widen my search for relief and thank god I found Dr. P. The kindness from Dr. P and his staff is truly amazing. Dr. P truly put me back together again. I have been going to Dr. P for about 18 years. I love how he is personable and takes time to listen to me. He always know where the sore spot is and where it is coming from. Over the years he has helped me with my neck and associated headaches so that they are a rarity. And lately, he has helped reduce (and hopefully eliminate) the pain in my feet. I leave with better posture and feeling better than when I went in every time. I also appreciate how he gave me exercises to help stretch and strengthen muscles so that I can hold an adjustment. This guy is a phony. I came in with stenosis and expecting a traction or decompression. He saw me and immediately said my spine all messed from prior car accident. Who never had car accident! I have scoliosis and I've been weight training and doing some strenuous twerking on the dance floor. This combination eventually threw my back out so badly that I couldn't move properly and bend from the waist down. I'm not that old but my body is definitely trying to tell me I am! I decided I needed to call someone because the pain was so unbearable I was almost brought to tears in front of my kids. There's not a lot open on a Saturday but this place was open! My parents have always told me chiropractors are quacks so I've avoided going to them but you know what? My parents were wrong !! Dr. Dave, Well let me say this I was referred to Dr. Dave by a friend, who I learned has never been to Dr. Dave, shame on her! The joke is on her, she doesn't know what she is missing. Dr. Dave is low pressure. I can go in any time get cracked and on my way. He has never beat me up for just popping in, and he pops me back in. I have been in so much pain, and Dave knows just the right technic to releave that pain instantly. I have watched him close his eyes feel my wrist like he was the pain whisper and at the right time, do the adjustment. He has such a talent, and a gift. Most recently I was treated to a special talent of Dr. Dave. He actually gave me an massage. Yes, that right I said it....HE, HIMSELF GAVE THE MOST EXCELLENT massage I have ever had, and I've had alot. Unfortunately, he ruied me for other massues, it was that good. Now I can go in and get cracked & wacked all at once. You have never had a massage until you have been cracked then immediately massaged. That was a great gift. I've been seeing this chiropractor regularly for about 5 years and he's magnificent. Gentle, caring, effective. I originally found him through a co-worker's recommendation. I was new to the area and badly needed a chiropractor. He's the one and only I've been to since moving to California. Overall, the experience there is always great. Most of the time the wait is reasonable. Every once in awhile he gets a little backed up - nothing as bad as the office of most M.D.s you visit! I have found Saturday mornings to be the craziest time to go - lot's of walk-ins and last minute appointments or something. He goes out of his way to take care of someone if they need to see him. He's even offered to come in on his days off when I was really hurting. How can you beat that! His office staff also is friendly and efficient, adding to the painlessness of the experience. No one is perfect, but it is hard to imagine finding someone who would have anything negative to say about Dr. P! read more

I (49) strained my back playing basketball and it left me completely incapacitated. After a trip to the ER, and some meds to get me through the 24 hours I made an appointment with Dave and after 1 visit I was able to get off and keep off the meds. 3 visits later I was riding my bike again. I've been coming to Dr. Palomares for adjustments since a car accident 6 years ago. The Dr. is a good listener, provides useful feedback and suggestions on staying aligned and in good health, and (the reason I return), I always go away feeling so much better after an adjustment and 12 min stint on the electro-patch table. Dr. P is so knowledgeable he can look at you and tell you not only what's out of alignment but other health related issues you may be suffering from (dehydration, constipation, etc.). I have been going to Dr. Palomares for over a year. The first time was when I through my back out the day before an overseas trip. I was in such a panic because I couldn't even lift a coffee cup, never mind a suitcase. I hadn't been to a chiropractor before this and when I called, the receptionist said I could come in immediately. He was able to realign my straight away and I was able to get on the plane the next day without any pain. Since then I have had a pinched nerve and a strained hip which Dr. Palomares was able to sort out over a few visits. So pleased that he has been able to help me out so many times. Dr. Palomares is a very knowledgeable doctor with superb results. My only regret is that I didn't see him sooner. I have been suffering for the past three years. Tried Accupucture, physical therapy and even got a cortisone shot for my neck, shoulder and scapula pain. He has literally worked miracles for me in 3 months. I had forgotten what it is like to be pain free and Live life to its full potential. I would do one activity per day and no more. I fell really great since I started seeing him in October. Was referred by a colleague who saw me in pain constantly twitching. The front office staff is really really nice. All of them. Billing lady Katie is awesome at her job. Other chiropractors give you a super bill and tell you to get your own refund from insurance. My insurance luckily covered chiropractic care and Katie worked with them to make my life easy . They never give me a hard time to get an appointment. It's super easy . No long wait on phone. Doctor has a very pleasing personality and takes time to answer questions. Non insurance rates are also reasonable. You must follow the plan to get results though. Since my condition was really bad I saw him three times a week initially and after I felt better reduced the number of visits. Just trust him and stick to the plan. I strongly recommend this practice, overall. Can't get any better than this. Would give ten stars if I could. read more

I highly recommend Dr. Palomares Chiropractic. Unlike previous chiropractors I had been to years ago, he spends time with you and doesn't treat patients as though they are on an assembly line. He spends time with you making sure that your adjustment is complete for that visit and that you feel improvement. I have gone in a few times when my back was really in bad shape from either an accident or from the result of moving to a new place and lifting too much, and lifting incorrectly. I was hurting so bad that it was uncomfortable to sit, stand or do anything. Several weeks later, I was pain free and back to going to the gym and jogging. He and his staff are genuinely concerned about your health and there is definitely a sense of community when you go there, sort of an extended family. Dr. Dave Palomares has been my chiropractor for over 12 years. I highly recommend him!!! What I like about him is he is a graduate of Life Chiropractic West and has a specialty in Sports medicine. This means that he has a multitude of ways of treating a patient. I am a teacher with Dublin Unified and appreciate that he lives in Dublin, is highly involved with the Dublin Unified schools and gives back to the community . He and his staff are like family. He takes the time to listen and treat a patient as if the patient is the only one in the office. He has seen me though a number of medical issues (knee, shoulder & thumb surgeries). He treated my sons until they moved out of the area. I have had chiropractic care for most of my adult life and unfortunately have not always had the best care.
