I frequent this location, and unfortunately I'm no longer surprised by how dirty it often is. The floors rarely seem swept, food that falls off other orders is still pushed through the line, and the overall operation feels disorganized. It often seems like a group of undertrained teens are left trying to run the business without enough support or supervision. This location really needs stronger management, better training, and a renewed focus on cleanliness and food handling standards. I'd love to see someone step in and bring this store back to a reasonable standard because it has a lot more potential than what customers are currently experiencing. read more

Dirtiest Chipotle we've ever been inside of. We struggled to find a table that was clean, trash overflowing, bathroom was worse. We recently went to do our usual visit and I've to say we were in receipt of great service, except services are beginning to fail, all over again. I thought it was the end of bad reviews for this place. We order the same thing, few times per week, this is pricey order for us, as well. This most recent order, came home with incorrect order and it came with lettuce, no queso and we pay extra for queso. It is truly sad. My husband loves to eat here, my daughter came home to visit over Mother's Day weekend and we ordered Chipotle. We never eat at the restaurant, we always order online and come to pickup to bring home. Chipotle is a delicacy for us, we spend a good amount of our money budgeted for week to get so-so food. We are at least in receipt of enough food. In the past, we'd be missing entree(s) and one or some of us, would end up not eating. I would suggest visiting a different Chipotle. We only go there, because I'm disabled and it's closest to home. I am in receipt of medical treatments at home, anything close to home is bonus. Shoutout to the 3pm crew on 6/13 for the BOGO entrees! I learned from social media that if we showed our tattoos- real or fake- on Friday the 13th, that we could score 2 burrito bowls for the price of 1. My 7-year-old flashed his flexed bicep and applied tat and had agreed to steak as his meat of choice. Turns out this is a week that he only likes chicken, and with tears in his eyes, he refused to eat. When I explained the situation to the employees in the line, they agreed to bring me a side of chicken that we could add, which was on the final stages of preparation. Served hot, fresh chicken to our table along with 2 foil-wrapped tortillas and lunch was served. We stopped in on a Thursday evening and they were a little slow but friendly. We watched the staff fill the burrito bowls generously. Everyone's bowl in front of us were packed to the top. I was a little excited because Chipotle's portions are always so disappointing. We had great portion bowls and they were enjoyable. My only complaint was the sour cream was for some reason ICE cold. First time here. Restaurant is clean and seems recently remodeled. Fresh interior with outside seating and a drive though. The person served me well and efficiently. The quantity of food was great. I ordered two taco and there was plenty of ingredients. No skimping observed today. Guacamole was fresh and tasty as always. I looked at all the other food portions other people received and they seemed generous. I noticed all of the negative 1-star reviews are from Yelpers with suspicious profiles. No photos. No friends. Low or one review. These are not reviews that can be trusted. I'd say this seems fine. Lots of take out orders. Didn't observe any food delivery orders. This chipotle *used* to be alright. People left and things went down the drain. Poor customer service, which to a certain extent can only be put on the management and their lack of skill development. Portion sizes are terrible, frequent missing ingredients. I put up with it quietly until today... I ordered a bowl with a side tortilla and got a bowl, with missing ingredients, and 75% of a tortilla! The tears present should not have made any staff member go "ok let me wrap this up for a customer". Unacceptable. Also, their help line is completely useless as well. I just got home from picking up an online order at this Coalton Road in Superior location. Silly me had never gone through the drive-thru at any Chipotles. When I got to the window, I asked the very nice young man if I could add a fountain Sprite. He kind of hesitated and said he'd need to go ask his manager. He came right back, filled up a cup and handed it to me. I tried to pay for it and he said no, you don't have to pay. Then I realized it wasn't a real drive-thru so I asked him if I wasn't supposed to do that and he shyly said no but with a smile on his face. Then he wished me a great evening and told me to enjoy the weekend. Awesome manners, pleasant, and friendly. I've lived in the neighborhood for 15 years and unfortunately, I've seen businesses open and close) - Jack-In-The-Box, Burger King (in a matter of months) at that exact location. When Burger King opened there, I truly felt sorry for the franchise owner because I didn't know people even ate that and I sadly knew it was not going to succeed. But this is a review for this Chipotle franchise. I truly hope it succeeds. This neighborhood is limited in options of where to eat. If you're in the area, consider eating here. We used the app to be "efficient," for restaurant pick-up. My hubby arrived at 6:30, the time they said the food would be ready. He watched drive thru orders and orders placed in the restaurant get made, but pick-ups were taking forever. Finally, after waiting 20 minutes, he got into the regular line, to ask if they could please make our pending pick-up order. He was told they'd "just started it in back." It was finished at 6:55, 25 minutes later than it was supposed to be done. Ironically, we chose to order and pay via the app, pick-up, and eat at home because we're bring careful during Covid, but my husband spent 25 minutes indoors, in relatively close contact with several other people also waiting for their pick-up orders, because this location can't seem to figure out how to make orders in the order they're received, regardless of how (app, drive thru, in person) the order was placed. Pick-up orders seem to have the lowest priority. We love Chipotle, and were thrilled when one opened so close by. I hope they can fix this issue. For now, we'll be going to the McCaslin location instead. Even though it's further away, they've always had our food ready when they said it would be ready. read more
