If you want to see a SHOW , and not a good one go here. If you want to waste your $ , go here. If you to go to a restaurant and be disappointed, go here. Out of white rice, steak , pastor chicken, green salsa, kitchen a mess. They were yelling what they did have. They couldn't keep up . Management needs to think of a better plan. Didn't look appealing. Everyone walked out shaking their heads. read more

This has to be the worst ran restaurant anywhere. How do you run out of your main primary ingredients on a daily basis. You run out of cheese at 6:30 and your open till 11. When AI takes over ordering maybe I'll go back. By the way cheese was only 1 of the 3 main items they were out of. read more

My girlfriend and I came in at about 9 PM, and we waited in line for about 10 minutes. When it was our turn to order, the guy preparing food runs off and starts asking his co-workers "wasn't I supposed to get off at 9". I was extremely disappointed because they were also scrimping out on portion sizes. I asked for extra everything and I got regular. When we got into the dinning room, the tables were nasty. read more

My wife and I visited on Saturday afternoon approximately 12. The good: clean restaurant and delicious food! Not so good: sign on the door saying only exact change or credit cards, no salt or pepper condiments out, didn't see anybody wipe the tables down in the half hour we were here, and the most egregious was the volume of the music! My wife and I couldn't hold a conversation, even though we were sitting next to each other! We both enjoyed our Carne Asada options, a bowl for me and crispy tacos for my wife. read more

Worst experience at a chipotle ever, I made a yelp account just because of how bad the experience was. The service was horrible, I put in an online order and it took 45 minutes longer than the time stated. The food that arrived was terrible with the rice being crunchy and a fourth of my bowl missing. If I were you I would not give this location a visit and go to a different one. read more

Honestly, the worst chipotle I've ever been to I've ordered here multiple times and every single time it's still been a problem, starting with the staff, not all, but most of them are terrible. They really only hire college kids trying to make money on the side so most of them don't even care about their job. One of my times I sit in the Chipotlane for 10 minutes with my order getting cold by honking at two female females and they still sat on their phones to the point where a cashier had to come around the corner just to hand me my food. When it comes to the food, I don't know if it's because it's the college kids or what but most of the time it doesn't even taste good. Most of the time I'm either finding extremely hard pieces or fats left on meat, I've had a couple times where it seemed like the meal was completely either overcooked or under and most of the time they will give you a small amount of everything else but rice so most of my burritos is just straight rice. read more

Horrible experience at this location. Took away military discount, and today when asking for a cup of water was denied and spoke to unprofessionally, because there was none available, but there was regular cups for soft drinks. When asked for a manager, was told i am the manager, in which he was not, because he asked another gentleman, and he gave him permission to give me a regular cup. Chipotle, please remember who you are servicing, we are community workers and first customers who decides to spend monies with you! Ran out of so many different items and they weren't close to closing. Service was okay but the employees were rude. One was complaining about how he was supposed to clock out a couple minutes ago right in front of us. All the tables in the restaurant were dirty and had food all over them. My food was put in my bag and my food dumped over the other containers inside. Horrible experience. read more

took a hour just to get my pickup order that i had ordered 20 minutes before and never got it.

We ordered Chipotle for dinner through pickup. On one of our meals we ordered double chicken and the restaurant only gave us one serving although we paid for double. We then proceeded to ask for the second serving and the restaurant said they were out of chicken and gave us steak instead. Also, this was at 7pm and they don't close till 11pm and already out of chicken. We then started eating our food and every single chip was completely undercooked so we resorted to the hard taco shells in our kids make your own and those ended up being completely overcooked and burnt tasting like cardboard. Extremely disappointed in this restaurant. read more

They gave me half a scoop of extra meat and the bowls were very uneven charged for double meat and they argued with me about this as if I didn't just watch them make it. Very unprofessional and a sour note to dinner love chipotle but this location has low quality workers currently read more

Never work here. I was a cashier, and within a few weeks they had me come in two hours before my shifts started every single time to do what... pick up trash and all of their cigarettes outside. And then serve you food! Bad vibes bad ambiance and bad food read more

Giant bowl, great service, quick and delicious! 10/10 would come again, love this location

I wish no star was a option..... Had a great meal at the Findlay Ohio location last week so I thought maybe I'd give this location a try. I made a mistake, and I wasted good money doing it. First they wouldn't put a tortilla wrap in the bowl, (I thought it was common knowledge to do this). This way when you eat your bowl and have some left you can roll it and have a burrito, not here. It came on the side. Believe it or not the food didn't have any flavor, I believe I did get a taste of onion in one bite. Got a large bag of tortilla chips, no kidding not even half a bag. Large queso, I don't this so....it appears they are trying to save money be ripping off the customers. I see they have two stars on here, be a shame if they failed at this location. No worries about us being back. read more

Ontario Chipotle. Might I just say DISAPPOINTED! I am a frequent chipotle goer, and recently your to-go team has just sucked! On countless occasions, I have been missing items, received the wrong food, had barely any toppings added to my bowls, and sometimes no topping at all! I have tried to level with you guys multiple times and even gave you multiple tries to fix the issue. Today was my last stand! I ordered my food to-go and ordered the crunchy tacos. But once I got home and opened my tacos I was shocked to find they only had a little bit of cheese and a little bit of lettuce and the slightest amount of meat. They were missing the beans, rice, fajitas, and sour cream! How can your employees be so negligent? I am a PAYING customer and your employees have failed me time after time now! There was also a side tortilla that was added to my order that was also missing! If you are reading this Ontario Chipotle, do fix the issue and maybe just maybe reach out to me because I'm DONE! I pay a lot of money for food at your location and never seem to get what I ask for. NEVER! If you are reading this as a consumer and considering popping into the Ontario Chipotle take the extra 10 minutes and go to the Possum Run Rd Location because 9.9 times out of 10 the Ontario location won't give you what you ask for nor have any toppings in store! read more

Food is always good!!! Their portions are insanely good!! We are always in and out fairly fast. Staff is very nice and accommodating.

I love chipotle. Chipotle's my life. Food was super fresh in the morning. Super efficient service and workers worked fast

Not sure if came here at the wrong time but ... Service was very slow. When I finally got my food I noticed there were no spoons available. Ice machine had no ice. I grabbed a few of the last napkins available. There were plastic forks but all facing up for everyone to touch. Every single table in the dining area was filthy dirty. During my time there I never saw anybody come out to clean. The floors dirty with food. I chose one table and smelled a bit like urine. I switched to the window area, much better. Emergency food while on the road but this was a little gross. read more

Do not eat here if you're a vegetarian. Twice in a row now I've found bits of meat in my meals. The latter time I called to issue a complaint and the manager wouldn't speak to me, and I was purposely hung up on. I know it's a fast food restaurant, but don't be so fast you get sloppy and almost poison your customers. Will never order from here again. read more

Honestly this business needs to just close its door. The manager is rude. The selection sucks. Their hours are all over the place due to staffing. You can't charge someone full price for half the shit because you're out. read more

Yikes on bikes. I should've read the reviews before coming here. I've been here twice now, and both times they were out of most everything. Dirty and slow service even when it's not crowded. This place desperately needs new management or new ownership. I don't know how this is a constant issue and they're still open. Sad, truly. Skip this location if you can. read more

Very disappointed in the experience when we got to the checkout with $50 order and told they would not sell chips to us because they could only sell to online customers. I came in right before close and as someone who also works in food I understand how frustrating that can be at times. All crew members greeted me with a smile I only caught one name I believe it was Logan he remained enthusiastic and the lady making my bowl didn't make me feel bad at all for coming I'm so late same with the man who rang me out. I never usually leave reviews as a matter of fact I just made an account to recognize the great service i received! read more

This place has really gone down hill. The food has gotten to be gross, the sour cream is runny, the guacamole is brown, the chips are stale. The drink machine had no ice, was warm and flat and the manager didn't care to do a thing about it. On top of that, I paid more for the food this time than ever before. This store used to be quality and the management seems to be taking in the wrong direction. read more

I have no idea why this Chipotle location gets such a low star rating because I've always had a good experience dining here. I came in with my girlfriend most recently and they greeted me at the door to let me know that they were currently out of cheese, tortillas, and some other items and when we said it was okay we'd come back tomorrow, they gave us a credit for free meals of whatever we wanted. Really cool considering they didnt have to do that at all. 5 stars for that alone. The employees have always been friendly, and go above and beyond, like if you ask for a little more meat they're not going to charge you for double. The atmosphere's cool, music's good, a lot of natural lighting. Seats are a little uncomfortable since they're wooden, and it seems a little cramped. They also have outdoor seating available as well for the warmer season. I recommend this Chipotle, the only other store is on Possum Run in Lexington a ways away. read more

My family and I look forward to eating Chipotle. This is the first time we ate at this location and I gotta say it wasn't the experience I was used to. Worst chipotle experience ever. I LOVE Chipotle and can be flexible. But the staff was horrible. No lettuce, no cheese, no sauces, no sour cream, no guacamole. The place was a mess, old and crusty beans all over the bar area. When I said never mind, they got upset because I used up their o e (and only) serving of white rice. Got here around 2:30 on a Saturday Sign on door said restaurant was closing at 4 due to pandemic. Assumed due to lack of staff but there were at least ten employees there. No carnitas, no white rice, no queso. Restaurant was extremely dirty. Waited in line at least 15 minutes without any of the food being refreshed. Asked employee when or if there would be more carnitas or white rice and she just shrugged her shoulders. My worst experience at this location ever. Left without getting anything. read more

This is more of a complaint about one of the employees, sure, sometimes this chipotle can be shitty, but this time it was a whole new level. I was ordering my bowl, and this pink haired ugly white bitch was taking my order. I was nothing but kind to her. I'm never snarky with any of my servers or customer service people in general. However, after getting my bowl and getting the meat in it, she asked me if I wanted any salsa. I told her no. She then proceeded to ask me again do you want salsa? and again, I said no thank you. She then proceeded to say so you don't want any cold items at all? And I said, no I said I don't want any salsa. She proceeded to roll her eyes at me and slam my bowl down in front of the next person beside her. I've never been more distraught in my whole entire life. Who the fuck thinks that salsa stands for all the cold items? That literally makes no fucking sense, and her attitude was so uncalled for I hope she gets fired. read more

Chipotle is simply amazing. If you like Mexican food, you've probably had Chipotle before. If you haven't had Chipotle, get your butt in there! Specific to this restaurant: the staff is nice and lively, never balk at the request to mix up the ingredients before wrapping and it's always clean--both the dining room and bathroom. The only downside is this is a relatively small Chipotle, so if it's Friday night at 6, you might be out of luck with finding a seat. read more

Ok, I like Chipotle...it's my go-to fast-food outlet for its superior quality and value. I appreciate the company's focus on sustainability and the locations are usually nicely designed and the service is great. However, this location gets two stars. The lines can frequently top 15 minutes here! On my last visit, the staff was too busy preparing an order for someone who had faxed an order. In front of us waiting in line for said 15-20 minutes. This line blocks the front door and snakes around the dining area, rendering the nicer stools by the window pretty much unusable unless you want people standing right behind you while you eat. Another problem here is that, given the fact that this is strictly a driving destination, the parking lot set up is pretty awful. There were also gigantic potholes that filed with water on the rainy day i stopped in. Managers, can we get this fixed? I want to love you like I love your other awesome locations! read more

Always what I expect when I expect it. Great customer service. Clean, safe place in recent months.

The food at this store is never consistent. Either the meat is burnt, the rice is over cooked or there is big chunks of cilantro with stems in the rice. I have tried this restaurant 5 times to give it a fair try and I have only had 1 good meal out of 5! Will not go back again! read more
