Stopped here on a Saturday evening, looking forward to some delicious Chipotle. Unfortunately, there was a sign on the door stating that only online orders were being accepted, due to being short-staffed. This is where I should have picked up the ringing clue phone, and listened to the indication to move on. However, we went ahead and ordered online. Inside, there were about 25 customers waiting, and only two workers, and there was no hustle. Orders were coming out 45 minutes behind the promised time. I get it. And I don't fault those workers. I know it's hard to hire enough help, etc. But Chipotle management, I call on you to be honest enough to just close the location when staffing is inadequate. The WORST Chipotle location ever! I had previously ordered take out (5 min drive) the night before. My crispy tacos were soggy and both of my burritos were cold. Yes they were busy, 6:40 pick up but arrived 5 min early in hopes of good warm food. Nope! So the following day I decided to bring it up to their attention without wanting anything in return but an apology..nothing less nothing more. Walked in asked for manager on duty. This young girl replied I am..Great I said..I'm here simply for you make a minute so that I may express to you my situation regarding the soggy tacos plus cold food. She immediately became defensive and said well that's what happens when you order vegetables. I'm like, I.l can understand that..but was also wanting to know as to why the burritos were so cold and the steak seemed dry from yesteryear (sarcasm) however true. Manager replied now which on is it? The soggy tacos and now cold food? Hmm I took a deep breath and stated once again I don't anything but for you to hear me out especially after a $35.00 bill. Again the atitude and offered my a soda. I was appalled. I was done I asked her if I may please have her name .as my patience was running short..her response was I DON'T have a name. I order a bowl with chicken and asked for a little black beans in my rice and I got a huge spoonful, I asked for veggies and she put 3 on and said she had no more. I said we'd wait and she said the store is out. I asked for lettuce and they had none. As I was paying I noted the take out team had lettuce and pepper veggies and asked if I could get a small cup and was told NO, in a rather rude manner. I asked why and was told those were for paying customers and I paid with a gift card. The manager at this location should be FIRED. I went there at about 5 o'clock yesterday afternoon. The place was empty. The workers were just standing around and there were so many of them. What was so disheartening was when I went to the buffet line and look to see what they had. It was pathetic it was very, very sad the meats, especially the beef was all dried up and burnt the vegetables. The ones with the onions and the green peppers. It was down to the very bottom and just withered. It just was really really sad. The cheese hadn't been stirred in so there was a big film around it, and it was dirty in the sense that it was just had been been spilled over by when they were serving and they didn't bother to clean it up. My fiancé and I were coming in to this location to get dinner on Sunday, May 10th. We stood in line for about 15 minutes( only one person in front of us waiting the whole time). We then stood in line after the lady in fronts order had been taken and no one said anything to us. Mind you 8 employees were standing around doing absolutely nothing but looking like they were doing something and side eyeing us from where they were all standing. We then said "is anyone going to take our order?". One of the workers then put gloves on and walked over to take our order. When he said something to us it was in such a sarcastic and straight up rude way. His words were " what can I get for you" after sighing real loud and making the tone in his voice sound so disrespectful. We then said " I guess we will just go somewhere else". He then replied "yeah you should go somewhere else"(completely disrespectful and shouldn't work with the public). Service was slow. The all stared around instead of dealing with the fact that no food was restocked or even cooked. There seemed to be no sense of urgency. Were out of a lot of product on the front line and all the employees were just standing in the back talking instead of stocking and prepping for next shift. Dining room was disgusting! Drink station was disgusting and not stocked! Only one employee greeted the line of customers, he was also the ONLY one who helped any of us. The rest just stood around and talked. The one guy who thought he was on American Idol or Aladdin could have stfu and stepped up and helped instead of just standing and watching. Now I know why this location can never keep employees. I went here on 10-25-23. I ordered veggie bowls. They were out of fajita veggies, some of items in the line appeared dried out. Employee helping me seemed to be trying but others just standing around watching. They weren't busy and it was around 4pm. This is the second time this has occurred- I had to go home and cook my own onions and peppers. How do you run out of onions and peppers? This chipotle is located in a Kroger grocery store parking lot! Anyway- I'm not likely to stop here again after the same poor experience twice. This location should nix their online ordering. I have come to this location a few times now and they have a horrible setup. They do not use the shelf for online orders but keep orders at the food prep station on a shelf where you cannot access it. There may be a reason for this but it is then very poorly managed. Whenever the person who is making online orders happens to look up, you can inquire to see if they have your order prepared already. Three different times I can recall going to this location, I've had to wait an additional 15+ minutes for my order off that shelf. Tonight was a new low. I went in there and the place was empty except for me and one other online order. The person working the online prep station was working hard doing orders and did not look up until finishing those orders with us standing right there for at least fifteen minutes. But what really got me was that there were no other customers and no one would acknowledge us or see if our order was on the shelf (mine was on that shelf...by the time I got it it was 20 minutes after pickup time. No clue how long it had been setting there). I have not had this issue at any chipotle elsewhere in the country (and I've order from quite a few coast to coast). I have ordered food from other places because I did not want to deal with this location. read more

I love my chipotle but this location served up nothing close to what I expected. Literally no taste. Severely missing ingredients that make it chipotle's. Staff of 2 for to go orders were behind 15 minutes. They would not call my order, I still had to ask for it while I waited in line for 15 minutes. 15 minutes is long enough to get through the line and sit down and start eating. My order was short but there was no way to refund me for just that. Finally I get home to try the food and it was awful. Nothing close to chipotle. I got burned bad by this place. Finally so I reported my 15 minutes late experience to the app. It replied and said my order was delivered on time. Funny cause while I was waiting in the store with the app open it said the order was delayed in the visual status cue indicator at the bottom of the app. Never again at Xenia. We went in at 7:30pm on a Wednesday. The restaurant was a mess, trash and food all over the floor and table tops. First they were out of fajitas. Then out of cheese! Who runs out of CHEESE? The kid behind the counter said they had more but we'd have to wait for them to shred it. Say what? Behind the counter was a wreck, again food all over the floor. Stood in line for 20 minutes and it wasn't busy. Music cranked up loud like a dance club (probably to keep people out of the lobby). Music volume easily made my order a to-go order for me. Get home and chicken is rubbery and just a bad bowl all around. If I could give zero stars I would. I went in at 7:00pm on a Saturday night, and was told they were only doing online orders. I was okay with that, so I placed my online order, which included 2 bags of chips and salsa. Then the next order was done and called out. When the person came up to get their order, the guy that just told me to place an online order told her that they were out of chips and she had to call 1-800-chipotle for a refund. When my order was called, he told me the same thing, to which I asked why he didn't tell me that before I placed my order??? And the guy proceeded to ask me how he was supposed to know I was going to order chips. I kid you not; I can't make this up. Now I had to call for a refund, and spent 20 minutes on the phone for a $6 refund that won't arrive for 3-5 business days. On top of all that, the place where they were making the food was a freaking mess, and not a manager on site.
