I have not been here for a while, but the commercial for the Carne Asada caught my attention. So I had the Carne Asada bowl, which I thought was pretty darn good. Worst Chipotle experience ever. We went in and were told it was online only, which was a little frustrating but understandable. My friends and I ordered three meals, a bowl, a quesadilla, and a burrito. That's when everything went downhill. My friend, who ordered the burrito, got a bag with her name on it, but it had my order inside. Our names are completely different, so that made no sense. Then my bag came out with my name on it, but it had my friend's order plus a random burrito labeled "Bryan"... like, who is Bryan? We told the staff, and after waiting even longer, they finally gave my friend the correct burrito. The whole situation was disorganized and confusing. Definitely feels like poor management and lack of attention to orders. Really disappointing experience. Honestly how hard is it to make 3 meals, and double checking the bags... tbh do better... and to top it off, they didn't even apologize for the inconvenience... never going back to this chipotle. read more

This is the dirtiest restaurant I think I've been in. The food line had food all over it. And didn't get wiped down the hole time I was in there. I watched as the line died down and no one was there to help. All the people in the back were talking and dancing to the rap music playing. I asked to talk to the manager and asked if the mess was acceptable and was verbally attacked because they had been super busy and they were taking a break. The food was delicious, as usual. I had the Vege bowl, my husband had the steak bowl, and my mother-in-law had the chicken bowl, so we covered a lot of the bases. It's so nice to customize food to fit your own tastes. The servers gave generous portions, and we're friendly. This Chipotle has the worst service and their dining room is always dirty. The prices are not consistent even though I order the same item each visit. The Chipotle near Barnes and Cornell always has great service, a clean environment and the food tastes fresher. Today I visited the Wilsonville location and ordered a soda. When I tried getting ice it was empty and the Coke Zero was empty. I asked for a refund on my soda and it became a huge production. The manager asked the person if they were telling customers that the ice and some drinks were unavailable the server said yes. A complete lie. In town and not surprised at all to see the horrible reviews and the comments about how dirty this location is so I'm not even going to waste my time to go. Up to recently I owned 30,000 shares of chipotle but I sold off the majority prior to the crash because I had seen a dramatic change in the restaurants, the quality of the product and especially as stated here, how filthy the restaurants were and how poor the service was. Since Scott Boatwright took over the culture has definitely changed or maybe I should say as Brian Nicoll left to become the Starbucks CEO. As a major shareholder, I wrote a lengthy letter to the corporate office which by the way is near where I live in Southern California so I'm sure it made it there but received no response. The fact that even for the local restaurants as shown in these responses requires you to send an email to a generic email location, lax personalization, and I couldn't be more disappointed in chipotle, and instead of taking my business to the local tonight here in the Portland area. read more

My husband went and got us and our 2 children lunch. He ordered 2 children's chicken taco meals and when he was asked what sides he just said rice and tortillas. And he orders our 2 bowls as well. He gets home and our children's meals ONLY have tortillas and rice. NO CHICKEN. I'm sorry when you order CHICKEN TACOS you should get the chicken right? Apparently NOT. Had a terrible experience with Manager Dylan at Chipotle. Ordered double protein, and instead of two full scoops, he gave me two half scoops--basically the same as a single. When I pointed it out, instead of fixing it, he sarcastically asked if I wanted a triple. That's not how customer service works. If a customer orders and pays for something, they should get exactly what they ordered, not be shorted because the manager decides to skimp. Unprofessional attitude, poor service, and a clear lack of care for customer satisfaction. Chipotle needs to do better. Usually I have an ok experience at this place. They need to do better with who they hire to work at this place. Having 2 hands and a head doesn't mean you can do the job, and be able to deal with the public. My experience yesterday was pretty awful. I was ordering 2 meals where I was in the middle ordering the first meal where other employee asked what I want on my second order. He started getting angry, I very politely told him that I cannot order 2 meals at the same time since it's not the same stuff in both orders. After I finished the first order he started my second order where I was feeling his anger from the other side of the counter. He wasn't listening to me and was asking "what, What" continuously and rudely. When I move to cashiers side the same rude male subject "employee " put his thumb inside my meal which was a bowl to check what type of meat I got. When I asked him what his doing he responded that he was "checking the meat."I told him he has no right to put his finger inside my food, he then responded that he had gloves on. I told him that I won't take that meal and I want a different one made by different employee where by approval of the supervisor they made me the new one. This unprofessional male subject told me that I have to pay for both, I told him I won't and that's not how it works. This is issue that lots of places ignore because they are short on employees , but it's better to be short then loose you clients by having terrible employees. Having gloves on doesn't means you can put your finger inside someone's food, it should be their responsibility to remember what they put inside the order. Other question how often that gloves gets changed because I saw him after that with same gloves as he started cleaning the counter with dirty chemical cleaner soaked rags. Should we trust the gloves? I don't care about the gloves, have your hands clean and don't stick your fingers inside the food. I don't think I'm very picky. This is basic hygiene that needs to be enforced and followed follow; especially in the food industry. Also they need to learn how to speak with their customers, being hostile and snarky isn't a way to talk to customers, especially when you're in the wrong. read more

I was really craving chipotle after running errands so I did an online order for pick up. It was ready on time, but when I got home and opened it up, the portion filled up 1/3 of the bowl, it wasn't even half full. It was the ingredients I ordered, however, the guacamole was BROWN which was disgusting, the chicken was extremely hard/chewy and I think just too old. I ordered a tortilla on the side and it was hard as a rock. Everything about my meal was horrendous that I couldn't even eat it. I threw it away before I even thought of taking a picture. SCW and I stopped into Chipotle while staying nearby and needing a quick relatively healthy bite to eat. We ordered two veggie sofritas bowls and customized them to our liking. I usually get all of the veggies and both black and pinto beans as I enjoy the flavoring of the beans. The food was fresh. The service was good. There's not a lot to say about this Chipotle other than I took off a few stars as the inside looked like it needed some cleaning. We didn't eat inside but the tables needed to be cleaned off and the floor was a little sketch. read more

Worst experience ever with a young guy serving my food today. I asked for a veggie bowl and he proceeded to add two pieces of fajitas in my bowl and when I went to ask for more he flat out said, "there's no more." I didn't assume there weren't any in the works in the kitchen or that the takeout section didn't have any. So if you were really out, why not say that in the beginning? Then when I said I didn't want the bowl anymore, he chucked it in the trash with a nasty attitude. Why are some employees so angry and rude here?! I ordered two bowls, I asked to have just about every side added to the bowls, and they were barely half full by the time the employee closed the lid. There was literally no meat added to my bowls. It took everything in me not to just walk out without paying. Thanks for the kids size meal chipotle employees. Also, as soon as the girl made my bowls she turned around and started flirting with the cook. Which I would not have cared if you would have actually put some food in my bowls. Instead of this girl answering my question she pointed to the menu and said, "it's up there." Really?! Her tone was rude and sarcastic. I was stunned. I was also the ONLY customer in the lobby, this was not during a peak time. She could have answered my question kindly. I'm in customer service and I would NEVER behave that way and point a customer to the menu instead of answering the question. I would simply say what the other ingredients were. Ordered my bowl online with double chicken and when I went to pick it up, it wasn't even half full. Definitely not worth the price.

This location is only taking online orders. Arrived to try to grab lunch on my work break. The website would not loud, the app would not download quickly and I tried to call but it is an automated system that I would not trust to get my order correct or done quickly. I'm sure the people there are lovely, but if you are looking to get food quickly order ahead or do not go. Went to a local Mexican restaurant across the street that was quick with a take out order and tasted great. Would recommend if you don't have the time to wait and the website is not loading. Chipotle, an easier online order system would do you wonders. 3 other people left while I was outside trying to order when the sign said you are only taking online orders. read more
