Asked for a burrito, everything was good, but when I went to sit down and eat it, it all just fell apart. I kindly asked to get it re wrapped and they said they couldn't and gave me a bowl instead. I'm not sure what was the point of getting a burrito if I was gonna end up eating in a bowl. ‍ read more

I came in to get a burrito bowl to go. I was the only person in line and waited over five minutes while the employees stood around talking. The young man who made my order was very nice. If I had to guess, I'd say he was new based on how timid he seemed. Unfortunately, the white rice, pinto beans, and corn containers were nearly empty. He scraped burnt, hard white rice from the bottom of the container and put about 10 pinto beans in my bowl. I asked him to please grab fresh replacements from the back and start over, but he didn't. When I got to the counter to pay, it was the same guy who is always leaning against the counter like standing up straight takes too much effort. The counter was absolutely filthy--lettuce, cheese, and crumbs everywhere. I had to use a napkin from my purse to wipe it down just so I could set my bag down and get my card out. I ordered a fountain soda and paid for everything. The drink station was even worse, and three of the soda flavors were out. I asked the cashier if they could be refilled, and he shrugged his shoulders and said, "I don't know how." I asked why they were selling fountain drinks when he knew the flavors had been out for a while. Again, he shrugged and just stood there. I asked for a refund, and his response was, "I don't know how." I asked for a bottled soda instead, which he eventually gave me with a roll of his eyes. There's a reason this is one of the lowest-rated Chipotles. Unfortunately, Wilsonville has limited restaurant options, so places like this continue to get business despite the poor service. There are maybe three employees here who are fantastic, but the others honestly leave me wondering how this level of service is considered acceptable. For $15+ for a burrito bowl, I don't think it's unreasonable to expect fresh food, reasonable portions, a clean counter, and employees who are willing to help customers. I don't even eat large portions, so I can't imagine how someone with a bigger appetite would feel about the tiny portions. This location really needs some management and accountability read more

Constantly runs out of guac. How is that possible for a place that serves Mexican food? Then they have guac but only for online orders. Asked if they can just give me that guac since they had plenty and they said not because it's "policy". So I simply went onto the app to purchase there. Ridiculously ran restaurant. I had to pay twice for it. read more

I have not been here for a while, but the commercial for the Carne Asada caught my attention. So I had the Carne Asada bowl, which I thought was pretty darn good. The meat was pretty tender and tasted good. As for the inside of chipotle's, I'm not crazy about the coldness of it in the chairs are not very comfortable. Service was OK, nothing special. What I come back here? Probably not my first choice. read more

This is the dirtiest restaurant I think I've been in. The food line had food all over it. And didn't get wiped down the hole time I was in there. I watched as the line died down and no one was there to help. All the people in the back were talking and dancing to the rap music playing. I asked to talk to the manager and asked if the mess was acceptable and was verbally attacked because they had been super busy and they were taking a break. Also non of the tables had been wiped down and had food debris on most of the tables. read more

Absolutely discussing place! I should have walked out when I walked in and saw how filthy it was! The servers were worthless, could not even take the order right. The chicken was dry and no flavor, everything was runny, the romaine was turning brown. The rice was cold. We both got sick by midnight! This place should be shut down!!!!! STAY AWAY!!! read more

Small portions, rude staff, and the food was cold. We had to wait for chicken to be cooked which was fine but the continues to try and rush us through even though we had to wait for our protein. read more

The food was delicious, as usual. I had the Vege bowl, my husband had the steak bowl, and my mother-in-law had the chicken bowl, so we covered a lot of the bases. It's so nice to customize food to fit your own tastes. The servers gave generous portions, and we're friendly. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars on the review is that I felt the dining room could have been cleaner. read more

Ay word to my Motha rude crew zero portions and lowkey would rather eat Arby's maybe it's just this location idk

Worst Chipotle experience ever. We went in and were told it was online only, which was a little frustrating but understandable. My friends and I ordered three meals, a bowl, a quesadilla, and a burrito. That's when everything went downhill. My friend, who ordered the burrito, got a bag with her name on it, but it had my order inside. Our names are completely different, so that made no sense. Then my bag came out with my name on it, but it had my friend's order plus a random burrito labeled "Bryan"... like, who is Bryan? We told the staff, and after waiting even longer, they finally gave my friend the correct burrito. The whole situation was disorganized and confusing. Definitely feels like poor management and lack of attention to orders. Really disappointing experience. Honestly how hard is it to make 3 meals, and double checking the bags... tbh do better... and to top it off, they didn't even apologize for the inconvenience... never going back to this chipotle. read more

WHO THE FUCK IS BRIAN???!!! me and my two friends went to this chipotle and they messed up all three of our orders (and brian) I went in and I grabbed the freaking thing that had my name on it and it had a completely different person's order inside of it and then they proceeded to do that two more times after I told them that they messed up and they didn't even apologize or anything never go to this chipotle. they gave my friend her bag and then it had someone else's food in it and also Brian's burrito we weren't even with anyone named Brian who is Brian. My husband went and got us and our 2 children lunch. He ordered 2 children's chicken taco meals and when he was asked what sides he just said rice and tortillas. And he orders our 2 bowls as well. He gets home and our children's meals ONLY have tortillas and rice. NO CHICKEN. I'm sorry when you order CHICKEN TACOS you should get the chicken right? Apparently NOT. So my husband goes back to correct the order and ends up in an argument with the manager and the person who served him. ALL THEY HAD TO DO WAS GIVE THE FUCKING CHICKEN FOR THE TACOS. WE PAY FOR IT IN THE DAMN MEAL ANYWAYS. Yeah no 0 customer service training on all aspects and will never he going there again. Have the day you deserve chipotle workers. read more

We just finished lunch there. The restaurant is so dirty. I couldn't find a single table without food remnants on it. The server was gruff and just wanted to move us through while the others just stood there. I'm confused as to why it needed to be this way when there were only 5 people in the dining room. read more

1- customer service is terrible at this location (management included) 2- portion sizes are much smaller than any other location 3- common sense isn't so common with this place, they'd rather argue while being wrong than to admit they were wrong and fix the problem. read more

In town and not surprised at all to see the horrible reviews and the comments about how dirty this location is so I'm not even going to waste my time to go. Up to recently I owned 30,000 shares of chipotle but I sold off the majority prior to the crash because I had seen a dramatic change in the restaurants, the quality of the product and especially as stated here, how filthy the restaurants were and how poor the service was. Since Scott Boatwright took over the culture has definitely changed or maybe I should say as Brian Nicoll left to become the Starbucks CEO. As a major shareholder, I wrote a lengthy letter to the corporate office which by the way is near where I live in Southern California so I'm sure it made it there but received no response. The fact that even for the local restaurants as shown in these responses requires you to send an email to a generic email location, lax personalization, and I couldn't be more disappointed in chipotle, and instead of taking my business to the local tonight here in the Portland area. read more

This was a freakin disappointment. 2 burritos 2 bowls and 2 kids meal. Every single item was wrong and the guacamole was brown and was told they don't have fresh guac. Like WTH how do you not have fresh guac. read more

Had a terrible experience with Manager Dylan at Chipotle. Ordered double protein, and instead of two full scoops, he gave me two half scoops--basically the same as a single. When I pointed it out, instead of fixing it, he sarcastically asked if I wanted a triple. That's not how customer service works. If a customer orders and pays for something, they should get exactly what they ordered, not be shorted because the manager decides to skimp. Unprofessional attitude, poor service, and a clear lack of care for customer satisfaction. Chipotle needs to do better. Would not recommend going to this location unless you want a similar experience. read more

Why let an order be placed if you don't have the ingredients to make it? Let alone stay open? 6 times in a row floppin' hard.

Didn't even have the opportunity to get food. I thought it was open because I was in a hurry to find a place to eat as I had been on a 10+ hour drive. After I go inside, come to find out it doesn't open for another 5 minutes. No big deal, I just ask to use the restroom while I wait. I come out and as I'm about to go outside to wait, one of the male employees practically shoo's me out the door, asking me to wait outside as I am literally walking towards the door to do so. Very horrible body language and a face to match! Ruined my appetite. read more

SCW and I stopped into Chipotle while staying nearby and needing a quick relatively healthy bite to eat. We ordered two veggie sofritas bowls and customized them to our liking. I usually get all of the veggies and both black and pinto beans as I enjoy the flavoring of the beans. The food was fresh. The service was good. There's not a lot to say about this Chipotle other than I took off a few stars as the inside looked like it needed some cleaning. We didn't eat inside but the tables needed to be cleaned off and the floor was a little sketch. read more

Usually I have an ok experience at this place. They need to do better with who they hire to work at this place. Having 2 hands and a head doesn't mean you can do the job, and be able to deal with the public. My experience yesterday was pretty awful. I was ordering 2 meals where I was in the middle ordering the first meal where other employee asked what I want on my second order. He started getting angry, I very politely told him that I cannot order 2 meals at the same time since it's not the same stuff in both orders. After I finished the first order he started my second order where I was feeling his anger from the other side of the counter. He wasn't listening to me and was asking "what, What" continuously and rudely. When I move to cashiers side the same rude male subject "employee " put his thumb inside my meal which was a bowl to check what type of meat I got. When I asked him what his doing he responded that he was "checking the meat."I told him he has no right to put his finger inside my food, he then responded that he had gloves on. I told him that I won't take that meal and I want a different one made by different employee where by approval of the supervisor they made me the new one. This unprofessional male subject told me that I have to pay for both, I told him I won't and that's not how it works. This is issue that lots of places ignore because they are short on employees , but it's better to be short then loose you clients by having terrible employees. Having gloves on doesn't means you can put your finger inside someone's food, it should be their responsibility to remember what they put inside the order. Other question how often that gloves gets changed because I saw him after that with same gloves as he started cleaning the counter with dirty chemical cleaner soaked rags. Should we trust the gloves? I don't care about the gloves, have your hands clean and don't stick your fingers inside the food. I don't think I'm very picky. This is basic hygiene that needs to be enforced and followed follow; especially in the food industry. Also they need to learn how to speak with their customers, being hostile and snarky isn't a way to talk to customers, especially when you're in the wrong. read more

I was really craving chipotle after running errands so I did an online order for pick up. It was ready on time, but when I got home and opened it up, the portion filled up 1/3 of the bowl, it wasn't even half full. It was the ingredients I ordered, however, the guacamole was BROWN which was disgusting, the chicken was extremely hard/chewy and I think just too old. I ordered a tortilla on the side and it was hard as a rock. Everything about my meal was horrendous that I couldn't even eat it. I threw it away before I even thought of taking a picture. I wish I could be compensated for the meal I couldn't even eat. I got about 5 bites in before it made it my trash. read more

Worst experience ever with a young guy serving my food today. I asked for a veggie bowl and he proceeded to add two pieces of fajitas in my bowl and when I went to ask for more he flat out said, "there's no more." I didn't assume there weren't any in the works in the kitchen or that the takeout section didn't have any. So if you were really out, why not say that in the beginning? Then when I said I didn't want the bowl anymore, he chucked it in the trash with a nasty attitude. Why are some employees so angry and rude here?! A "sorry we don't have any more" would've been better than "WE DON'T HAVE ANYMORE." Do better! read more

You guys suck. You fail at Togo and your food is overpriced when it's not even made correctly. Never again. Adios chipotle

10/21/23 at 5pm. I'm going to reiterate what Kola P. wrote a month ago... I ordered two bowls, I asked to have just about every side added to the bowls, and they were barely half full by the time the employee closed the lid. There was literally no meat added to my bowls. It took everything in me not to just walk out without paying. Thanks for the kids size meal chipotle employees. Also, as soon as the girl made my bowls she turned around and started flirting with the cook. Which I would not have cared if you would have actually put some food in my bowls. I really don't write a lot of poor reviews but this isn't the first bad experience here at this location so now is the time. I went in and requested the cauliflower rice and asked what else was added to it just to be sure I could have all the ingredients. Instead of this girl answering my question she pointed to the menu and said, "it's up there." Really?! Her tone was rude and sarcastic. I was stunned. I was also the ONLY customer in the lobby, this was not during a peak time. She could have answered my question kindly. I'm in customer service and I would NEVER behave that way and point a customer to the menu instead of answering the question. I would simply say what the other ingredients were. It's sad, customer service is suffering at some of these places. read more

Went to a local Mexican restaurant across the street that was quick with a take out order and tasted great. Would recommend if you don't have the time to wait and the website is not loading.
