Fantastic staff helping us with out with our order. They were amazing at being understanding and accommodating for our daughter who has a gluten allergy (celiac) to make sure there wasn't any cross contamination of the food. Thank you team that was there at 11:50 on 12/22! read more

If I could give zero stars, I would. Restaurant was filthy. Tables, drink area, food prep area....all a mess. No straws, no plastic ware, no napkins. Employees were indifferent and seemed incompetent. Food was not good. Rice undercooked, meat over salted and chips stale. Worst Chipotle I've experienced. read more

This location is always out of something. I've stopped by hours before closing time and even then they are out of many items. I really wish they would let those in line know ahead of time what they are out of so we can decide if it's worth the wait. Portion sizes are always so small, i do not recommend visiting this location. read more

It's 3 in the afternoon and only 2 people working. I'm going to Jersey Mikes . This is insane

Grabbed lunch to go from here this weekend. I went with the chicken bowl with white rice and a variety of toppings. The chicken was good but the portion was very small. The other portions of toppings were great. read more

My food was cold, not luke warm or room temp but out of the refrigerator cold. The server also paused our interaction to laugh with a coworker about how they just messed up their last order and gave them the wrong sauces. Awful all around. read more

This location definitely shorts you on you meat but everything else was okay! My bowl wasn't anything special compared to other places I've been to like this. The staff however was super friendly and other than shorting on meat they seemed to put a good amount of everything else. The restaurant itself though was pretty dirty which knocks it another star. read more

Its sad that you have to go to another one on the other side of town to get fresh and decent bowel instead of a kids meal that they want to fix you at this location and it's all was out of mix vegetables , the one by the beach is a 10 and the one in Navarre is a ten but the one on 9- mile is a zero will never waste my time trying to give them another chance . read more

I'm writing this review after my positive experience at this Chipoltle because the rating is so low, it almost prevented me from dining here. I hope this and other good reviews will help to raise the low rating for this restaurant so others are not deterred as I almost was. I ordered a barbacoa burrito with guacamole over the app and picked it up in the drive thru. It was ready when I arrived neatly wrapped and bagged with the side of salsa I'd requested and plenty of napkins which I appreciated. The burrito was made exactly as I'd ordered it and was delicious. The beef was tender and flavorful and the guacamole was generous and very tasty. If I have a complaint at all, it is that I paid over $14 for a burrito I was only able to eat half of and no smaller option is available on the menu. That is an issue with Chipoltle corporate however, not this individual restaurant. read more

Where do we start. The rice is basically Japanese Sticky Rice. Out of black beans (fair). Ordered brisket was told they're out, asked if they were out for the rest of the night, magically brisket appeared. Was given the smallest possible serving ever (see picture) there is more Salsa and Guacamole than brisket. Wanted a double but just shook my head an accepted fate. Everything was super disorganized. The quality is subpar for what's expected at Chipotle. Maybe Moe's will be better. read more

I have been wanting to try out one of the new quesadillas that a content creator suggested, and is now part of their menu so I ordered online and boy was I happy that I tried it out I got the Keith quesadilla and it was delicious. We also ordered two steak burritos although my order wasn't ready when I arrived it was well worth the wait as the steak burritos came out fresh, service at this location sometimes can be slow, but I've never had a bad meal from them read more

Probably the worse chain location. Food was extremely salty and very cold even though we dined it and started eating quickly. Also every table was very dirty even though no customers were seated. Seriously do not go here. read more

First time eating at this chipotle and it was terrible. I developed food poisoning shortly after eating here. Definitely wouldn't recommend.

I have no clue why the ratings on this location are so low. Their a/c was out for about a month, but no fault of theirs. Otherwise, food is hot and fresh as it should be. Good tasting and as someone who has eaten chipotle for literally 20+ years, it is exactly what it should be. If you like Chipotle, then you will have an on par experience. If you just don't like Chipotle in general, that doesn't make it bad, just means you have poor taste read more

People obviously don't like working here. I have been here multiple times in person and have ordered mobile as well. They do not put as much food in bowls for mobile orders as they do in person. Our last order online came with a torn, soggy bag from a lack of care by the employees. Forget ordering avocado here too; I didn't receive more than 2 oz. The only reason I know that is because I try to split my bowl into 2 tortillas evenly. Speaking of the tortillas, they looked like someone fisted them into foil and called it good (they were basically free floating in our greasy bag). Our last in person experience involved grabbing some food for friends who were in the process of moving, and we had all of the orders in a group chat ready to go. The person on the line rolled his eyes when I said I had more than one order. By the time we were on our last order the person serving me was barely paying attention to me. I tried to ask for sides for one of my friends and he ignored me, handed everything to the cashier, and left to the back for something they ran out of. I don't want to come back read more

Filthy isn't even the word for it, condiment section had drink spilled everywhere, I thought it was funny two black women ordered ahead of me and the black guy filled there bowls so full they couldn't close, me the white guy as polite as I could be got half servings and small scoops, I just looked at him. I smiled though cause I knew I didn't have to work fast food to make a living. And let's not get started on how filthy that grill was. read more

First time here, was going to give a good review because I enjoyed the food and the guy making our bowls was super nice, but that ended quickly when o passed one of the "managers", Eli sitting at a table. When I asked if she was a manager she rudely replied, not while I am on break. I was going to compliment the food till that remark. Food was good, dining room didn't have a clean table in it and the trash is overflowing. Despite the quality of food, I will not return and continue enjoying Moe's! read more

I went in and the portion size they gave me was for a kid. Legit filled up half of the spoon and then when asked to fill the entire spoon, they'd charge me double. NEVER going here again. They don't give you any meat here. Don't come to this location. They try to rip you off by only giving you 5 pieces of meat. If you get double you only get maybe 8 pieces of meat. It's the short girl with glasses, had a miserable attitude was bossing other workers around. And didn't give me a real portion of food and wanted to charge me double. Clean it up read more

The food line was a mess. There was food all over the counter with no effort to clean (not very appetizing). It was not even busy at that time. There was an entire meal spilled in the dining area prior to our arrival. It remained there while we ate until we told staff (who had looked at it several times already). Basically very disappointed with the atmosphere related to cleanliness. Probably won't visit this location again. read more

This chipotle location is usually great, however today was literally the worst experiences we've had. Sadie walked up to us to help us with our order and was extremely rude. She looked like she wanted to chop our heads off for existing inside of the chipotle on Christmas Eve. Like sorry we don't have family here and need to eat somehow. She was trying to make our bowls at the same time, which is not an issue but the way she was asking us what we wanted in the bowls was rude and we were confused because she had both of our bowls out and we didn't know what bowl she was working on first. So my husband and I didn't even know who was supposed to respond because we didn't know what she was doing. We felt rushed in a chipotle that was completely empty. Truly just not a great experience. We were trying to be nice too since we know it sucks to work Xmas Eve but nobody even smiled or acknowledged us. read more

Got a chicken burrito. Food quality was very poor and the portion size was less than what it used to be just a few years ago. Tables were dirty, hot sauce bottles were sticky the amount of protein they add in your burritos are smaller than they used to be and the prices have increased. I would suggest Moes Burritos, El Asadore or even Taco Bell over this location. read more

I am a chipotle girly so I come here at least three times out of the month, sometimes more if I've had a rough week. The food is always up to the standard that I expect chipotle to be. I don't have a raving review because all chipotle's are kind of the same to be honest. But I do think that this store needs to be rated higher than a 1.5 star! The store is always clean when I go in and you get good service 8/10 of the times that you go there! It's like any other place you go to eat. There's always that one person who acts like it comes out of their paycheck to give you some extra rice when it's free of charge. Other than that though, the cashiers are always pleasant. I've never had a bad cashier! :) read more

This was my first time eating at Chipotle so didn't know what to expect. We got there before noon & while waiting the line became super long. They were limited with their options & there wasn't much to choose from. I decided to get a burrito & bf ordered a bowl. We got a bag of chips & queso as well & took it to go. When we started to eat the chips, they were stale & definitely not fresh. The queso had a weird smell to it & tasted off. We threw it away. However, my burrito had an explosion of flavor & I was impressed. I was expecting it to be bad just like the chips & queso. I ordered a chicken burrito with the lime rice & had guac, mild salsa, cheese, & lettuce. The size was pretty big & I was full after eating half of it. My bf ordered chicken with brown rice & all the toppings. He said his tasted great too. The place has potential but certainly needs to improve on a few things. read more

Came to this restaurant hoping to get a fresh bowl like I always do but that was not the case today. When I got there they were out of chicken so I waited 10 minutes to get chicken, however by that time they were out of rice. They stated to me it would be another 10 minutes for rice. Once I finally received my bowl and made it home I began eating my food to realize the rice was not done. The rice was so hard that I couldn't even eat my bowl. read more

I don't understand why this location has low reviews. The Cordova Mall location compared to this location on Nine mile was night and day for my family & I. The employees were very friendly! I am a massive fan of Chipotle and love their food, but the poor quality at this restaurant I find astounding. I ordered five meals to be picked up at 5 PM. After arriving at 5:05 PM, I still have to wait for 15 minutes until my meals were ready. All five meals (a mix of burritos and bowls) were labeled incorrectly (not matching their contents) and not a single meal had been prepared correctly or simply been mislabeled. At least one meal was made inedible thanks to complications with dietary restrictions. TL;DR: there's a reason this place has only two stars. read more

Every time I go here to get food they are out of things. This time they were out of queso on the main line, which I wasn't surprised. However, the couple in front of me ordered queso as well and the other girl working got them queso from the drive thru supply. I asked if I could get queso on mine from over there like the previous customers and they said "no, we actually aren't allowed to do that" and I questioned why the couple in front of me just received queso and I can't? All they said was "sorry" I just laughed and paid for my food and left. Like what? read more

I frequent this location because it is right next to work and house. This location has been a disaster for years. They never have veggies or fresh stuff, it takes them over an hour after opening to have all the options ready. Food line is always dirty and disgusting. Absolutely horrible. I am not one to leave very many bad reviews, but this experience merits one. I have never had the best experiences with this location but decided to give it another try. Big mistake. Both the items in my order were wrong. One was missing a side and the other was supposed to be hard shell tacos and I don't even know how to explain what I received. Really wish I had taken a picture. There were soft tortillas in there, but everything was just piled on there where you couldn't pick them up and it was extremely soggy. I ate what I could which was also a mistake because I have been sick since. My husband was the one that picked up the order and said it was very dirty inside and very hot to where he worried about food being kept at the right temperature. Never again. Oh and they offered me two free drinks to make up for it. What a joke. read more

Used Uber eats and these idiots somehow managed to fuck up "chicken and rice" the entire order was wrong!!! When it even had a label on it!!! Idiots. Hire better people. For being a new restaurant, many mistakes and kinks need to be fixed! I went to chipotle tonight 30 minutes before closing and got a veggie bowl! After I ordered I decided to eat in the car and noticed my guacamole was way passed expired. Long wait, this location is unlike any other chipotle I've ever been to. Someone needs to come in and snow them the way. My bowl was only half full They gave me maybe 3 tablespoons of chicken When I mentioned this to them, they added more rice to fill up my bowl :-( It was my husband's first time to chipotle and because we visited this location, he never wants chipotle again. That's disappointing because this location does not properly represent the chipotle brand. read more

My food is always fresh and delicious the few times I have ate here. My only complaint is they can sometimes be slow at the drive thru window when I am picking up food. I believe this could be because they're fairly new and with COVID measures. It was just a little disappointing I had decided to pick up food so it would be quick and easy on my way to work. I placed an online order to be picked up at 11:00 and when I pulled up to the window, there were multiple people Inside working. They noticed me but never came to the window and after ten minutes finally came over and asked for my name and order. Which they had already had ready... just a little disappointing and frustrating. But I haven't had an issue with the quality just the time and service. read more
