My mom has aches and pains. Arthritis and knee issues. I'm SO glad I found this place for her. First of all, you step into the office to a friendly warm environment that sets you immediately at ease. The receptionists are kind and friendly and very helpful. The doctor is exceptional! Dr Arnold is incredibly knowledgeable and personable. Very easy to talk to. He listens to your concerns and does his best to accommodate. My mom has been coming here for chiropractic and soft wave therapy treatments for some time now. Both of which continue to help her stay as painfree as possible. The rooms are comfortable and overall it's just a very nice experience. My mom always leaves in better shape than she came in. Can't recommend this place enough. Also love the fact that this office is so close to home. Just Excellent! read more

I've been going to turning point for over a year now when i finally decided to buckle down and take care of my back. My back was giving out every so often due to a injury i sustained many years ago. I only went as needed to places here and there. Since transitioning to turning point, i have learned a lot and seen long term improvement. They are flexible and have great communication. Would recommend! read more

I have been coming to Turning Pint Chiropractic for about 2 years. I started coming because I have degenerative bones in my cervical area. I have 3 titanium plates and 6 screws between C4-C6. I am trying to avoid a 4th surgery and so far Dr. Arnold has helped tremendously with that. His adjustments has created significant relief. He knows exactly how to adjust my back and neck area without even mentioning to him the areas that have been bothersome. The office is very clean. The team is superfriendly. I highly recommend this office for your chiropractic needs. read more

I am so grateful for Dr. Arnold K. I first came to him in 2021 and now fast forward to 2024 I'm currently pregnant with twins and in just a few adjustments, he has made such a huge difference. I was at a point where I couldn't even walk a few steps due to all the pelvic pain, after the first visit my pain went away and I finally got a good nights sleep. He remembers you as a person and truly works on results that last long term. The overall office staff is genuine and even the front desk remembered me. I can't thank him enough for how much relief he's provided. October 2021: I was pregnant and have been going to Dr. Koo for over a month and each visit has been informative and helpful. I went until a week before I had my baby I have been getting severe rib pain due to pregnancy and it has helped significantly. In addition to that each visit he works on adjusting specific areas where I had pain. My delivery went smooth because I truly feel Dr. Koo helped with his expertise and care. read more

Dr. Arnold has an amazing personality and speaks with knowledge. He asks all the questions during the consultation to really get to the bottom of your aches, pains, and discomforts that maybe you didn't even consider a problem. I found out things about myself that I wasn't aware of just in that first appointment. I suffered from hip pain (having 4 kids and an accident) that has made it hard to stand or sit too long. After the first 2 sessions I noticed increased mobility. The receptionist is also kind and helpful. The whole setting and vibe is calming and welcoming. Dr. Arnold is time conscious while he also maintains high standards for customer understanding and health. read more

I've been going to Dr. Arnold for almost 3 years now which blows my mind! I didn't realize it's been that long, but there's a reason I've been coming here since 2021. I have a slight curve in my spine and have had issues with back pain off and on since 2016 or so. Dr. Arnold's office is the sixth chiropractic office I've gone to since 2017 and I plan to stay with him for as long as he's doing what he's doing! He is undoubtedly the best chiropractor I've been to by a landslide. For me, Dr. Arnold's office checks all the boxes. I've been to offices where you'd make an appointment and never knew who you were seeing til you arrived. I've been to offices where they get you in and out in 5 minutes and treatment doesn't seem personalized at all. I've been to places that try to push "supplements" on you to purchase to "help with your pain". And I never saw consistent results with anyone like I have with Dr. Arnold. Dr. Arnold is so friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and radiates positivity. He really knows a lot about the body and how everything's connected, beyond any other chiropractor I've met seems to know. He seems to be passionate about what he does and you can tell he really cares about his patients. He also has the best front desk reps, in Verena (and Sammy his pup who you wouldn't know was even there unless you are a dog person and intentionally call for her). I was initially going to Dr. Arnold with constant back pain, but after regular sessions and trying to follow some of the exercises and guidance he provides, I've been doing monthly appointments for some time now and I can honestly say I haven't consistently felt this good in years. Beyond that, Dr. Arnold has gone above and beyond, for example, I told him about some back issues my dad who lives in a different state has and how he plateaued in his improvement with PT alone. Dr. Arnold did some research and sent me some providers he thought might be good for my dad to at least consult with, to see if they can provide any relief beyond what he's found so far. I'm so thankful to have found Dr. Arnold and I think he deserves the world, and all the success! read more

I highly recommend Turning Point Chiropractic! Arnold has been knowledgeable and gentle on a variety of adjustments for scoliosis and other health issues . I love the software machine therapy for my lower back and he suggested using it also on my hips to help stimulate bone growth and remove any inflammation in that area due to a history of the osteoporosis . I go for monthly treatments and have had great results . read more

Arnold spent more time listeing to me and my problems when we first met, which I think helped him come up with solutions -- some I hadn't thought about in years -- that other chiropractors hadn't mentioned. I appreciate his personalization! read more

I went for my first appointment to be evaluated by Dr. Arnold Koo. He was so very professional and informative as he took me through the first visit. He explained so much of what needed to be adjusted and all sorts of extra ways to assess my own condition. Anything new to me takes a few time to get comfortable with. I chat too much when nervous, but he absolutely gained my confidence in his ability to do a great job and soon had me solid for choosing him as my chiropractor for me, my family and friends. I got lucky finding him on Facebook. View his videos ! read more

I came to Dr. Arnold seeking help to flip my breech baby as he's trained in the Webster method. I wish I had found him earlier in the process but I'm so glad to have come here. I've never been to a chiropractor before and was a little nervous. Dr. Arnold made me feel safe and reassured as he answered my questions and worked on alignment. I plan on going back in the future. read more

For being my first time going back to a chiropractor and I will say it was the best experience I've had. Arnold is amazing & I'm feeling great! Will be back read more

Every time I visit Dr. Arnold, I get an adjustment(s) and also an anatomy lesson! As others have mentioned, he is so great about explaining what I'm feeling and why, as well as how to work on improvements for strength and mobility in problem areas. I've had chiropractors in the past where it felt like come in, crack a few joints, pay the insurance copay, and go on your way. Dr. Arnold couldn't be more different. He takes the time to ask questions and really understand, and his primary goal is my long term health, not scheduling my next appointment so he can swipe my credit card again. He clearly takes great pride in the quality of his work and of his patients' outcomes. As a bonus, my 2 year old daughter will happily entertain herself in the little play area during my appointment. As a stay at home mom, I am so grateful for Dr. Arnold recognizing that moms with small children also need chiropractic care! I seriously had not been to the chiropractor for several years prior to finding Dr. Arnold because finding a reliable, trustworthy babysitter with the flexibility needed for scheduling appointments of these types (oh yeah, and in the middle of a pandemic) is basically impossible. Thank you Dr. Arnold for your compassion and understanding! read more

Dr. Arnold Is a miracle worker. In just one session, he was able to diagnose and recommend treatment for an injury that took Kaiser 5 different appointments to figure out. He is super knowledgeable, friendly, and professional, and he has a ton of experience in treating athletes from all different kinds of sports. All of my friends go to him as well - whether it's sports related, or just every day aches and pains. Thanks Dr. Arnold! read more

Dr Arnold is great. He is everything I've looked for in a medical professional. Knowledgeable, patient, friendly, and someone that listens. Not only have I started to go regularly, but have sent the whole family! read more

This is the first time i've ever been to a chiropractor, and I have been enjoying the whole experience! I could tell how much my body was off the first session and since then, can tell how much more my body is firing with my mind. My walk is more even, and I am not dealing with a constant uncomfortable lower back like I have been the last ten years. I never thought it would get better, but coming here has proven me wrong. Not only are Dr. Arnold and Vierena very warm and welcoming, the run a clean and organized operation and explain everything very thoroughly. Thank you both for helping my body get back to what it should feel like! :) read more

Simply amazing! I felt immediate relief after being adjusted. Dr. Koo is extremely knowledgeable, kind, professional and is genuinely interested in helping others feel their best, including children! Recently I started experiencing debilitating pain in my lower back and decided it was time to see a chiropractor. During the evaluation he explained everything thoroughly and took the time to address concerns you weren't even aware of. My 3 month old son has always favored one side and is usually fussy from the late afternoons until bedtime due to tummy/gas discomfort. Dr. Koo was so gentle and patient with him. My son did not complain the entire session. After seeing Dr. Koo treat me and our son, my husband decided he didn't want to wait any longer and booked himself a consultation that same day. Wished we had seen him sooner. We're looking forward to our next visit already! read more

Needed to leave an honest review since my experience has bothered me for so long. The good: Dr. Arnold is extremely nice, his secretary is friendly and the office space is clean and contemporary. As a new patient, his consultation was thoughtful, thorough and the health/physical history questionnaire was in-depth. I felt like he was truly taking into consideration all aspects of my life that could effect me physically. The bad: Once I began weekly appointments, 70% of the time Dr. Arnold was unsuccessful at getting my body to crack when performing an adjustment. I'd often be left with an awkward feeling in my neck or back, like I was pulled really hard in a weird direction. I found no relief from my sessions whatsoever. But I kept returning, knowing physical improvements take time. But truly, I was more successful at "adjusting" myself at home after watching some chiropractic Instagram videos. BUT, what I truly wanted to reveal -- After reviewing my statements, I was billed $60 for the first few sessions, then $80 for a few sessions after that, and then $100 for the most recent sessions. The gradual price increase puzzled me and was never mentioned. After an appointment I asked him why it went from $60 to $100, he said it was because of the "extra muscle work" he had done. This "extra muscle work" would include 10 mins of pushing on my sore pecs and moving my arms around in circles, which did nothing. Stumbling over his words, he also said prices were raised because he "exercised" me. What? We never did any exercises. Yes he gave me pointers on how to stretch at home, but I had already known those stretches from past PT's. He said "Yes but that was an extra add on." I told him I truly could not recall any enhancements to my sessions, but he insisted this was the reason. He also said not to worry about cost, since my insurance was paying for it, not me personally. I told him I had not yet met my deductible so all of these sessions I was paying for out of pocket. He had nothing to say to that. We ended the conversation, I walked out and never went back again. Never got a call about my other scheduled appointments. I guess he knew he was caught and that I wasn't coming back. Check your statements folks and ask questions! read more

This review is a simple THANK YOU to Dr. Arnold!!! He is amazing at what he does!! He literally "fixes" you right in the spot and you feel better immediately!! It is hard to explain it till you feel it yourself! My monthly visit to Dr. Arnold is the paramount of my month - I can't wait to go there. It is great to feel "like new" when I come out. He doesn't need to be advertised, it is already hard to schedule an appointment to see him. But my whole family is very happy we found him, his approach is unique, he is also kind and professional. THANK YOU Dr. Arnold from the bottom of my heart!! We love Farima too, she is a great addition to this office. She is very sweet and always helpful!! read more

I've been coming to Turning Point Chiropractic and seeing Dr. Arnold since he opened in 2020. I had never been to a chiropractor before but was suffering from a shoulder injury and wanted to supplement my rehabilitation routine of physical therapy and self-care with other methodologies. I thought I would give chiropractic care a try, and it definitely helped! Dr. Arnold is knowledgeable, patient, friendly, and listens. Each visit is tailored to address how your body is feeling in the present, which can include adjustments and muscle work. He also takes the time to explain the purpose of what he is doing and patiently answers all questions. I always leave feeling happy and re-centered (physically and mentally). My care has now shifted from pain relief to maintaining good health and wellness with once a month visits. I highly recommend Dr. Arnold's services! read more

I'm so glad I found Dr. Arnold! I was super nervous to begin chiropractic work but he did such a great job of explaining every step and made me feel comfortable. After multiple tailbone injuries, I had pain sitting and walking, not to mention numbness in my fingers from repetitive movements due to my job. Dr. Arnold created a plan for me and within a few months I feel like a whole new person. My only regret is not going to him sooner! read more

Dr. Arnold has been a life saver for me. Since I have been under his care my neck to my lower back has felt better and better every week. Dr. Arnold takes his time to explain every technique he uses. He also makes sure to only work on problem areas and does not apply work where it is not needed. He also uses top of the line technology and you can actually see in visual form where more pressure is throughout your spine and neck something I've never was given before with past chiropractors. Dr. Arnold is also personable and easy to talk to which makes a big difference when it comes to care. I highly recommend Dr. Arnold personally and professionally. read more

This was actually my first time seeing a chiropractor and after having a baby I had some lower back pain and pain in my upper back and neck. I really wanted someone who understood that my pregnancy might've brought some tension in my body. Arnold specializes in the pregnancy of pregnant women and how it can affect the human body! He took the time to explain what parts needed attention and explained how my pregnancy could have added to my back and neck pain. He was really understanding and made me feel comfortable.
