First time, last time. Totally awful. The whole menu is gross. Bad attitude from order taker. A wait for 20+ minutes at the Drive-In. To then get the order incorrect. More waiting. I just wanted my money back and to leave. Burgers are dry and awful. Fries are like salt sticks. Giving two stars because my daughter loved her slushy with Nerds and the poor girl who delivered our food was trying her best. Pulled up to a park and order kiosk, waited 5+ minutes after pressing the order button so I opted for the drive thru instead. There were 2 cars in front of me, so not too busy. When I got to the window the attendant barked my order back to me, grabbed my payment, then thrust my order out the window. I understand having a bad day but that was a bit much! Online it says they are open until midnight on Saturday's but when I pulled up to the drive through just before 10:30 no one was there and it seemed like it had been closed for a while. Other times I've gone in the evening and I wanted a Sonic Blast but they said their machine wasn't working so that is really disappointing when that happens too. read more

First time here . We ordered and ate at the drive in . When the waitress came out to our car and handed us our order in one bag i immediately opened the bag and saw that there was one item missing. I told her this and she left and came back within minutes. She handed us the item and than said that the employee inside said that the item was in the bag . She than looked inside our car as if she was looking for the missing food item . I told her it was not and she wanted to argue with us that it was because the other employee said so . Unbelievable. You don't treat customers this way . The employee needs to brush up on customer service. Tater tots looked like they've been sitting all day under a lamp. Chili dog hot dog looked like something from the prehistoric era. Cheeseburgers were less than room temperature. We ordered food to sit outside and eat: The girl brought it out in a bag with no napkins or ketchup. How the hell do you bag food and give it to a customer that's about to eat it without a napkin? Even though the food I had last time I ate here (hotdog that was obviously old) tasted gross, I gave it another chance. This time, I got the double cheeseburger. It tasted awful. the burgers weren't tasty at all and overcooked. My limeaid drink was good, but they put too much ice and the refreshing. tasty drink didn't last long. I have zero desire to come back. Years ago, Sonic had great burgers and tots. This is no longer true. The quality and taste of all the savory items is not acceptable. Excited to go to Sonic because they are few and far between. Very disappointed with the quality of food and my order was incorrect even after it was repeated back and forth more than once. I was even charged extra for the item I kept repeating I didn't want. My side item was dumped in the bag with condiments I didn't request thrown on top and were so cold I had to throw it away. Tried contacting using the info on the receipt but was not able to get through. I will drive past this Sonic when I'm in the area again. It needs a lot of work. Been here about 5 times in the last year or two M Waited a long time for simple food items. Twice they messed up my order. Once they charged me for the wrong items and refused to fix it. Last two times I have been there has been fairly quick and they got my order perfect. I think it's a change in management and if they keep it up the review will start improving. Terrible service. Slow drive through. So frequently have we gotten either the wrong food or screwed up order, that we usually have a pile of "free" coupons to use if we ever decide to go back. After going there dozens of times in six years, we never get food anymore, only drinks, as we are tired of either living with or complaining about bad food. Contacted the owner once - that was a mistake. She sent me an email asking me how she could "make it right" and then never replied to any of several of my responses. Not the worst Sonic I've been to, but definitely not the worst. The workers are generally nice, albeit impatient (my H is indecisive). Also, the food takes a while to come to you... and when it does, presentation is hit or miss and taste is subpar. I recommend getting shakes, or basically any specialty drink there. read more

This is possibly the worst Sonic I have ever been to. Being in the military I have traveled all over the country and Sonic is usually a good go to for consistency, not this one. It generally takes 20 min to get through the drive thru, for a corn dog or just a drink. The other night my girlfriend and I went to get milkshakes from there and they maybe contained 50% flavors (peanut butter and bananas) and then 50% was whipped cream. Just flat out terrible. It had absolutely no ice cream in it and tasted terrible. At least it's not as bad as the one in Fairborn by Meijer. read more

This sonic was about the norm. My tots came with deep fried pickles which gave them the flavor the bread wasn't toasted all the way so the sandwiches were messy. The biggest issue was we ordered milkshakes afterwards and the car hop came out and said 6 dollars when she came with the change she pulled a quick one and kept the receipt. We took the time which was all ones and it was 3 dollars short. We called her back before she went in and brought it up then the funniest thing happened she pulled her coin purse out and had the exact change that we were missing. read more

We decided to head to Sonic for a late night slushy/milkshake. We got there right before closing at about 9:55. We pulled into the bay to look at the menu. After looking for a couple minutes we pushed the order button. We spoke to the employee over the speaker. She promptly informed us that she was out of ice cream. She stated that she just made some orders with half-and-half. I then asked her what we could order off the menu. She said we could get fountain drinks including slushees and sodas without the ice cream. I asked if she was still serving food. There was a pause. I asked if she ran out of food. She said no. I knew that she did not run out of ice cream. She used this blatant lie as an excuse to close and not serve us food since we arrived late. I understand that it wasn't cool of us to arrive right before closing but technically, they were still open. They just did not want to serve us and have to clean their kitchen equipment again. I think this is a shitty thing for a chain restaurant to do. Hopefully the managers will read this and address this with their crappy employees. And these people are clamoring about making $15 per hour minimum wage? Get real. read more

Went to this sonic location, I ordered 2 Lemon Raspberry Waters with NO rind they asked me 3 times what I wanted when I was ordering. Then sat there and didn't get a total of any type of response. Finally I said "hello?" And they responded with the amount. Once we pulled forward we were handed the waters and pulled forward and noticed there were RINDS in our waters and they were LIMES NOT WVEN LEMONS!!!!
