I go here frequently because I can find healthy-ish food and it's fast. However, I don't think I have ever left here with my order as I've asked for it or ordered it on mobile order. For example, they've forgotten cheese on a cheese quesadilla and chicken in chicken tacos. It's really really frustrating. Terrible experience. They messed up my order and I was super polite in asking for another one, and the worker gave me attitude about making it. I told him to just make it and to stop being smart with me, then he proceeded to tell me that he would "fuck me up" (those words came out of his mouth). He wanted to fight me outside the chipotle, all because I wanted another order. He continued to curse at me, call me the n word, call me a punk ass bitch, all while I did not retaliate because I just wanted my food. I would not recommend going here at all. Although I did not come here to eat, I am still giving this restaurant a 5-star, solely based on the visual cleanliness as well as the AMAZING customer service that the manager, Justin, provided to both me and my friend. I also observed the other staff, being friendly and well-groomed. I came in this restaurant to complain of another restaurant, in which you can find the other review below this one. We needed a manager from higher up, and didn't trust the staff at the other Chipotle to help us. Justin was very helpful and even offered us some free food and a drink while we wait. I didn't take the offer, b/c I'd just eaten a belly full of food prior, in another Chipotle, but was super happy to have come here. So now I know where to go to get good food and excellent service!! This Chipotle does not live up to the national standards I've come to expect with Chipotle. My bottom 3 Chipotle experiences all come from this particular location, and each time I tell myself it's an aberration. Today will be my last day to dine at this location. To summarize, I ordered a vegetarian salad online. I arrive, and have to wait to pick up my food, which defeats the purpose of the online order. Upon examination, the food was blasted in a heater causing the salad greens to wilt. Also, no black beans were added, and the only explanation on the top of the bowl was a black-markered, all-caps "SORRY". I finally convince one of the line workers to add the beans after reproducing the receipt (despite beans being a free addition). After all that's settled I get back to my office and find that the vinaigrette is actually a container of beans. I do not understand why controls can't be enacted at this location to better work with this incompetence. I believe corporate ops should investigate the management or proprietor of this location. I won't dine at this location again and it has actually gone so far as to damage the brand in my eyes. read more

Nope. I take it back. I was excited to have Chipotle as a quick lunch option. Not quick. The line can wind around for miles - you must get here before 11:55 AM or you are stuck. They then ran out of chicken and the line screeched to a halt. Nasty attitude from the girls behind the line, too. (Not the cashier lady - she was nice.) Though we ordered a steak bowl with corn salsa, guacamole (which is extra cost), cheese, and black beans, they did not put in the guacamole or corn. They added sour cream, but we didn't even ask for that. The portion was only about four spoonfuls. Essentially, we paid $12.00 for something that costed $9.00. This was by far the best experience at Chipotle I've ever had, and I eat Chipotle ALOT! Also I never write reviews but felt this was worth some sort of recognition. My husband and I are Vegan and asked the guy if he'd mind changing his gloves.. he asked questions to understand our allergens and he made sure not to touch anything that we didn't eat. He even asked the next guy in line to change his gloves for us and was extremely respectful rather than bothered (as some people get) The gentleman helping us had blonde hair and really made this experience great.. so much that I'm writing a review on a place I eat multiple times a week. The food was good, and the staff very friendly. Our lunch was prepared quickly and served with a smile. But the restaurant was dirty, with a puddle of water (?) pooling around the long table that looks out the window, bits of trash and food on the floor (which needed a good steam cleaning), and my wife and I made sure that our food did not touch the metal table tops since they looked like they hadn't been wiped off for some time. All in all, a decent fast-food meal was rendered unappealing by the surroundings. We ate quickly and left. read more

So I've had a couple good experiences here, but this last visit I had will be the last. I went in after a long shift of work, around 8 o'clock. All I asked for was a burrito and they completely butchered it. The person behind the counter didn't know how to make a burrito clearly, because they stuck their fingers in it way too much, to the point that I was actually disgusted. I asked if they could just make it a bowl instead, and all they did was throw it in a bowl with the burrito half wrapped and at that point I just walked out and went to 5 Guys. She barely put any chicken and other toppings in my burrito- she was acting as if it was coming out of her personal paycheck. This location is terrible! I had a gift e-card and they didn't even know how to process it! They insisted that I didn't have money on a gift card I just got from someone! I went to a chipotle just down the road and guess what...gift barcode works! How about training employees before you put them inside of a working location. This place has not improved in service. The wait times are outrageous, employees buckle under the pressure and customer service is nonexistent. I've seen some of the employees get snappy with each other and even some of the customers. I just went for lunch at this location and was highly disgusted by the service I received from not only the girl serving out my food named Anyayy (pronounced an yaa) I may have misspelled her name and the so called manager on duty: Brian. First of all she had this pissed off attitude look on her face from my initial walk in. Before I could even get out what I wanted she started rushing me. I felt through out my whole order that I was being rushed with only one person behind me in line. She was very unpleasant. I did nothing to you but to come to spend my money at the establishment that you work at. What I received is a whole lot of attitude and insult. The worst part was when I asked her for some hot sauce she took her gloves off, rolled her eyes and walked away from me. I turned to the guy who was ringing up my order and I mentioned something to him that she is horrible and that she was very rude to me. He didn't say a word but tell me my total. Then I asked him for her name and he didn't even want to tell me. He barely whispered it to me and had this smile on his face. I paid for my food and left. While in the car, my 8 months pregnant and annoyed ass called the store back to see if I could speak with a manager and Brian picks up the phone. I asked him if I could speak with the manager and he tells me I am him. What?!!!! You just witnessed what your employee did and heard me complain about her and said nothing. What kind of manager are you? Not sure what type of business they are running but what I experienced today was total nonsense and no one should have to go through that. I asked him how could he stand there and allow such a behavior to happen in his presence and he is suppose to be the manager on duty? He stated that "Oh I will talk to her"! No you won't. The customer service at this location is terrible. I stood with my guest for 8 minutes at the line and continued to be ignored by the workers as they talked and fooled around. When I finally said hello they looked at me and didn't reply and went back to fooling around. It took another minute or so for the only person that was working on the line to acknowledge me and make my meal. Dude behind the counter was a miserable human being and I bet even his mother doesn't like being around him. Dude gave me a half scoop which caused me to ask for double. Gives me an even smaller scoop and then tried to tell me I was wrong. My guy you work in a customer service role, your job is to make the customer happy but instead your gonna argue with me? This Chipotle location is a disappointment. Went today and my bowl was half of what it should be ingredients wise. When my husband addressed the fact there was hardly anything in the Bowl the girl behind the counter just shrugged and put the lid on it. Another reviewer said "they scoop the ingredients like it's coming out of their personal paycheck" and that completely sums up this location. I was tempted to go back and get my money back. This hasn't been the first time I've gotten bowls with hardly anything in them from this location. I doubt I will be back here and will just drive down to the Wayne location from now on. read more

They guy who made it was very quiet and wouldn't speak up so it very hard to understand him. The next lady who help with the finishing touches was also very moody. It surprises me how slow and poorly managed this Chipotle is since most of them are known for their efficiency. I literally was the only person in line at 5:05 pm one weekday to order 3 dinners to go and it took me upwards of 20 mins. They didn't have cut chicken, the woman put a hole through the burrito and had to start over, didn't have chips prebagged, and the guy checking me out had zero idea what he was doing. After all that I go to the fountain soda and 4 of their sodas were out. How is that possible? (Side note I came back 3 weeks later and all 4 sodas were still out). When we got home the food was extremely subpar as well. Chips were stale, chicken was awful and they majorly skimped on items we asked for. I love Chipotle and so does my family, both for the food and convenience, but that is not the case here. I placed an order in your Wayne PA store this past Saturday. Went in to pick up order only to find it wasn't ready. While I watched the three men make our food I was blown away. No one had a mask on, one didn't have gloves on, one dripped the dirty water from the steam table over our food not once but TWICE!!! I asked them to stop making our food and asked for my money back. I have two family members with auto immune disease and couldn't take a chance bringing this food home. One man whispered under his breath "bitch" another told me they could not give our money back and I would have to go online. I have called the field leader three times now (Jose Perez) and I have put in a request for our money back online two times now. When is someone going to call me? I have given this location multiple chances and re-dos. Every single time I order online, the order is never ready for pickup when it's supposed to be ready. Today I walked in after the order was supposed to be ready and they had NOT EVEN STARTED IT YET. There were only 3 people in line, and at least 6 employees with expressionless faces and pants hanging low moving with the speed of slugs. Terrible chipotle franchise. Lines are long and staff is rude and has no urgency. Place is always dirty. Fresh brewed iced tea is frequently empty. They keep the plastic knives behind the counter so you have to ask for one. Last time they had no forks, had to use a spoon. Very stingy with ingredients. I love Chipotle but this location was a disappointment. I ordered the chicken bowl with brown rice and pinto beans. The beans looked like refried beans, they had obviously been sitting there a while. ( We visited around 7 PM). When I sat down to eat my bowl the entire thing was cold. The chicken, the beans and the rice were cold and the rice was crunchy, undercooked, or maybe just old. The drink station was messy. There was one salt and one pepper shaker and the salt was empty. It was refilled once I asked. The ladies room was a mess, toilet paper on the floor, no toilet paper left and the toilet seat was broken and hanging off the edge. Probably won't be back to this location. read more

This was a $hit show from the moment we walked in until we left. It was my wife,son and I and needed a quick lunch yesterday and walked into just a horrible experience. I work in the food industry, corporate cafe to be exact and the fact that the greet you get is "what do you want" is an embarrassment to the whole customer service industry. Look and act like you want to be there!From that point on you lost my whole experience along w the rest of my family. To dig a little deeper, every single staff member looked like they had better things to do than their jobs, stone faced, no expression and lack of personality when they actually did speak to you and not just look at you like your inconveniencing then.A business will never be successful if employees don't take an ownership mentality and actually try or care in the work they do. I witnessed 13 flour tortillas being thrown out in the 15-20 minutes we were there because the girl would just press the tortilla and not actually let it get warm and ply able, guys prepping with out gloves and hand written stickers on a soda machine that say "no coke." Come on, as a restaurant chain where is the manager, General Manager, and district manager? Who hires the staff here because you can clearly see them in the staff they hire. I love Chipotle but unfortunately this location is horrible! Some of the worst customer service I've experienced. Today I waited over 45 minutes for an order I placed online 2 hours prior and pre-paid for. After waiting 45 minutes past pick-up time, they were out of 2 out of 4 items on my salad. I asked to just have my order cancelled and refunded and was told to "wait 5 minutes." Okay, sure. 20 more minutes went by and I asked whether there was just a number I could call for a refund. The cashier told me "there's a corporate number on the website just call that." So, I walked out of the store an hour later without an order that I had paid for and no refund. Per the cashier's advice, I called a corporate number that I found via Google (not even on the website) - was cut off mid sentence and told that Customer Service is only handled via e-mail. I called this original store back and explained the situation and was told that I could only be refunded in person if I came back to the store. Are you kidding me? I wasted an hour on my supposed-to-be 30 min lunch break waiting for NOTHING - there's no way that I'm going back to the store on a Friday after work during rush hour for something that A.) isn't my fault and a major in convenience to begin with and B.) something that can easily be done over the phone! I will definitely be e-mailing corporate to complain and won't be returning to this location. read more
