Went to rectify the situation and somehow a single order of fried cheese took another 10 minutes! My food had no residual heat by the time I got to it. I really don't expect a fine dining experience at a fast food restaurant but they need to do better. Most tables were dirty and in the 50+ minutes we were there no one came to wipe them down. The Egg McMuffin was cooked properly, the hashbrowns were still hot, and the coffee arrived just the way I requested it with two cream and light ice. I even received a bonus sausage wrap with the hot salsa, which made the meal feel a little more generous than expected. It all came out fresh, accurate, and ready to enjoy.
