This is by far the worst chipotle in the United States. To start they give you burritos the size of a hockey puck! THEY RUN OUT OF WHITE RICE AND TORILLAS. This has happened multiple times and it is not the issue of them making more, they literally run out for the day at NOON. On top of this they skimp on portions and are at times very rude. This chipotle should be shut down and honestly it's worth it for me to drive the extra 15 minutes to the other location with much better service. read more

I don't know what it is about this Chipotle, but the way they wrap my burritos makes one section very dough-y and the rest not so much. The staff are all super nice and friendly but I can't help but notice the chicken was a little tough so I got the steak the next time and it was also a little tough. Didn't have the order in the pickup area. I asked about the order and they had to bring out someone else to find it. They looked in the computer and said "it's not in our system" and walked away. Didn't help look for it or ask anything else about it. Then I was standing looking for my order number, they brought out orders and put it on the rack, but didn't say who's order it was or anything. Then I ask about it, and an employee walks over to it and says "we just brought it out." I get being able to find it myself, but when you have 8 orders standing in the store waiting, you could at least call out the orders. Then all 8 people would come rushing over to see if it's theirs. This store is ridiculous. I have ordered online and it is usually not made by the time I get there. Today was even worse. I placed an order for 6:15. When I got to the store, not only was the order not ready, they said they didn't have it. I pulled up the confirmation email and was then told I had to wait in a line that was out of the door. I asked for a refund and was told they cannot do a refund in the store. Long story short I am out 30 dollars and food! Stay away from this store. Multiple people were walking out due to the line, the staff, and they ran out of food that was placed for online orders. You will not get what you order. read more

I hadn't been to Chipotle in years, and the last time it was in California. When we first came in the girl whom was working at the order side didn't acknowledge our presence for a few minutes while she was working on another order. I understood that, but good customer service means you acknowledge the customer and tell them you'll be right with them. To be fair, this was lunch hour, so I understood that they were busy. When she did take our order, she did it with a smile, and was very polite. The huge problem here though is how loud this establishment is. We exchanged a lot of "what was that", and "can you repeat that". My mom got a chicken salad, I got a steak burrito, and my sons ordered chicken tacos and a cheese quesadilla of the kids menu with oranges for their sides. The oranges were kind of shriveled and looked moldy, but since we all had our food except for my son's cheese quesadilla, he decided to try it and it was rotten. After about 8 minutes waiting for the cheese quesadilla, I tried standing at the front counter to bring this to someone's attention and was ignored. I sat back down, and finally 7 minutes later (so, total of 15 minutes from for a tiny cheese quesadilla, which I could have made at home in 2 minutes) his food was brought out. The quesadilla looked over cooked, and at this point I had already given my son half of my burrito, I asked if we could return it to the female whom brought it out. She just looked at me as if I was horrible and said she would get the manager out. The manager was polite and refunded our money for the kids quesadilla. The food generally was okay except for the rotten oranges and missing quesadilla. I understand mistakes happen, but it seems like a lot of employees seem scattered. One of the worst chipotles I've been to. I like to order online if I'm in a hurry to get lunch or dinner and twice now I've gone to pick up my food at the time it was supposed to be ready and had to wait and watch while they make it in front of me. What's the point in ordering online if it's going to take the same amount of time? Plus I feel bad for the people who are actually in line and are delayed by the workers having to make my order. We have loved Chipotle Grill since we first found them in California. We also love the one in Las Vegas. We went to the one in Spokane today and were very disappointed. The burrito wasn't full of food like we remembered. Normally my husband and I would share one and that was more than enough for us. Today the burrito was tiny and there was no food inside. We ordered the carnitas with white rice and black beans. There was NO meat inside, the burrito would not feed one person let alone two! I use to live in Ohio where there were Chipoltes everywhere. I loved them. I was very excited to learn that there was one now in Spokane!! I had a day off and decided to do take out, since its location is about 3 minutes from my house. I got the chicken burrito bowl, my absolute favorite thing on the menu. I was very disappointed when I took the first bite and the chicken was really fatty and cold. After a couple more bites I bit into something very hard, there was a huge bone in one of the peices of chicken!!!!! I was completely grossed out between that and the fattiness of the chicken. I don't think I will be going back sadly. May have to switch to qudoba. read more

I've been going to Chipotle for years in Florida and I have never had an issue in my life. I just moved to Spokane in January and was extremely excited that there was actually a Chipotle in town, but was extremely disappointed that I got food poisoning from my favorite place to eat. I spent 8 hours throwing up and it was a horrible experience. I believe this place needs to something about this. Chipotle was one of my favorite restaurants when I lived in Massachusetts and Maryland. It's very similar to Qdoba, but I feel the salsa's and rice taste better. I was pretty excited when they opened one here. I gotta say, I'm very disappointed! The staff they have working here are so damn slow, the place is filthy, the trash cans are overflowing. Even when the place isn't busy. Also, the actual set up the physical restaurant itself is not good or conducive compared to other Chipotles I've been in. Overall, it's the people who work in this restaurant who are it's downfall. They seem to be quite lazy. I don't know if it's because there's only one restaurant in the area so there's no real regional oversight. But I'd rather go to Qdoba from now on even though I personally prefer the taste of Chipotle. NO thanks. read more

Don't bother placing an internet order. Food wasn't ready 15 minutes after the scheduled pick up time and it would have been faster to wait in line. As a vegetarian, I never had any problems with the food here and I liked the guacamole enough to repeat my visits despite the warning episode of South Park in which Cartman has to buy some special detergent to clean the anal bleeding discharge from his underwear, in order to keep dining at Chipotle comfortably. Well, that makes sense. After all it's a corporate American restaurant chain, the food must be evil to match. Just look at this mission statement from the owner: "We decided long ago that we didn't want Chipotle's success to be tied to the exploitation of animals, farmers, or the environment, but the engagement of our customers." Okay, so how is killing an animal for it's flesh for the appetite of a biologically herbivorous customer who prefers the taste of meat over actual healthy sustenance, corroborate with decoupling your success from animal exploitation? "Excuse me sir, we are going to kill, cook and eat your body ending your life as you know it, but don't worry, we will feed you well up until then, so we're not exploiting you." But wait. When I walked into the Spokane Chipotle, I'm confronted with new information. They got this new product called "Sofrito" which is spiced tofu. Maybe this company doesn't hate animals that much if they're trying to offer an alternative in addition to the plain burrito (veggie). I was so thrilled I tried it. It was delicious. And then I was in the bathroom 16 times throughout the night and into the next morning, with burning bum and anal bleeding and colon spasms, as an emergency alternative to digestion. Nice job chief chef food scientists of Chipotle or food buyers, or whomever screwed this one up. What I don't get, is if this was a secret corporate policy to torture customers and then ween them from meat-products through negatively reinforced behavioral alteration as part of a environmental policy to respect the lives of animals and the sustainability of the environment, then why did you put the fire-ass stuff in the Sofrito's too? I haven't been here since last summer which was also still during COVID and I was able at that time to order in person but sit outside. On the other hand today when I pulled up it looked closed but there was a sign on the door that said you could only order through the app and when they prepare your food you can't tell them what you want in person they make it in the back. The girl in the front was really rude and I saw another customer kept saying, "excuse me like 3 times and she ignored him. He walked out. Finally when I got her attention in which I was standing in the same spot as the guy trying to get her attention I asked her did you not hear him and she said "no I didn't" and I said "oh cause he stood here and asked you like three times in the same spot that I was". When your food is done they put it on a rack and anybody to walk in and grab the food nobody is even paying attention so if somebody really wanted to get free food they can just walk right in and grab a bag. Also the sofrita burrito I ordered had mostly rice in it and hardly any of the other fixingsThis experience was not customer service friendly and until things change I will not be giving them business. I gave them 2 cause on of the girls actually looked at us and gave us some acknowledgment when are food was put on the shelf. read more
