Happened to get the hankering for Chipotle and it so happened to win on our "wheel of food" spots to go to on our days off, so we stopped at this location on our way back from Hanford. Today this crew was on it! We both got our usual, everything was delicious! My double protein was there and it was flavorful. The grilled veggies could've been grilled a little more, but overall everything else was great. Jess got her veggie bowl and a side of chips and the bowl was nice and full today! Service was fantastic, the girl helping us as the window was super sweet, very attentive and made sure we had everything, including our drink choices before we left. Seriously?! How is this even reasonably acceptable? In legalese, this is called a fraudulent misrepresentation. Straight up bait and switch sales tactics. I ordered a burrito bowl with the following options; standard size portion of chicken, white rice, black beans. Then added standard portion of cheese. The only thing i modified was *Extra* lettuce with mild salsa + hot salsa on the side. Any reasonable person would see this and know that is not EXTRA lettuce and does not seem to be a normal portion of it either! This type of conduct is very deceptive and exploitive to say the least and unfortunately I can't say I'm surprised because it seems like the incompetence is everywhere these days. The problem is if you attempt to address it they become defensive to the point of assault or battery (Civil distinction) because they clearly have no idea about vicarious or premises liabilities that they can be held accountable for through legal avenues. read more

New "Chipotlane" Chipotle location in Visalia. I was confused when I saw "Chipotlane" on the app and assumed it was a full drive thru. I realized open driving up that it's just a pick up window for mobile orders, so we parked and ordered just to be able to use the lane ;) This location just opened a few days ago. We waited a few minutes upon pulling up to the pick up window for someone to notice us, but as soon as they did they made our order right away. Food was great and decently portioned. had to ask for more rice because they barely put any in my burrit, tjr sorriest scoop of steak was put I'm so had to ask for double steak to get a normal portion and when the queso was added I didn't even receive a full scoop. The server was even stingy with the shredded chees, when asked if I wanted chips or a drink I had to say no to my usual chips and guac for not wanting to get jipped out of the amount of guac I was paying for. Finally paid $21.65 for a sorry burrito, I know the economy is in the can but at least give me a full serving or I'll take my money elsewhere. won't be coming back to this location for a while or ever if things don't get better. read more

I've been here several times the food has always been good for the most part. I see a pattern when I come here some employees will give u a little bit of rice and beans as if rice and beans are expensive. If this happens I kindly ask for a little more and I never had issues with my request. So I'm satisfied. Then, there are some that will actually give u a bowl. Shoutout to Devante. Needs to be consistent with determining if your gonna give discounts to first responders. As a first responder, the staff were looking at each other as of they were uncertain. Now the 4 of us didnt get a discount at this location, however, other coworkers went the same day and got a discount. Again, I enjoy the food, but there needs to be consistency regarding discounts. read more

I didn't know about this location until today! The Chipotlane is a drive-thru for online orders, not a traditional drive thru. Location is conveniently located. It's so new that it's not super busy. This location got my order 100% correct unlike the other location. The food was fresh and outstanding. I used the Chipotlane to pick up my order and from what I could see (outside looking in), the restaurant was clean. The restaurant inside was well lit. Staff friendly. I'd definitely return to this location as it is also closer to my house. read more

Received nice greetings from the young men at Chipotle Plaza Drive as soon as my husband and I walked up to the order counter. First I have to say the restaurant was very clean and had a nice welcoming ambiance. It definitely rates high in friendly staff, cleanliness, and fresh food compared to other Chipotle's in Visalia. The team made sure food scraps were wiped away at all times around the food containers. Plus, when you walk in the other Chipotle's in the surrounding areas of Visalia the tables are usually dirty so it's hard to find a clean table to sit down and enjoy your lunch and dinner. My crispy chicken tacos were delicious, made with fresh chicken and other condiments. My husband absolutely loves going here because they are not skimpy on the portions. You leave feeling happy and with a full tummy. I recommend anyone living in Visalia to try this Chipotle because the staff are very nice and always ask if we needed any other foods off the menu. I have gone to this location multiple times and have been disappointed every time. I have been trying to be nice and not complain, but just today we ordered 2 burritos, a bag of chips and queso. The chips were stale (tasted old), tortillas taste uncooked and the side of vinaigrette we asked for was pretty much empty. Only once have I been greeted by a younger gentleman, every other time the staff seem confused. Normally I love going to this chipotle, but I am extremely disappointed with their service and food portions today. I was not greeted and the crew worker who was serving food looked very confused and was not interactive or responsive at all. As for the food portions I asked for double rice which is two scoops of rice and I was cheated out on the full potion size compared to the second bowl that was also in my order. I understand there are food serving sizes they're supposed to follow, but if they need to be consistent with portion sizes and not make one bowl almost empty and another one full. My family came here for dinner and it was excellent! The rice was cooked correctly and the meats were tasty! The employees were young white boys with great working attitudes! Was told there were open interviews, confirmed multiple times, waited all week because the specified day was still days away, by come interview day I'm told there was never such thing as open interviews and they weren't hiring at all.
