After getting my order from door dash (20 mins later than anticipated) I recieved my carne asada burrito with no meat at all and the drink I ordered was apparently out and I was not informed until I reviecieved my food. I don't anticipate getting food from there again read more

I am a chipotle addict. Redding is my least favorite in all of California and Oregon. They skimp on the rice. Seriously skimp. The rice is my favorite and if they skimp it gets soggy. I've offered to pay extra just to get enough then I get rolled eyes and attitude. The bearded manager, ick, watches over making sure there isn't an extra grain of rice going in. However, it's a 50/50 toss up of the rice is cooked right and tasty or hard, mushy or bland. This particular chipotle needs an overhaul. I once complained that my 5 orders were all bland and tasteless as my whole family complained. District or regional manager named Donna promised to send out coupons to make it right. Never got them. Wrote to corporate and complained to no avail. I'm needing to find something else to satisfy when I'm in redding. Burrito bandito I hear is good. read more

Oh man the girl that helped me on my last time in pretty much ruined it for me. She made a huge huff n puff deal about me and my bf coming in at nine when they close at ten. She didn't smile, she didn't say hello, she was rude and practically a robot. In fact, I might have been happier if she was because mAybe then I could have gotten a dish like a watched her serve to the guy behind me. I guess since I didn't know her outside if chipotle I don't get the "hook up". I got seriously six or seven tiny pieces of chicken on all three of my tacos. What a load of crap. On top of being hungry after spending twenty five bucks I had the worst customer service I think I've ever had. Never going back. read more

I've been here 2 times now, both visits years apart. Honestly the only reason I went today was because I had a GC. The food is horrible, I have no idea why there are people lined up for this place. The ratio of meat to salsa and sour cream is off! I like to taste and see my chicken and not have it drowned in a sour cream. read more

This is a decent commercialized Mexican version of Subway. The food is ok but doesn't even compare to Burrito Bandito. Too pricy.

As it is a chain there isn't much to say except for the fact that they were very stingy with the burrito bowls. They hardly filled them up at all compared to other ones I've been to. Also I don't know if I was imagining things but the steak didn't seem as tasty too. For a big chain like this you would expect more consistency. read more

A+ fast food burrito. They got one star taken off because I ordered a beer and it wasn't cold. Other than that I enjoy dinning here regularly. read more

PROS: For the get-out-of-your-car fast food, this one is at the top of my list. It's like the In-N-Out of Mexican food; small menu, basic fresh ingredients. CONS: We don't come here that often, because I love brown rice, and over the past year, it has always been crunchy (i.e. undercooked). Instead of leaving a negative review on Yelp, I emailed corporate (they don't have franchises, so I can only assume the cooking time for the rice is pre-determined by the company). They sent me a gift card and I went back a few weeks later. Thankfully, the brown rice was cooked perfectly. I also recently received a promotional coupon yesterday for a free burrito (apparently they sent these out because of the E. coli outbreaks), and again, the rice was well cooked. My only other complaint is the parking situation. If you know you are a popular restaurant, why not expand? Or move to a location where there is more than one entrance, one exit? I'm glad the rice has improved, but when I pull into the tiny parking lot and there are no spaces, I'm going to drive right back out and go elsewhere. read more

Great service, you see a long line and think, "oh wow" but it goes quick! Portions are pretty big, I can't eat a whole one of their anything and I'm 5'6" 150lbs. Food is delicious, I love their everything (I haven't tried the tofu lol). Plus, they've made the commitment to go GMO free!! read more

This is the worst chipotle I've ever had. I'm not exactly sure what it is about this location. The food is never consistent here. Burnt chicken, raw steak, fatty pork, and the list goes on and on. The customer service is below average - average. I personally think it's just the cooks in Redding are terrible and frankly don't give a damn about if it's good or not but rather just a pay check to buy their weed and cigarettes. Now that might be going out on a limb but so far in the past year of living in Redding I've been spot on with the type of locals here. My advice is just save yourself the time and money and avoid this chipotle all together. You'll most likely leave feeling unsatisfied and hungry. Anyone that thinks this chipotle is decent is crazy, go try a chipotle in the Bay Area or Sacramento and you'll see what it really tastes like. read more

I'd go four stars if the price was lower. The food is fresh and good, but here's a couple of tips. Cilantro is not on the front line, so you have to ask if you want it. One fella parses out cafeteria line food as though he was taking it out of his own wallet--an evil eye can help you get better fed--well, really to be fair--a polite request for a "little" more is the way to go. Best deal is burritos to go. read more

I would give 0 stars if I could. I go to chipotle often, but tonight was the worst experience I've ever had there. Whenever I asked a question, every employee answered with a tone filled of attitude. I'm sure I would've had a better experience at Mcdonalds, and that's saying something. read more

Hours are 11am-10pm right? Well apparently this "new management" thinks it's better to stop orders and start closing shop at 9 cause I put a online order in at 8:35pm go to pick up at 9 which is when it said to be there and they all look at me like "WE CLOSED" my order wasn't even started and these people looked unhappy that I was even There, I said you know what forget it just cancel the whole thing. So pissed I love Chipotle's food but damn the wrong staff can drive the best places into the ground which is where this location is going if Chipotle don't straighten out that crew. read more

Why doesn't McDonalds just put this food on their menu? I honestly shouldn't complain too much because hey at least it fills vacant spaces and employs people. This is average mexican american food right here. I just don't get it? People in this town seem to love this shit. The food isn't bad by any means it just isn't that special. I'd rather go to Taco Bell and get more for my $$$ then this place. Plus the location can kiss my ass! Getting in and out of that parking lot is the worst. Menu is as boring at the decor inside. The chips and salsa here are straight dirt, any place that charges for their chips and salsa can go give themselves head. Just talking about Chipotle is starting to give me the runs. *fart* read more

Arguably my favorite restaurant! Great food. Great ingredients. And friendly, fast staff. Would highly recommend it!

Great place to grab a quick and healthy meal. I LOVE their vegetarian burrito with extra hot sauce!!

Went to this little fresh mex style place. For 4th of July weekend. It was swamped. Good for them really. It was a holiday weekend. The line was out the door. The food was very fresh and looked fine. We had a group of 8 so seating was a little tricky. We really couldn't sit together. We had to get several 2 seater tables. The line did move quickly. it just had that no romance cafe service feel. The chicken was super spicy. I like pretty spicy but it really was a little spicy. So if you like spicy this is a great, clean, fast place to go. Just not my thing. read more

I've been coming to this location for a couple of years, and I have really enjoyed their food. I usually get a salad. The kids get kids meals or burritos. The last couple of times I have visited, the portion sizes have been halved as to what they used to be. It seems like their flavoring has taken a dive too. The guac isn't as good as it was, and the steak flavoring seems off. I love Chipotle on the whole. Not sure what's going on in Redding. read more

Chipotle you're really slacking. Last three orders were messed up and the time before that I got to the end of the ordering line and discovered my bowel had been given to the previous customer. Then I didn't have time to reorder. I usually order for a large work group for a meeting but I'm done with that. Pick up the slack Chipotle. Customer service has been horrible, always out of stuff and rushing is thru the line. read more

Good food but young rude employees make me not want to go back. The guy on the line at 2:15 today (11/2) was nice but the girl on the line and the girl at the register were EXTREMELY rude!! read more

I love Chipotle and I used to eat it at least once a week before I moved to Redding. I tried this location out several times and I've given up! I never thought that Chipotle could taste so bad. I still believe in you guys, but this location needs help!! read more

I really would like to write a glowing review for Chipotle, considering the fact their food is organic and fresh..However it must be told that if you are going to pay almost $8.00 for a burrito, put some meat in it!!!! In the past they were generous in their portions, however lately they seem skimpy. In fact the last time I was there they literally put about a quarter of a spoon of meat. Also I am not one to complain or make a big fuss, but when I asked them to please put a little extra meat, you would think I was asking him to donate his kidneys. Hopefully they will improve, until then we will be taking our business back to Burrito Bandito. read more

Food is always good at this place, (despite the E. Coli..) besides that, the service was TERRIBLE. I got my quesadilla tossed around, AND it just about fell off the counter. The only nice person was the cashier, everyone else had such a terrible attitude. Lucky them, they didn't have name tags.. read more

should add a "no stars" option because this chipotle is a fucking nightmare. there has been so many times that I ordered online, arrived to pick my order up, and had to wait an additional 45+ minutes. not to mention the countless times they have left things out of my order. almost every single time I order with door dash, there is something missing. at first I thought it was the dasher's negligence, but I now know that it's chipotle's lazy ass workers not putting all the items I ordered. on top of all that ^, you'd think they might have a small sense of customer service but the employees are all dumber than a box of bricks and the lack of proper training is pretty apparent. this really sucks to type out because I genuinely like chipotle's food but the redding chipotle is 100% TRASH. read more

Pretty good. They are fast but not as friendly as other chipotle's. They are nice and salty which I love about chipotle but find some locations lack this. read more

Always packed, cruddy parking situation, but always good burritos. Try to skip the lunch rush.

The meat is not cooked all the way! The steal was very pink. The chicken was also pink but not as bad. I wouldn't recommend coming to this one read more

Slowest place ever. Do not come here after 4:30 pm on any given day, you will be waiting in a line for 20 minutes just to get your food.

Two stars because the food is status quo and they were at least nice on the line. This is the slowest "fast food" restaurant I have ever been to. About 10 online orders were made before the 4 people in front of me were served. Maybe there's a corporate policy in place that says these need to get made as soon as they are placed, but if that's the case then 1. Chipotle needs to revisit this bc waiting for 30 minutes with only 4 people in line on from of you is dumb and 2. Get more people working!!! I will never go here again. I could organically farm the ingredients and make a burrito myself faster than this place moves. read more

Always excellent! Little spendy, especially if you get someone who wants to give bird portions. Always different faces on the staff but great food. A couple sitting outside told me to get the salad on the side when getting a burrito bowl so you get more food, good tip. read more

The food is good. The people behind the counter are not friendly and they hurry you along like cattle. I wanted tacos with rice and beans but they don't serve rice and beans with tacos. They said they would put it IN the tacos if I wanted it but not separate. So I just had tacos! Other than that is good. I can deal with the parking, I'll park across the street for good food but not arrogant service. read more

Me and my boyfriend went in and I got a quesadilla, he got a burrito. On my quesadilla there was no meat or cheese on the two end pieces, and the server didnt ask if I wanted anything on it, she just put it in the bag so I had to ask for sides of toppings. My boyfriends burrito was FULL of rice and beans, he said they were flavorless. We felt like they were rushing to get to the next customers so our food wasnt made very well. So we were a little disappointed, we should have gone to burrito bandito. read more

I will never book an online delivery order through chipotle again. Their food is fantastic, but you're better off just going in and ordering to go. Three times I have done an online order at least an hour in advance and every time it has been 30+ minutes late and I didn't even get to enjoy it on my actual lunch break... so it turns out to be a waste of 15$. And they offer no appeasement at all for their serious lack of punctuality. read more

If you're looking for a quick place to drop by and grab a filling meal this is your place. You can expect to spend no longer than 5 mins before you get your food. Best of all it's cheap!!! read more

The service is great along with the chicken and pork burrito bowls. Great place for a work lunch as it is a quick and easy stop.

Had a burrito and it was terrible. They were in such a hurry to make it and push me through that the ingredients just didn't mix well.. sour cream was on one end of the burrito and the whole thing was a mess to eat. I'll never eat here again read more

Great food, fast service. I'm never disappointed. Even the kids like it here. I always go for the Veggie Burrito. My fav!

Service was alright.. The guys behind the counter could be a lil nicer if they wanted to be. Not sure about the food.. I've gone to other Chipotle restaurants and have a regular item I get but the items here tasted a bit different and I'm not sure what it is.. I'm from LA so I kinda feel like there's a taste difference between the Chipotle in Redding vs. the ones in LA. read more

I would review the food. But I can't because they were out of all of it. Came in 30 minutes before closing, they were out of meat, so I had asked that it be made they said they would start it. They were out of cheese as well so we went to the store to buy some and came back. Came back and it was now 10 minutes before closing. Waited in line to be told the cook forgot to make our food. Mostly irritating because by the time we found out they didn't feel like making my food, every other food place we had wanted was closed. read more

Love the fresh taste and choice of ingredients. Something for everyone. Can be busy at mealtime but move things through pretty quick.
