This restaurant is trashed. We walked in and there was food on the floor and all over the place. You literally had to watch where you walk to not step on food. How a manager could be ok with this is beyond me. Also be careful with the charges. I got a chicken bowl and asked for lettuce and pico on the side. I was charged $1.65 for lettuce. The food service here was poor today. An older lady served me and refused to get guacamole from the back citing her reason as "it's an expensive item". Whatever that means. There were two servings at best left and cheese mixed in. I'm vegan and entering the nutrition field, so I'm aware of cross contamination and usually let it slide but there was too much cheese this time. wife was craving bad mex food today, otherwise, i don't eat chipotle. today though (12/09 ~12:40PM) the petite girl with blonde hair absolutely packed the living sh*t out of the burrito i ordered. it was glorious. it couldnt be wrapped. it required an extra tortilla support and aluminum to hold it together. it couldnt be eaten by hand. it exploded on the plate. i don't hesitate to claim, it was the best chipotle burrito ever made. unfortunately, it still tasted like a chipotle burrito. shout out to the blond burrito master though. i wanted to ask for her name so i could include it on a survey or something, but i didnt want to come across as a creepy, middle-aged guy asking for a young girl's name. still, i wish her nothing but the best in her future endeavors. read more

I've noticed that lately when I order online, the portions are very small. My son complains that one order isn't enough to fill him up, and the portions are significantly smaller than what I've received from other places. I'd like the restaurant to address this because I think if another branch opens nearby, you won't be able to sell any if they give larger portions. The customer service at this Chipotle was disappointing, to say the least. I went in for a veggie bowl, only to find out they were out of fajitas. On top of that, the employee begrudgingly served me a measly half spoon of guac. When I pointed out that the portion seemed unfair, he simply shrugged and said that because they were out of fajitas, he couldn't offer any extra guac. I usually like Chipotle, but the Tracy location made me lose interest in them bcuz the food and customer service sucked.

They were running low on a lot of ingredients but we did go after 7pm so I'm not sure how often they restock at that time. However with the food that was left I did receive generous portions and everyone was very nice. The cashier was working really hard too as when there wasn't anyone in line he would run to the drink area to clean it and also wipe down tables. Their new fountain drinks are really good and I got to try a couple. One was out but it didn't bother me. I'm not a fan of tumeric because it's a bit too strong for me so I stuck to the fountain drinks without it. Great place to come to especially on a Friday when you try to go to Texas Roadhouse already hangry and they say it's an hour wait. Do your fam a favor and avoid the big blowout arguments guaranteed if you try to wait for a seat, and instead go to Chipotle! read more

My buddy and I both had the carne asada chipotle bowl tonight. We also had chips with guacamole. This was my second time eating Chipotle. The first time was a year ago. I swore I would not eat there again because the food was so salty. Again, the food tonight was too salty for me and I like salty. The guacamole for the chips was also too salty. UPDATE: I did get a response to this review from what I assume is corporate management. They asked me to go to their website and give them more info, which I did, and they said they would be getting back in touch with me to follow up. It's been a few weeks, and nothing from them. This does not speak well for the organization. This review isn't about the food Chipotle is Chipotle...I do like the Barbacoa. The one star is for this particular restaurant. The management really needs to step up. As I was going through the line, leadinthe young lady behind the counter, know what I wanted on my burrito, she actually said out loud to her colleagues "wow, that's weird." no towels in the restroom, not one napkin in the dispensers, trash, cans, outside, overflowing with stuff piled on top. Soooo... this may be the fastest negative review I've jumped on here to make. I'm just going to get straight to the point. 1. The wait was extremely long even though there was only 1 person ahead of us. There was a number of employees scrambling around in the back, one person chipping steak, one person doing to go orders, and two people making this one man's bowl and two tortillas. They took surprisingly long to greet us and even longer to start our order. 2. All the prep stations were filthy. Every table inside was dirty. Floors were dirty. Trash everywhere. 3. We had to take our food to go because all the tables were filthy inside too and it's freezing outside. ( Items 2 & 3 should've been a red flag- shame on me for still ordering. ) 4. They charged us wrong but it was only about $1 more so we decided it wasn't worth making a stink about and getting back in line over 5. About 1/3 way into his bowl.... my husband found a long black HAIR in his food while he was eating it! VOMIT! Ended up throwing $23 worth of food away.... I hope that management steps in and can help bring this location back up to par. It's gonna be awhile before I consider giving this location a chance again. read more

Absolutely horrible service. I've been here 2 times and both times I felt unwelcome. The employees are rude, tired and hate their job. The first guy i talked to was nice until I ask another worker which i think was the manager for a remake and get sent to the BACK of the line, usually if there's a mistake in a food workplace then you try your best to fix the mistake and get the customer out quickly but this wasn't the case.
