I feel scammed in a way. Placed an order for some breakfast burritos from "Banda Burrito" and was disappointed to find out (after the fact) that "Banda Burrito" is Denny's!!!!
Needless to say, the quality is what you would come to expect from Denny's. The burritos were small, the potatoes unseasoned, and there was little to no cheese. The bacon was fine, but the salsa they give you on the side is Pace picante straight out the jar. Burrito was pretty flavorless and fell apart since it wasn't rolled correctly.
The chorizo breakfast burrito was actually better than "the guero" but it includes jalapeños, which I asked for on the side, and of course they ignored that request smh lol. The worst part of this scam is since they're hiding the fact that they're Denny's selling food under a different name on the delivery apps, they're charging prices as if they're an upscale or trendy restaurant. My total was $50 for 4 breakfast burritos, and that's without tip or delivery fees since I opted for self pickup. Luckily I didn't actually pay that much since there was a promo code through Uber Eats and I get a monthly credit from Amex for food delivery apps. Lesson learned, I guess going forward I need to research new restaurants and make sure I'm not getting catfished first! read more
