The service is getting better. The nighttime manager is pretty good. The new late night manager is better.

Hahaha OK this was one of the funniest and offputting experiences. I've had coming to Taco Bell. Also funny because I just reviewed the Popeyes right next to it, a pretty negative review as well. For starters, I told them I had a mobile order and I couldn't hear the guy intercom, mind you there was nobody in front of me or behind me so I just went to the second window, the old guy that opened the window tried to get attitude with me for doing that, and I gave it right back and let him know that I couldn't hear him. I then asked for a water cup for my food because I don't drink soda or anything else. In my years I've NEVER been asked this. He charged me 5¢. What?!? Ok also I had to edit this. That food was fucking gross. Tortilla tasted old and the onions where over ripe, and the beans where... idk they tasted strange. read more

Food: decent. It would have been better if my order was correct. The burrito has way too much refried beans. I added steak so it wouldn't have much beans but there was more beans that I couldn't even tell there was any type of steak in it. I won't pay extra again for steak. Service: it was okay. A lady that was about to get off shift gave me my cup while I waited for my order. My order took longer than expected when the location was pretty much dead at the time. When I arrived, you order on a tablet. With the tablet providing a detail order, they still managed to get my order wrong. Ambiance: looks they remodeled so it was decent and clean read more

They work hard here, and have had a various long wait in the past few months, but the other night was pretty fast! Food is tasty and the guy was very nice. Love the nacho fries of course, and the Cheesy Bean and rice burrito. Prices are cheap and food is warm & filling. Haven't been inside in years so no ambiance score. 4stars but 5 for the hard worker. If waits are due to just him working I understand! read more

THIS TACO BELL SUCKS. They always forget things in my order. And my food wasn't put together right. Last time I wanted to add something to my order and they said they couldn't bc there was a long "line" and when I drove around there was no line so I had to reorder to get the thing I wanted and it was a waste of my time. Unbelievable. read more

Excellent customer service and the food was top-notch surprisingly for once compared to most Taco Bell's.

Hysterically slow. It's beyond maddening, it's they are so slow in the evenings that it is just comical. Plan for minimum 30 minutes for your order to be read. Minimum. read more

I arrived at approximately 9:15 am. I ordered items from the breakfast menu. This isn't a Taco Bell. This is a well oiled machine with a military like staff that does not accept failure. The building is Taco Bell, the food is Taco Bell, but I can say unequivocally without a doubt this is not a Taco Bell. read more

The manager here is so sweet. All of the staff are personable, kind and often make this an authentic experience with their friendly personalities. The food is good. Consistent. Reliable. And they do Everything right, to get it right. Thank you for being my emotional support Taco Bell. It's very community positivity oriented here read more

Don't ever expect your food to arrive within any sort of reasonable time. 15-20 minutes is normal especially if you are in person - they always prioritize the drive thru. Avoid. read more

Awful service and food, the food is bad and takes way too long to make. The staff are rude as well. I do NOT recommend whatsoever.

Very slow service and cold food. I've givin this place many opportunities and have been let down more times than not. Save yourself the stress and go elsewhere. read more

Normally, I'm someone who says, why leave a 1 star review at a fast food restaurant, you know what you're getting. Yet, here we are. Avoid this place if at all possible. Where to begin? Missed items on order, check. Poor quality of food, check. Slow service, check. I get it, it's Taco Bell. The difference is now I'm paying $5 for a beef burrito that has no beef. How does a $6 crunch wrap have no crunch? It's just a tortilla and lettuce. If you're going to increase prices, at least justify the cost with the same or better quality. This is worse than prison food. read more

the food sucked. the crunch wrap was like tearing off a leathery stale tortilla with a bit of filling. i got 5 food items and three i could not finish because of how bad they were. the other two i'm debating if it's even worth it. it took a long amount of time to actually get the food for how slow it was and how poorly made they were. read more

came here on 11/4/25 and my tacos and cheese roll up were smashed and crumbled!! purple hair lady was rude! waste of money!!

Out of all the times I have been to this location, not once have I received my order correctly. Food is warm and service is fast though. We wouldn't mind waiting a few extra minutes if you can make sure our order comes out correctly... read more

ZERO stars. This place was a complete disaster. Gave them my order 3+ times running my card, refunding it, running it again to still so unreasonably get it so wrong to the point where I questioned if they were even actually listening to us. I finally had to say no thank you and leave, cause I was afraid of them doing something with my food, had they eventually gotten it correct. Every single member of our family we are here visiting warned us but we were too stupid to listen to them. Never again. read more

Avoid this Taco Bell every time I've come to this location. They are super slow. The food taste like they couldn't have cared less. I know it's Taco Bell but damn this one is pretty terrible. read more

So SLOW! I have been to this location a few times now since it is near where I pick up my groceries and they are so incredibly slow. Even at off-peak times it's often 10 to 15 minutes from when I order to when I actually get my food. Not sure why this location doesn't function well but don't go if you are actually in a hurry. Awful. read more

Although Yelp says the status has been reported as closed, it is definitely open now, although I wouldn't recommend this or any other Taco Bell location in Broomfield. I went through the drive-thru on Super Bowl Sunday after running multiple errands (desperation and low blood sugar = hangry Tricia). All I wanted were a few Crispy Beef Taco Supremes. I was told they were out of sour cream so I down graded to the normal Crispy Beef Tacos. Drive thru person forgot to give my change, and neglected to put any of my requested hot sauces in the bag. Not a Taco Bell fan in general but will take it over other fast food, and fast food tacos are a little more palatable than fast food burgers to me. When are they going to get Del Taco around here? read more

This place is beyond frustrating. They can''t EVER seem to get your order right. When they prepare your food, it's as though they are penny pinching the ingredients as if it was coming out of the employees paychecks. I've had to pay extra only to get the same half a** results. Taco shells are always broken and stale. I'm assuming they break due to the lack of ingredients inside. Please tell me why the quesadillas are always burnt and as of they added butter only bc I can't see any cheese. Lol This is very sad and can only come down to management. This horrible customer service and poor quality of food has been occuring for a year and half. I live across the street and safe to say I will never go back to this location. Please save your money and go to the Taco Bell on 287, just 10 min away and totally worth it. That location seems to always prepare their food correctly and looks presentable. It's fast food folks, not rocket science! read more

Get a DM in there now. All Doors were still locked at 1038am? Employee eating at a booth. Poor kid at register said yeah we have issues. We can't open on time. Purple hair manager what??? Why are you letting this happen. All doors locked is a fire hazard I think read more

I went into the store for the first time yesterday, as I only have gone thru the drive thru in the past. It was the worst experience you could imagine. The whole place stunk so bad like a mixture of sewage, musty and something else I couldn't quite put my finger on. There was me and a man with his two young children, waiting to pick up our food. we both stood there for 10 minutes before anyone of the staff acknowledged us. We both actually had to say "hey, like hello we are here" even though there was probably seven people working right in front of us. Needless to say it was a very cold as in odd and unwelcoming environment. None of the staff was talking to each other and nobody seemed to care that we were there. It was SUCH a weird vibe in there plus couldn't get over the stench. No other customers were in there. It was so dirty as well so no wonder.! I will never return to this place again. And if everybody that orders from there can get a chance to go inside and smell that place, I guarantee you would not want to eat there. That place needs shut down again as they have before. Terrible service and I think the health department needs to go into that place and inspect it. read more

I live less than half a mile from this Taco Bell, and I've eaten there once. It's never open. Would be a great place to open up a real Taco Bell. The one other time I tried to get it, they had their mobile ordering on and I ordered and then got there and the manager told me to come back in 2 hours that they were busy... uhh what? It's obvious whoever owns this owns the other Taco Bells in Broomfield, they all have the same problems. The wild thing is this Taco Bell closed because of the same issues, and then opened back up and is doing the same things it did before it closed.... I get it's probably because whoever owns this Taco Bell doesn't want to pay enough and nobody wants to work there, but you think the owner would take a hint. read more

You have to work really hard to be the worst Taco Bell out there. This place has definitely earned the title. Went through the drive-thru - what a disaster. We were ordering for four people and almost everything we ordered was either discontinued or they were out of it. Apparently, we were taking too long to figure out what else to order since NOTHING WE WANTED WAS AVAILABLE, so we were informed that maybe we should go to a Taco Bell down the street. Uh, come again? That's a lame ass apology if I ever heard one. Finally got our food, drove the 5 minutes home and everything was lukewarm at best. My son had to eat at least a quarter of his quesadilla before he got to any cheese, they ignored our "no tomatoes" request, and the Doritos tacos were so soggy they were practically bent in half. Truth be told, we probably would have been better off going to the one down the street. read more

It's never open... I don't get how they're hours are 11am - 4pm? What's the point of even having this location here if it's never open...

I would just like to take an extra minute to write this and say thank you so much to this Taco Bell and it's employees. It's almost unbelievable but every single time I have come to this location, the staff is super friendly, everything in our order is right, we get every item that we ordered and the food is well put together. I seriously hope that the staff knows how appreciated it is when we get home and actually get to enjoy the food that we ordered. I typically don't eat a lot fast food, I am sorta picky and if I am going to splurge, don't care to waste calories on food that is (a) not what I ordered or (b) carelessly slapped together with no attention paid to get the portions of the ingredients right. That is if you are lucky enough to not have half your order missing at most chains. This is one of the only places that I will go for drive thru because they actually care to get it all right. I hope that they treat these employees well and keep this gold star TB awesome read more

1:30 am on a Friday night and the guy comes on the speaker ... " welcome to Taco Bell. Just to let you know we are only excepting cards and we are out of everything, beef, beans, steak, flatbread for Chalupa's." So I said what can you make. Pretty much only chicken. So I got a chicken quesadilla that wasn't even wrapped and a chicken hardshell taco. Due to the inconvenience I was expecting a discount or at least a free drink, but nothing. Inconvenienced at regular price. How can you be out of that much? Definitely needs a better manager there. read more

Clearly the worst TB I have ever visited. It appears there were at least 3-4 "Workers", but no manager or supervisor. There were few customers, but no cleaning had been done. The soda machine had not been cleaned in a loooooong time! There were no sauce packets! Only a few napkins available, and the one I got had a long black hair with it as an added bonus! I was a bit scared to eat the food, I wondered if it was just as dirty behind the counter!!! read more

This location is terrible. I get that Covid has created challenges however this is not the case. There are currently 8 people working, so no worker shortages appear to be the issue. The issue appears to be more that the workers who are working and making $17/hour...simply don't give a damn. It has been over 20 minutes to MAKE TACOS....at TACO Bell. Not to mention their windows are splashed with adverting that the Mexican Pizza is back, but they don't include them in the kiosk menu (that they tell you to use) and when you ask for one, they are all out. This location needs serious help. read more

i ordered some food this afternoon and it came out stale and the lettuce was rotten food safety standards were clearly not upheld. the customer service I received was disgusting. The person taking my order was rude and impatient. They seemed angry I was even ordering food. Then after receiving the stale, rotten food I tried to go back and get a refund and the manager came up and very rude and sarcastically said "I don't do refunds". as I was walking out the store without my refund the manager then said a snarky response about my five guys uniform. as a GM myself it is very clear to me this store needs a DM to step in. this store is by far the worst taco bell I have ever been too and I will not be returning. read more

Place was a little dirty but not too bad. The cashier was kind of thrown into it and didn't really know what she was doing. I asked for nachos supreme and asked to substitute the beef for tomato. She removed the beef and charged me extra for tomato and when I asked for a water cup, I was also charged. Now, the amounts were minimal but that's not the point. Also, the cashier took it upon herself to charge us for large drinks with our meals and didn't offer a refund. Other than that, the food was great and didn't take too long. read more

At the drive through the "manager" was cussing and screen obscenities about how they close at 8pm and it's 8:02pm and there is no %*%* food here for you. Taco bell is a place that I dont frequent very often, but when I do I expect to be treated half way decent. I decided to try the new slider menu item, the beefy cheddar, it was good and the price was acceptable. But the service was slow and the cashier was dimwitted as the come, I had to repeat what I wanted to him at least 3 times, and then he had troubles sliding my credit card and then after 3 times his stated that the register was giving him an error and if I had a different card. pretty typical, in my opinion. Its best to go in the off hours to the place, since during lunch it gets busy. read more
