It has taken this location some time to get it together and I will be honest and say that every time I've previously ate here they were a disappointment every time BUT I believe management is making some changes because I just absolutely obliterated an entire bowl. The chicken was so juicy it needs to start paying rent for all the space it's taking up in my thoughts . Every bite was aggressively flavorful -- like the seasoning team clocked in, slammed an energy drink, and said, "Let's ruin this person's ability to enjoy bland food forever." No beans, no regrets, no consequences. Just pure, uninterrupted bowl bliss. Now let's discuss the chips. Fresh. Perfectly salty. A suspiciously addictive hint of lime . They tasted like they were made by someone's abuela who takes snack quality personally. I told myself I'd save some for later, but later never came because I apparently entered a feral, chip-devouring state. If there were witnesses, they've chosen not to speak. 45 minute wait at 4pm. A person with a simple order took 15 minutes because of how slow the staff was. Plenty of staff inside but all doing menial tasks like organizing chip bags when there's only one person on the line and register; not one each: one person total when there was 6 other staff in the store, including one walking around sipping a soft drink. Staff on the line had 0 urgency and managed to make every single action look like slow motion. Saw 7 people walk out after giving up on the wait. read more

This oakhurst location is gross! Trash on the floor, old food on the tables and chairs. It's sticky and greasy. They roll the burritos on a counter that has food so you're going to touch it because it's on the foil. They serve less food for the same price. read more

I came from socal, usually i love chipotle but unfortunately this experience was not up to par. I got a quesadilla and my sides were not filled up at all. my rise and beans were less than half filled and my corn wasnt filled at all. They were out of chips and lettuce. my brother usually makes a burrito out of his bowl and usually only uses half. this time he used all of it and it was a sad looking burrito. meat was cold as well. i do not recommend coming to this location. ALSO charged us wrong on our recipt Guy at the register were super nice through my fathers complaining which if you know my family he is a COMPLAINER. meat was also super dry yuck. It seemed like the girl was maybe new and once we got our food the girl got switched out for a guy and hes filling ip everyone elses bowls. great read more

I placed an online order today and it said it was ready at 8:40pm, I went through the drive through and one of the staff members was rude and told me to wait 4 minutes, giving me bad attitude .. From the moment we arrived to the time we finally received our food, it took nearly 45 minutes. During that time, several customers became frustrated and even walked out without being served. What was even more shocking was the response from the manager when I politely asked for a bit of salt. I was told, "Everything is salted and you don't need more -- leave my presence." That level of disrespect toward a customer is completely unacceptable. In addition, the restaurant's cleanliness standards were clearly lacking. This is the worst Chipotle I have ever been to. I thought the restaurants chains in the Bay Area were awful, but this place takes the icing on the cake. Ordered a chicken burrito and the portions are way too small. When you ask for a double scoop, it is equivalent to a normal scoop. But if you do not ask for double, they will give you half a scoop. The white rice was also a disaster, it was either undercooked or not cooked at all. There were hard bits as I chewed the burrito. read more

Thought we would check it out since the app was offering free guacamole. We scheduled our pick up. We arrived early and sat in the parking lot waiting for it to say our order was ready. Was pretty dead inside and our food was late. I opted for the steak quesadilla and my wife got a steak bowl. Her steak was like mine and the rice wasn't cooked all the way. Steak was so tough I ended up just feeding it to the dog. Best part of the meal was the free guacamole. Disappointed as this is by far the worst Chipotle I've ever eaten at. On 4/15/2026 older lady on cash register was very rude and should not be in customer service. I asked 2 questions about our order and she answered as if I was annoying her. I went back and told her that didn't appreciate her bad attitude and wished her a better day. Im from out of town visiting the nearby park. And chipotle sounded good to me. So I went by and the restaurant was absolutely disgusting they don't know how to clean up after them selves.The service wasn't great or bad. Also got a bag of chips and they were stale like they been left out forever. I also had some QR codes to use and they couldn't take them because their machine wasn't allowing the to lol. Also there was no ice, but when I saw one of the staff go to the ice machine for the drive thru and get ice for their drink I asked them for ice and they said there's no ice. Ordered a burrito and it's mainly rice. The ingredients never seem to be fresh especially the white queso. It's always super thick and barely room temp. It seems to just be this location. I've eaten at other chipotles and it's very fresh and they have proportional amounts on the burritos and bowls. They also never carry limes or lemons which is strange. Other locations offer them so that's a bummer. read more

Ordered through the Chipotle app thinking it would say time, boy was I mistaking! Waited 45 minutes after the scheduled pick up time. While I waited I formed in line just for giggles sake. I literally could have gone around twice and ordered. After checking on my order twice I was ready to ask for a refund and walk out. Coincidentally as I looked at the counter a disgruntled pickup customer was doing exactly that. The system chipotle uses of separating online and drive thru orders from walk-ins is useless when it's busy or they run out of one ingredient to finish your order. Chipotle to me is always good and fresh. Ok.. my pick up which I choose in store and it was in drive thru pick up. Bring sick I just wanted to grab n go. My bowl was ok. I eat Chipotle all the time in Fresno California by happen to be visiting in Oakhurst California with my 93 year old grandma one of the main reasons why we eat there and love it is that the meat is always so tender so here I ordered two plates for us to be doordashed and the meat was so tough I could not even chew it neither could my grandmother we had to opt for leftover Chinese food and that wasn't very good either so anyways other than that I I love Chipotle in Fresno I just don't think in Oakhurst they have quite got it right but hopefully they will soon read more

I travel a lot and I am a regular at Chipotles across the state. I have visited this one 4 times since they opened (recently) while passing through the area. The first time it was really nice. The next 3 times it has been disappointing (either closed early or out of lots of items). I decided to give them once last chance today. It was the worse experience yet. The prep counter was covered with old food. They were out of many items and what was in the containers looked old and nasty (frozen soggy lettuce several empty containers and a tiny bit of super old rice. I couldn't even order 1/2 of the items I usually include in my burrito. I was so worried that if the front area is maintained so poorly then the food storage and back kitchen area was likley the same or worse. I was worried about food poisoning so I left. I surely hope the owners get his employees trained better or new management. It's just really unacceptable. read more

Put in an order for 2 bowls at 6pm for 6:30pm pick up through the drive thru. Sat in line for 45 minutes to get our food. It seemed as though they were making the orders once your car pulled up to the window. My food was ready when I pulled up to the window but my food was ice cold.
