Their cars look clean on the outside and are of luxury brands but it is very much of a facade. The dealership owner, told me that the 10 year old Infiniti I bought from them was in the best condition he's ever seen for that particular age and model. Unfortunately, I was in a rush to buy a car so I made a quick impulse decision to buy it that same day. The owner kisses the ground you walk on up until the moment he gets your money into his pocket. Once that happens if you call him with any complaint he will turn from Dr. Jekyll to Mr. Hyde, get super angry, gaslight any situation, and has a complete lack of reason/empathy. There was a phone gps holder placed in the middle of the car's dashboard and I didn't think too much of it when I initially purchased it. Shortly after driving away from this dealer I took it off and can see that it was really just a bandaid covering up a 2x1 inch giant hole on my dashboard. I called the owner to let him know and he gaslit me by claiming I ripped it myself and abruptly hung up. This unfortunately costed me a lot of money to fix. They also must've conveniently turned off the check engine light just before I bought the car because 50 miles later on the same exact day I bought it, it turned on. The Infiniti software update I got to turn it off ended up costing me $400. Unfortunately this isn't the end of my "Superior" or should I call "Sketchy Motors" misfortune. Exactly 2 months after I bought this car the exhaust started sounding really loud out of no where, especially when I first start the car. I also was getting an exhaust smell in my cabin. I take a look under my car and the entire exhaust system is VERY BADLY corroded. Much worse than I have ever seen and I grew up in rusty ole CT. There was holes in my exhaust and both catalytic converters. As you know this costs thousands of dollars to get fixed. Keep in mind I just bought this car in the middle of August (this same year). I am writing this, because If I can help anyone from making the same mistake I made it is absolutely worth it. These guys don't see you as a customer...just a dollar sign.

I was honestly slightly wary of this dealer initially, because I'd found some negative reviews online from a couple years ago, plus it's an hour away from where I live. But they had what seemed like (and was!) a great deal on a 2006 Mitsubishi Outlander, a model I'd recently test-driven at a nearby dealer and loved -- so I had to at least check it out. I dealt exclusively with Carolyn Andersen, the general manager, and she was really responsive and easy to work with from the get-go. Since I wanted a mechanic to check it out, and my regular mechanic (Tires International in Manchester, they're great) was too far away, I looked for reviews online and was lucky enough to find Mike at Dulin Automotive in Milford, about 2 miles from Westshore Motors. Because it was so far from me, Mike suggested that I save myself the trip and just have the Westshore folks drive the car over. I didn't want to impose, but he said the folks at Westshore had done it before, so I asked Carolyn and she was happy to oblige (we'd already talked/emailed several times by then, so she knew I was sincerely interested). Mike was *awesome*, btw - did a very thorough job evaluating the car, called me right away with his findings (and wouldn't even let me pay him!). What he told me matched the info I'd gotten from Carolyn, no surprises - he said the only thing the car would need would be tires in a year or so, and all the other systems looked/worked great. So, with an enthusiastic thumbs-up from the mechanic, we went down pretty sure that we'd get the car, and our official test drive was to the bank to get a cashier's check, lol! Kind of unorthodox, but it was pretty seamless, no surprises. I also felt like Carolyn gave us a fair price on our trade-in. She made the whole process easy and very pleasant, and I hope the next time we need a new car we can find something good closer to home - but I wouldn't hesitate to buy from Carolyn again! :) Edit - 1/2/18 -- Just wanted to add that 3+ years later, the car is still running perfectly -- no problems, no surprises, just a great car!

    Was in CT for a 5-day visit. I contacted ACE during my trip on a Saturday morning, where business…read morehours were until 1pm. We were referred by friends who said ACE would take good care and resolve the issues with the truck. ACE owner (?) responded to say he was away on Saturday but could look at my truck Monday. We drove out to the shop that weekend to be sure we knew where it was. A small shop but plenty bays and a few cars on the lot. Looks like they may be a reseller for motorcycles or sell used cars/motorcycles also? The problem reported was that my truck would stutter between 40-50mph, then 60-70mph only on an incline. As much as this was a pain in the neck issue with driving al the backroads at those lower speeds, I felt that waiting a couple more days was ok. On Monday AM, I called ACE and asked what time to come in to have the truck looked at. Making a long story short, the owner said he could not take time to look at my truck as he was already busy. I asked then why he said he could help. He just repeated to say he could not take time to help. All he needed to do was take a road test of the truck and see if it was a simple issue, that's all we asked him to do. He continued to say no and if we were his regular customer, he would help. It's unfortunate that ACE could not at least assess what could be. Or, if he could not assist and knew it Saturday, then just say that Saturday. I wasted time waiting and could have gone elsewhere. If ACE had looked at the truck, he would have found out that the number 6 coil needed replacing. Could have made some money and kept a positive review with the business.

He gave me a couple of repair options and let me choose. He go the repair done on time, within his estimate. Since this was the first time he had seen my car, he checked out the rest of the engine and made some recommendations for me. Since I was due for an oil change, he did that too. As a woman, I hate going to the repair shop because I always feel I am getting taken advantage of...not with ACE.. I never felt like he was talking down to me or trying to sell me something i didnt need. I'll be returning here for all my repairs going forward... you should too!

    Talk about disrespectful! I have a rental from Enterprise…read moredue to a recent fender bender. So people from this location call me from car sales and when I kindly thank them for their offered services but I already have a dealership and lender, the man on the phone starts harrassing me with "oh, so what, you've already put a deposit on a car or?" and when I say yes to quickly end the conversation, he says "OK boss whatever you want". Talk about representing sterotypical car sales people to the letter. I've never been talked to like that.. On a 9 AM work-day phone call! I will never dream of using these people services and will advise others to avoid their disrespectful way of running a business. I've had far better luck dealing with Premier Subaru in Branford.

She was awesome , very friendly , easy to talk to , treated us with respect , great customer service and not pushy, like your regular car sales person. She took her time, answered all of our questions & was very patient. When we decided on the car we liked, Nancy ran the numbers for us and gave us a full breakdown of prices & options to choose from . She never made us feel pressured into buying a car, but simply supplied us with the info. Enterprise took care of everything. Did I mention quick walked in @ 10 am was out the door by 11:45 with a new car ,registration & plates . Doesn't get better than that ! :) We will definitely recommend this place to others! A big thank you to Nancy for your help ... You are simply the best .
