My fiancé and I were coming in to this location to get dinner on Sunday, May 10th. We stood in line for about 15 minutes( only one person in front of us waiting the whole time). We then stood in line after the lady in fronts order had been taken and no one said anything to us. Mind you 8 employees were standing around doing absolutely nothing but looking like they were doing something and side eyeing us from where they were all standing. We then said "is anyone going to take our order?". One of the workers then put gloves on and walked over to take our order. When he said something to us it was in such a sarcastic and straight up rude way. His words were " what can I get for you" after sighing real loud and making the tone in his voice sound so disrespectful. We then said " I guess we will just go somewhere else". He then replied "yeah you should go somewhere else"(completely disrespectful and shouldn't work with the public). Not the first time I have left a bad review on an employee of this establishment and continue to be shown disrespect and disregard for having a paying customer standing in line. read more

The dining room was okay, the tables seemed to be wiped and the floor looked reasonably clean, but there wasn't a bit a few forks available, no knives. The drink station didn't look clean. But the bathroom - the women's bathroom was FILTHY, the toilet seat and bowl just nasty and no running water in the filthy sink. Definitely one of the WORST chipotles I've been too! No sense of urgency, no care for customer service and satisfaction. Were out of a lot of product on the front line and all the employees were just standing in the back talking instead of stocking and prepping for next shift. Dining room was disgusting! Drink station was disgusting and not stocked! Only one employee greeted the line of customers, he was also the ONLY one who helped any of us. The rest just stood around and talked. The one guy who thought he was on American Idol or Aladdin could have stfu and stepped up and helped instead of just standing and watching. Now I know why this location can never keep employees. I went here on 10-25-23. I ordered veggie bowls. They were out of fajita veggies, some of items in the line appeared dried out. Employee helping me seemed to be trying but others just standing around watching. They weren't busy and it was around 4pm. This is the second time this has occurred- I had to go home and cook my own onions and peppers. How do you run out of onions and peppers? This chipotle is located in a Kroger grocery store parking lot! Anyway- I'm not likely to stop here again after the same poor experience twice. This location should nix their online ordering. I have come to this location a few times now and they have a horrible setup. They do not use the shelf for online orders but keep orders at the food prep station on a shelf where you cannot access it. There may be a reason for this but it is then very poorly managed. Whenever the person who is making online orders happens to look up, you can inquire to see if they have your order prepared already. Three different times I can recall going to this location, I've had to wait an additional 15+ minutes for my order off that shelf. Tonight was a new low. I went in there and the place was empty except for me and one other online order. The person working the online prep station was working hard doing orders and did not look up until finishing those orders with us standing right there for at least fifteen minutes. But what really got me was that there were no other customers and no one would acknowledge us or see if our order was on the shelf (mine was on that shelf...by the time I got it it was 20 minutes after pickup time. No clue how long it had been setting there). I have not had this issue at any chipotle elsewhere in the country (and I've order from quite a few coast to coast). I have ordered food from other places because I did not want to deal with this location. read more

I love my chipotle but this location served up nothing close to what I expected. Literally no taste. Severely missing ingredients that make it chipotle's. Staff of 2 for to go orders were behind 15 minutes. They would not call my order, I still had to ask for it while I waited in line for 15 minutes. 15 minutes is long enough to get through the line and sit down and start eating. My order was short but there was no way to refund me for just that. Finally I get home to try the food and it was awful. Nothing close to chipotle. I got burned bad by this place. Finally so I reported my 15 minutes late experience to the app. It replied and said my order was delivered on time. Funny cause while I was waiting in the store with the app open it said the order was delayed in the visual status cue indicator at the bottom of the app. Never again at Xenia. Stood in line for 20 minutes and it wasn't busy. Music cranked up loud like a dance club (probably to keep people out of the lobby). Music volume easily made my order a to-go order for me. Get home and chicken is rubbery and just a bad bowl all around. I am a Chipotle fan and usually have good service and good quality food (in my local area) as I was visiting from out of town and this one is just horrible. If I could give zero stars I would. I went in at 7:00pm on a Saturday night, and was told they were only doing online orders. I was okay with that, so I placed my online order, which included 2 bags of chips and salsa. Then the next order was done and called out. When the person came up to get their order, the guy that just told me to place an online order told her that they were out of chips and she had to call 1-800-chipotle for a refund. When my order was called, he told me the same thing, to which I asked why he didn't tell me that before I placed my order??? And the guy proceeded to ask me how he was supposed to know I was going to order chips. I kid you not; I can't make this up. Now I had to call for a refund, and spent 20 minutes on the phone for a $6 refund that won't arrive for 3-5 business days. On top of all that, the place where they were making the food was a freaking mess, and not a manager on site. My family and I stopped here on our way to kings island for one of the staff members to come out and say they were understaffed and wouldnt be able to serve us. We had to inform two other cars while others were pulling in. Normally I wouldn't make a review like this but I worked for chipotle and have opened with just myself and a manager while waiting for the rest of the crew to show up. I also know when they were there at least an hour hour and a half before hand because your shift starts before opening when your an opener. Chipotle in Xenia is terrible. Orders are wrong 75% of the time. I just picked up a 2 person dinner. I had free chips and quac from my last incorrect order. I got home (14 minute drive) and one of the bowls is 100% wrong. I blame myself for not checking before I drove home because I know the probability of an incorrect order is really high. Over the past year, 5 out of 7 of my orders have been wrong. To make it worse, you can't call the store directly. Everything is automated. Currently, I'm texting "pepper" the virtual assistant. "Pepper" add a free burrito to my chipotle account- no! I want a refund for the wrong food that was given to me! I'm so frustrated and this is the absolute last straw for chipotle. Not only in Xenia, but every location. They've officially lost a once loyal customer. read more
