S/O to Lauren for taking time to give me excellent customer service tonight! Diced my steak up for me too! Above & Beyond. Thanks Lauren.

Depressing. Food quality sucks. Always run out of food past 9 pm. Workers always never give you food. NEVER COME BERE

NEVER COME HERE. Fat lady never serves you food and looks at you straight in the eye when you ask for extra chicken. All the workers are depressed except some of the young men. No wonder they hate their job. Food quality is always trash, they always run out of food early and hate you for just wanting to fill your stomach. I WOULD RATHER DRIVE 2 HOURS THAN EAT HERE read more

Josh was the best serving me and gave me extra, very chill wholesome vibes!!!!!! Provided great customer service!!!!!!

I would give half a star or zero if possible. Staff ruin this brand at Tracy. Horrible customer service. I came in for a mobile pick up and the cashier goes to help someone who already helping a customer for 10 min. Protein serving sizes are a joke. Don't come here. Chipotle won't do anything about this anyway. Get other Mexican food read more

This restaurant is trashed. We walked in and there was food on the floor and all over the place. You literally had to watch where you walk to not step on food. How a manager could be ok with this is beyond me. Also be careful with the charges. I got a chicken bowl and asked for lettuce and pico on the side. I was charged $1.65 for lettuce. I asked why and she stated that lettuce is an extra charge like the guacamole. Never heard of that before in all my years eating Chipotle. Safe to say I let her take the lettuce back. Just watch for extra charges that aren't supposed to happen. read more

This restaurant lacks customer service. I came in for lunch, and five tables were open but all were dirty. I politely asked a young asian man employee who was restocking napkins if he could wipe down a table since he had a cleaning towel with him. He was dismissive, refused, and walked away to hand out DoorDash orders instead. Get a new job if you don't want to help people!! For the prices Chipotle charges, this level of customer service is unacceptable. Management needs to prioritize customer service and cleanliness. I'll be spending my hard-earned money elsewhere. read more

Overall workers were treating me with respect and they even welcome to me with a warm surprise from traveling all the way to Dallas so I really appreciate the small touches like that and definitely give them a shot! read more

The guy that made my burrito was good but the girl that was cashier her customer service was trash. You definitely don't feel welcome walking into this place. read more

I went there to order steak as meat on my burrito bowl and they said they were out of. They clearly have some but they said it was reserved for online orders ! Sad that this store does not understand the basics for customer service . Why do they give preference for potential online orders when I am customer buying it in the store now? This is the straw that broke the camels back. Never going to that place again read more

Quick question...How do you run out of steak 15 minutes into the lunch rush?!!! Answer you didn't start any leading into it. HOW LONG DO YOU THINK PEOPLE HAVE FOR LUNCH??? and after sitting here for 10 minutes none has been started. LAST TIME coming to this establishment not a manager in sight and clearly unconcerned with customer service. No steam table management very unkempt front line. If I hadn't promised my wife this burrito I would be on my way to La Costa and be done with it. read more

They make a burrito for $18 yet they always have a new kid rolling the burrito and doing it incorrectly. Just go somewhere else. Thus place will almost always disappoint read more

The food service here was poor today. An older lady served me and refused to get guacamole from the back citing her reason as "it's an expensive item". Whatever that means. There were two servings at best left and cheese mixed in. I'm vegan and entering the nutrition field, so I'm aware of cross contamination and usually let it slide but there was too much cheese this time. The one time I asked for guacamole to be grabbed from the back she didn't. She also couldn't hear well. Whether she has a disability I couldn't say. Her coworker standing right next to her at the cash register asked her a question twice and she either ignored him or couldn't hear. read more

I always go to chipotle and never had a problem. Ever since these young girls have been working there I've noticed the quality of service has gone very down. 3 TIMES!!! has my order been messed up. They gave me someone else's order how do you mess up my order with literally only a bowl and another order with drinks and 3 burritos. The girl by the register area just placed the sticker orders on the first bag she seen. To top it off she had attitude when asked about it and never seems to even smile. Let's start applying somewhere else if you don't like this job! read more

Terrible and horrible customer service from the Chipotle team. It's unfortunate that it's the only one in our city with rude employees. If I could give it a negative score I would. The employee name Lauren thought it was a joke when I expressed the disrespectful customer service I was getting. The team needs a lot of training and development before they are able to serve customers. If they are having a bad day or do not like their career then they should make a change. read more

wife was craving bad mex food today, otherwise, i don't eat chipotle. today though (12/09 ~12:40PM) the petite girl with blonde hair absolutely packed the living sh*t out of the burrito i ordered. it was glorious. it couldnt be wrapped. it required an extra tortilla support and aluminum to hold it together. it couldnt be eaten by hand. it exploded on the plate. i don't hesitate to claim, it was the best chipotle burrito ever made. unfortunately, it still tasted like a chipotle burrito. shout out to the blond burrito master though. i wanted to ask for her name so i could include it on a survey or something, but i didnt want to come across as a creepy, middle-aged guy asking for a young girl's name. still, i wish her nothing but the best in her future endeavors. read more

I had ordered a burrito, double chicken. This lady literally had two of the lightest scoops of chicken and had the nerve to say that was double. So $18+5 for double chicken which barely had any meat. I didn't complain but I was sad. I ate my sad burrito, chips, and guac for $25. read more

We just place an order for delivery. With all the fees it was about $120. They delivered chips and salsa only. The driver had an attitude and said call the store. You can't get in contact with anyone in the store to resolve the issue. Added comment: My wife drove down to the store and our food was still sitting there. The driver was at fault. The manager was understanding and was helpful. read more

I've noticed that lately when I order online, the portions are very small. My son complains that one order isn't enough to fill him up, and the portions are significantly smaller than what I've received from other places. I'd like the restaurant to address this because I think if another branch opens nearby, you won't be able to sell any if they give larger portions. From reading other reviews, the portion sizes seem very small across the board. read more

Honestly awful even for chipotle. I paid extra for extra honey chicken and got less than even a normal sized bowl. AND they didn't even give me all my toppings, corn and veggies, all I got was lettuce cheese rice and beans and sour cream. $21.50 for this?????? read more

I'm 3 months pregnant and can barely eat anything or keep anything down- usually I love chipotle so I figured it'd be a safe option. Absolutely not today! I got a protein cup of the chicken Al pastor- literally tasted charred, and overly burnt. Im a manger at a restaurant, we throw away bad batches because customers shouldn't have to pay for OUR mess ups. I had my husband taste it and he was confused. Not even to mention is the steak not seasoned?? I got 2 protein cups because I haven't kept anything down so definitely not a whole burrito bowl. Last time we were here, the girl put all 3 bowls in the same bag and when we got home the back ripped and our bowls went EVERYWHERE on the floor due to the heat and condensation of the bag. I see that you guys are constantly hiring online. Why continue to hire people and not train or staff accordingly? My food was genuinely disgusting today read more

One of the most stingy chipotle workers ever. Bowls will only be filled half way and if you get lucky you might have more then 4 pieces of protein in the bowl. read more

This is not the first time that happene, that happened 3 times before as well when I get to food from chipotle. In veggie burrito I always found 2-3 pieces of chicken mostly every time I ordered(in person and online). This time, I was waiting to order and there was no other customer besides me and i still waited 10+minutes. seems like no one was to take my order. Never ever ever going to chipotle now, very bad experience. read more

The customer service at this Chipotle was disappointing, to say the least. I went in for a veggie bowl, only to find out they were out of fajitas. On top of that, the employee begrudgingly served me a measly half spoon of guac. When I pointed out that the portion seemed unfair, he simply shrugged and said that because they were out of fajitas, he couldn't offer any extra guac. I've never seen such stingy service at a Chipotle before. Well done, Chipotle Tracy team--you've just secured yet another low rating on Yelp. Keep up the great work! read more

They were running low on a lot of ingredients but we did go after 7pm so I'm not sure how often they restock at that time. However with the food that was left I did receive generous portions and everyone was very nice. The cashier was working really hard too as when there wasn't anyone in line he would run to the drink area to clean it and also wipe down tables. Their new fountain drinks are really good and I got to try a couple. One was out but it didn't bother me. I'm not a fan of tumeric because it's a bit too strong for me so I stuck to the fountain drinks without it. Great place to come to especially on a Friday when you try to go to Texas Roadhouse already hangry and they say it's an hour wait. Do your fam a favor and avoid the big blowout arguments guaranteed if you try to wait for a seat, and instead go to Chipotle! read more

Chipotle Mexican Grill - Excellent job making my burrito bowl!! - Fast Food Near Me - Tracy, California

I usually like Chipotle, but the Tracy location made me lose interest in them bcuz the food and customer service sucked.

This by far is the absolute worse chipotle I have ever been to and I've been to a few! First off,it's dirty, people are rude, food is cold, bowl filled of rice,oh and god forbid you order from chipotle app or door dash because you will definitely be missing food! I've had to go back to the store three times after a delivery because of it,and door dash will only refund you $3 when your bowl was $13! Last week we gave it another try and guess what....missing food.I've complained to corporate,DoorDash .. read more

UPDATE: I did get a response to this review from what I assume is corporate management. They asked me to go to their website and give them more info, which I did, and they said they would be getting back in touch with me to follow up. It's been a few weeks, and nothing from them. This does not speak well for the organization. This review isn't about the food Chipotle is Chipotle...I do like the Barbacoa. The one star is for this particular restaurant. The management really needs to step up. As I was going through the line, leadinthe young lady behind the counter, know what I wanted on my burrito, she actually said out loud to her colleagues "wow, that's weird." no towels in the restroom, not one napkin in the dispensers, trash, cans, outside, overflowing with stuff piled on top. No excuse for that. I'll still go to chipotle, but never this one again. read more

Soooo... this may be the fastest negative review I've jumped on here to make. I'm just going to get straight to the point. 1. The wait was extremely long even though there was only 1 person ahead of us. There was a number of employees scrambling around in the back, one person chipping steak, one person doing to go orders, and two people making this one man's bowl and two tortillas. They took surprisingly long to greet us and even longer to start our order. 2. All the prep stations were filthy. Every table inside was dirty. Floors were dirty. Trash everywhere. 3. We had to take our food to go because all the tables were filthy inside too and it's freezing outside. ( Items 2 & 3 should've been a red flag- shame on me for still ordering. ) 4. They charged us wrong but it was only about $1 more so we decided it wasn't worth making a stink about and getting back in line over 5. About 1/3 way into his bowl.... my husband found a long black HAIR in his food while he was eating it! VOMIT! Ended up throwing $23 worth of food away.... I hope that management steps in and can help bring this location back up to par. It's gonna be awhile before I consider giving this location a chance again. read more

Service was mid but understandable they were pretty busy. What i didn't find acceptable was the fact that i ordered VEGGIES (yes ima vegetarian for personal beliefs) white rice, black beans, guac, pico de gallo and corn but im 4 bites in n im chewing a chunk of meat... dude im scared that's just plain out disgustin and disrespectful in my perspective. Pretty sure that violates food code laws or whatever. i don't even do reviews but i just had to say sum :/ read more

Another review, same store in Tracy. May 27, 2025 update: extremely rude lady behind the counter. She put a spatula full of a salsa and when asked her to remove some, She got upset. Huge attitude given for small ask. She seemed rushing for my whole order and angry for no reason. read more

My buddy and I both had the carne asada chipotle bowl tonight. We also had chips with guacamole. This was my second time eating Chipotle. The first time was a year ago. I swore I would not eat there again because the food was so salty. Again, the food tonight was too salty for me and I like salty. The guacamole for the chips was also too salty. My buddy had Chipotle in Lincoln, CA and in San Leandro, CA. He said the food was not salty in those establishments. The Chipotle in Tracy needs to not put so much salt in their dishes. This time I mean it. I'm never eating there again. Too, too salty for my taste! read more

Food was delicious, portions were resonable, service was great, lobby was clean. Overall a solid Chipotle.

I'm honestly so sick of this place. Every time I order for delivery they make the order completely wrong. They put no meat in your bowl, they miss ingredients you paid extra for, and the rice is NEVER fresh. I'm definitely going to be reaching out to corporate because this place is a complete joke. If any job needs to be replaced by robots it's this place because the employees clearly are incapable of doing the jobs we pay them for. This company raises prices and lowers the quality of its food each time they raise the price. Disgusting place. There are so many better places to eat in Tracy than here. read more

If you want your order made correctly do not mobile order from here, they have frequently screwed up my orders.

This location is consistently bad. I order burrito and they always come tasting stale.if you can make it to another location that would be best. The quality of the ingredients is horrible always cold and not warmed up. Take my 2 cents. read more

Absolutely horrible service. I've been here 2 times and both times I felt unwelcome. The employees are rude, tired and hate their job. They ruin your appetite by their rude facial expressions and rude behavior. No wonder they have 2 stars. More of the bad reviews is because of the employees behavior. You choose to work at Chipotle so stop acting like it's the customers fault you're miserable. This should give you motivation to work hard and get the hell out of Chipotle or for the rest of your life this will be you. I ordered 2 veggie bowls and they gave me like a tablespoon of guacamole. When I asked if they could put a little more because that amount was one table spoon they told me they were running low if I add a bit more I will be charged extra. Even though we pay almost $3 damn dollars for guac! I absolutely disliked my check out girl. She was African American. Her name is either cristal or mayra. She purposely charged me for extra things I didn't order thinking I wouldn't notice. Her customer service was so bad I was suspicious and check my receipt and saw she charged me for completely different things. Will never go here again. I hope these people work hard and get better jobs where they are more happy. read more
