By far the slowest service imaginable. With multiple staff members behind the counter, I expected there would be at least decent service. It seems that every employee is of the belief that another employee will take care of customers at the counter. Well, after a near solid 10 minutes of standing at the counter and no eye contact given, someone eventually took our order. Food was covered with grease and had no flavor. I think a gas station bathroom is also cleaner than this place. Will go elsewhere. read more

This location is in a major need of new management. They're always running out of ingredients. The other day I came in with an hour left before closing time and they were out of almost all of the meat. I'm not sure why they were even open for business. The staff was even amused when I commented that they were out of almost everything. Sad to say this is not the first time I've witnessed this at this location. read more

They make online/phone orders while people wait in person and don't refill food ingredients until they are completely empty. I would just go to the Framingham location read more

guy serving the food was being a dickhead, giving me attitude for asking for extra guacamole on my bowl. he also got mad when i asked for chips with guacamole, he also tossed my bowl on the counter like it was nothing and dented it. poor ass service, do not recommend going there. this guy was short, had glasses, black hair, and he was white. he also got mad when i pulled out cash instead of a credit card... unreal. looked further into it, found out the assholes name was joshua, absolute erb, fire him immediately. read more

I have been a very frequent chipotle eater for 7+ years, even being one of the victims of food poisoning during that whole problem. Still come back though, and this one happens to be conveniently located for me. The reason that I'm giving 3 stars is because some of the regular employees are super rude and choose to stare at you and wait for you to tell them the ingredients you want, rather than talk. I must have been to this location 50+ times without being greated or even spoken to during my entire visit. Even at the register. However, the young lady of Asian descent who was there the past few times, along with the thin, pale young man, have always been extremely positive, welcoming, and overall good at their jobs. Those two, who were there at the time of this post, are the diamonds in the ruff at this location. Improve customer service at this location, and you'll get a 5 star from me. read more

they barely put any food in my bowl and when i got in the store before i took my order they barley put any food in my friends order as well

the chicken has never been good I've been here 10 times and all of the times I don't want to finish because it taste bad today the chicken was warm and CRUNCHY if you like good chicken you are better off driving 5 minutes more to the Framingham one by bestbuy read more

This is one of the worst Chipolte's around. The staff are very unfriendly and poorly trained. The restaurant is always dirty and there isn't a single person working who seems like they care at all about the quality if the food or the customer experience. This needs new management or needs to be closed. read more

I ordered a taco the employee working online orders then proceeded to make my food 5 minutes after it should have been done and right at the end he go's to the register and says "he only paid 4$" out loud then goes to my sides he prepared sticks his finger in my sides to empty them to half. I counted 5 pieces of chicken Overall terrible experience lost a consistent customer today. read more

My review will echo others. We walked in at prime time and nobody was there which was interesting. The beans looked gross and the lettuce was brown, so unappetizing. read more

Definitely not worth the trip. My brother and I came in around 9:15, understood it was near closing time, but not that close. The girl who made our food rushed us. She was the worst. Didn't even bother asking my brother if he wants rice. I just got what looked available cause nearly everything was empty. My brother got a burrito, and the girl half assed it. It was all over the bag when we got back to our hotel. He needed to use a fork to eat his burrito. These kids obviously hate their job, but this is definitely the worst chipotle I've been to... read more

Gross! This place is so dirty and disgusting! I pray that I don't get sick from eating the burrito that I payed for! This was my first time at this place, I've been to many Chipotle's and have never seen such despicable conditions. We're never coming back! read more

Drove all the way there to get some lunch and sit down at the restaurant. When I arrived the man working at the front was being very rude, ignoring me for some time before I even put in my order. When he was finally ready to talk to me he told me that he was only doing online orders and that I had to go on my phone to order online in order to get my food. I sat around for about 10 minutes in order to finally get my lunch. Terrible service. read more

I made a order online and the wait time was less then 30 minutes I was surprised. The store was super clean and the Employees was following the protocol for COVID-19. This was the first time I saw the store so clean. The food was very good ! read more

Please don't shut this site down - but please get some management and workers there that might care a little bit about customer service and productivity. I love the products of Chipotle but this place does not do them justice. It doesn't appear they are following recipes as the food does not have the same taste as other Chipotles (Framingham, Westboro, etc.). They give a huge amount of rice with a teaspoon amount of the other items (salsa, sourcream, beans, cheese, etc.). I just wish it was possible to get the same item made the same way at each Chipotles instead of a personalized version depending on which site you go to. Please fix this site bc we love the original Chipotles product. read more

From someone who loves Chipotle and eats it once a week back in my home town, I came to this "new" Natick location I was THOROUGHLY disappointed. So disgusted and disappointed that I decided to write this review in hopes that their management will do something about this. I went here two days ago. The line was short, it was fine. I chose my bowl and noticed that the rice was a bit undercooked but I decided to proceed anyway. I get to the veggie part and see RED LETTUCE. I kid you not, the LETTUCE WAS GREEN AND RED. WHAT?! The guacamole was so brown and to top it off, they gave me an entire HALF OF THE AVOCADO. I understand sometimes when restaurants mess up, I've worked in the food industry for 7 years now but never have I ever been disgusted to this extent, this place is absolutely filthy. Do. Not. Recommend. read more

Avoid this location. Terrible staff that don't want to be there. Staff serving my wife slammed the counter when he realized they were out of veggies and his co-worker next in line apologized. I asked for a wrap on the side and the same guy threw it onto the counter next to my wife's food as my bowl was being finished. I asked where my wrap was because what he had given me looked like a piece of trash - crumpled up foil with the wrap also crumpled up inside. Proceeded to eat at a table. I had the new crane asade and it was over cooked and gross. My wife said her food was bad as well. Will not visit this location again. Staff was all in the back sitting on the counters on their phones when we left. read more

Location - Natick MA As a Chipotle lover I was disappointed at this location. Arriving at 545pm - you would think prime time - everything looked like it had been sitting out forever. The pinto beans were like paste, the queso looked like it had a layer of film on it (like it had been sitting out for a while and never stirred) and the guacamole was brown. When the server was scraping the bottom of the container for brown guacamole- I asked if I could get fresh guacamole and they balked like it was an outrageous request. The chips were chewy and super salty. I guess not all locations are equal - lesson learned. read more

Worst place. Ran out of lettuce. Inattentive service. Had to ask them to make veggies. Never coming back.

This location is the worst. Last month they had a money shortage so you could only pay by credit or debit which they told at the register. Unfortunately I only had cash. Yesterday I went in girl meets us at door and asked if I ordered online. Said there doing maintenance and you can't go in to order. WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS LOCATION. I live in Westboro and have never had a problem in the hundred times I've been there read more

ordered from Ubereats, so not sure who is it blame for the late delivery (almost an hour) and the wrong /missing items. And the burritos were cold(i live about 5mins away). Never again. My "large guac and chips" was a leaking container of guac, no chips. read more

Avoid this location! - I love chipotle and rarely write reviews but have had nothing but bad experiences at this location. The 1st time, I ordered ahead and the food still wasn't ready 15 minutes after pick-up time. No big deal. The 2nd time, they were out of barbacoa, lettuce and taco shells at 6pm on a Friday. It happens. Tonight, for the 3rd and final strike, I ordered online and while the food was ready and waiting on the shelf when I arrived, I got home to find a store employee had written "You r a loser - Jake A." in marker on the foil bowl cover. Not a capital offense but really? If that is how an employee would treat a customer (one they have had no human interaction with) then what are the chances they are following proper food safety protocols? read more

DO NOT UBER EATS HERE. I am convinced all the employees stand around looking at the order ticket for an hour just trying to read it. I have been to this store in person and ordered here before. Each time the customer service is the worst. Just ordered and it took 1:12 minutes to get here. And don't bother trying to call the store. It will ring for 3 minutes then the line disconnects. Also please reference the review that mentions actual LARVAE in their food. This place is not clean and a probable breeding pool for COVID. Overall, the workers & the food are absolutely sub par and I recommend boycotting this location due to their basic lack of decency. Honestly, how is this place still open???? read more

This review is specifically for this location. I love Chipotle and I am not one to complain but this chipotle was so unsanitary and the food didn't even taste good. Behind the counter was so disgusted with food ALL over the countertops and there was beans and veggies dropped into the brown rice that nobody did anything about. I was actually in shock. The food also had no flavor at all and the rice was soggy and the beans were so wet. They didn't wipe down any of the tables and there was food all over the floors. It was literally so gross. I wonder how they even passed the health inspection. I would be surprised if I don't get sick from eating here. I couldn't even finish my meal. The workers were funny but they clearly hate their job. I don't blame them, that place is a dump. Don't waste your time and money going here. Where are the managers?? read more

Food is great but staff is miserable. Clearly not a great work environment, the energy is bad.

Wis I could give this place 0 stars but I can't. The place is disgusting, the tables are full of the staffs food and stuff when you go in there. The staff is horribly incompetent and unfriendly. Every time I go there they mess up on something and sometimes I'll ask for a quesadilla for my brother and in the app I'll tell them it's a quesadilla and they make it into a burrito every time. When I call them on it they would act all rude like I'm the one that messed up. read more

"Order Now to Skip the Restaurant Line!" my ass. More like "Order Now, prepay with credit card, go to pick up your food and wait 30 mins while people who walk in get their food way before you and you can't leave to go elsewhere because you've already paid. I ordered online for a 7:15 pick-up. When I arrived on time, there was a line of about eight people. My order was not ready. So I wait...and wait...and wait... The entire line was cleared and they all got their food including a young mother with three children. More people came in later than me and got their food before me. I wait some more... By the time I finally got my steak salad, it was 7:45, and when I got home, I notice they forgot to pack my tortilla on the side which I had noted in my online order. The girl was, however, apologetic. She gave her manager's business card and said my next order will be free. Keep your $9 bucks. I'm not going back nor am I wasting more time to wait and talk to the manager. This store is the closest Chipotle to my house. I have been here about five times. In three out of the five trips, there was something wrong. This reflects shoddy management. Not going back here to waste more time and more money. read more

Chipotle Mexican Grill - Fast Food Near Me - Natick, Massachusetts

My wife and I have eaten at Chipotle from Ohio to Maine and always had good food. However this is not the case for this location and so worth a share. The bowl simply did not taste as good even odd. Noted was very dried out beans, steak, and guac. The quac did not look fresh at all. The green salsa was very bitter. CHICKEN was mixed in with my steak. Stale chips. Overall our worst experience at a Chipotle... read more

I don't do reviews often, but this Chipotle is literally horrible. I work close by, so I occasionally go either on my lunch break or after work. Every time I have a bad experience. There is not a single employee over the age of 18 and none of them know what they're doing. The first time I went, I was there right at 10:45 (I was on my break so I needed to be in and out quick). I was yelled at by a staff member that they weren't open. I said I was aware and asked if I could wait until they were ready. They did not serve me until 10:55. I needed to be back to work by 11, so obviously I was late. When I finally asked at 10:55 to be served, I was yelled at that they were not ready. They literally were all congregated in the back, chatting. Eventually when they were ready to serve me they did. I received many eye rolls from a staff member (a young Asian girl) when I was paying... I had a free meal reward and I didn't realize that guacamole was not included. So when i was still charged like $3, I asked. She rolled her eyes and said "I don't know. Here's the receipt." Didn't even bother to look. Yesterday I went in at dinner time (5:30). Only 2 people working as far as I could see. One boy had no idea how to operate register and kept asking questions to the boy making the food. Mind you, neither were over 18. So as the man is making my burrito, he literally puts a TINY amount of chicken on it. I don't get beans, so I asked for a LITTLE more chicken. Not a full size extra. He said sure. I was charged for a burrito with extra chicken. I asked why my purchase was more than normal, and I said, "is that how much it always is?" The boy awkwardly laughed and said yes. I said, "I don't think that's my regular price" (I go to Chipotles all over frequently and know my order total well). He just awkwardly laughed again. I was so mad- he didn't even speak. I asked for my receipt and he gave it to me. I said I didn't get a full size extra of chicken, and he literally stuttered and said "oh, well..." and trailed off. Oh well what???? I was charged for extra when I did not order extra. The man put a very small amount of chicken in my burrito. Not normal size. I asked for a tiny bit more. And I get charged for a full size extra??? Guac was SO watery and gross, they put peppers in it (which I hate, and they never do), chicken was not fully cooked. I am very upset and will never return to this location. There are plenty of other locations nearby with much better service. read more

Very quick service and the food tasted delicious! I was pleased with the staff as well.

I had the worst Service they broke my burrito and they wrapped it again and wrapped it horribly and is squishy and is broken in half. 1 star do not go to this location read more

Well me and my girlfriend decided to get dinner we went to chipotle one of our favorite spots we went to the Natick one usually we try to go to the Framingham one because the service at the Natick one is so poor but the line was too long so we went to the Natick one. The manager/cook is the reason for this awful experience we walked in at 6:30 normal dinner time i got a bowl to go white rice and when i got over to the meat the only choice they had was chicken or burnt hockey puck black beef jerkey looking steak and maybe only two scoops of it left. I asked the person making my food if there was any more steak and they said that the manager said not to make anymore so i got chicken because i knew my girl wanted steak. Then the guy gives me a little extra chicken and the manager goes is that a double and he said no and i also said no so after this whole thing we sit down and eat and more people come in he starts making all the meats as people come in. So i wonder why wouldn't you make all this food when it was dead because when we walked in it was dead but no he decided to start making it when theres a long line one gentleman even left because there was no meat options and then once he did finish two girls got back up in line so they could get what they came for. Overall it was a terrible experience and the manager or cook whatever he is should be fired everyone else in there was very kind and apologetic except for him he makes it seem like he doesn't want to have customers in the establishment read more
