This is the SLOWEST Chipotle on Earth. My mobile order was supposed to be ready at 5:50, the store wasn't even busy, and they didn't even start making it until 6:05, and even then only after I asked them about it and they pushed my slip to the front. They have a special station which I believe is supposed to be for mobile orders, and they always have the slowest person on it, while most of the mobile orders are made at the main station, delaying in-house orders. I've never seen a mobile customer NOT leave this place angry. Also why do they ask you for names for each item and then not label them? It's not easy to figure out whose burrito is whose, they all look the same! I used to marvel at how fast Chipotle staff used to work. Absolutely abhorrent cleanliness. I tried again today, but every time I've gone in for a pickup, there is food all over the floor, chairs and tables have food on them, and the kitchen and customer seating area is so dirty. I love chipotle and the food tastes generally good, but I can't order from here anymore (even though it's closest to me). I'm fairly certain I got food poisoning here and it ruined my weekend (but I can't definitively prove it was Chipotle). But I will say this place is dirty, there's food bits all over the floor as if it hasn't been swept in days. The forks were all thrown about in the serving bin, with some facing up and some facing down. The whole place was just dirty and the workers there felt like they didn't even want to be there. The woman that made my burrito must have been brand new bc the whole thing didn't even wrap up, she used two foils to keep it together. The food in general was just cold and... off putting. This 5 star review is focused on the manager Dakota! He is absolutely amazing! Any problem we have had Dakota always offers a resolution. Working at similar jobs myself not everything is the team members fault (being out of certain items, or wait times when busy) but it's good to know you have good team members who find a way to make the customers have a good experience anyways. The portions are like any other chipotle I've been to in the area and is an ongoing well known thing that some people are unhappy about but this location is local and have good hard working people and I hope chipotle acknowledges them for all their hard work especially during the holidays. More people need to take the time to leave a good review when the staff deserves it! read more

I ordered the currently advertised special, Carne Asada. The beef was bone dry and well done, there were no vegetables available, and there was almost no guacamole - barely a single serving - and it was the worst guacamole I've ever tasted - almost no taste at all. The person at checkout did not seem to be having a very good day. He was a bit abrupt when I did not hold my credit card just the right way to accomplish payment and almost threw my purchase at me. I observed that there was seating outside in front of the restaurant and available seats inside as well. I entered the restaurant with my family members and decided to get bowls. We approached the worker at the counter who just stared at us without asking if she could help us. This person was rude and didn't even say hello or greet me. This girl who was filling the rice bowl, said the guy next to her was deaf and that's the reason why he couldn't hear my spouse asking for certain items. The counter areas where they were standing at were all dirty with food droppings. Wow! Look at my photos. Placing my order for the white rice, I asked for extra cilantro on my rice. The girl just looked at me and said I don't have cilantro to serve. I told the second guy to add cilantro to my food and he of course didn't speak and according to the other female didn't hear me. The final individual at the cash register commented that his cilantro is emaciated and mixed with lime. He commented that he does not serve cilantro on the side. I told him I didn't want cilantro on the side, I want it on my food...on my rice. He said again they don't serve cilantro on the side. So I told him again. I don't want it on the side. I want it on my food." I can't do that. It's already mixed. I can't do that". Out of all the Chipotle restaurants I've been to, I have always been able to have extra cilantro put on my rice and put on my food. Why is this one location different from the other multiple locations that I've been to other than the fact that it's filthy? The vegetables with peppers were cold and not served hot. Been a fan of Chipotle for years. This is why I was so shocked and terribly disappointed when we tried the Natick Chipotle at Routes 27 and 9. 1. The place was disgusting and filthy. Especially the food serving station, the register station counter, and the preparation station counter. Filthy and food scraps everywhere. Looked like a bomb went off in there. 2. The food serving station's food containers were mostly empty or close to it. The food left in them looked like it had been them for days. The slight amount of lettuce left looked stale and not edible. 3. The so-called menu sign did not provide any details of what you were eating. The plant-based protein "surprise" substance had enough extreme hot pepper in it to burn down a building. 4. It was nighttime outside and NO lights on in this entire parking lot. It was unsafe while we watched bicyclists, walkers, and vehicle operators all over the lot and traffic lanes. It was difficult to see in the darkness. We have eaten at other Chipotles, but this one was by far the worst we've ever seen. It was so bad that we ended up barely eating the food and threw them out. Charged for the wrong food and the manager treated me like it was my fault. I'm done with Chipotlé for good. I went to the Natick location to go pick up some food after work and I was charged for a burrito that I did not buy. I had only purchased chips. The cashier rang it in and I was charged 23 but should've been charged 9 when I went back to go get a refund, the manager who did not have a name tag, and was concealed with a hat was extremely sassy and rude and made it feel like it was my fault . I would say customer service at this location doesn't exist so if you're looking for a pleasant experience, I would probably go to Moe's. Two horrible experiences with Chipotle in a week. read more

The rude manager of this location overcharged me $2.90 for cheese on the side of a bowl. None inside, but because it was on the side. "The company said we have to. It's more cheese." That is illogical. I have watched this same "manager" absolutely belittle his staff in front of customers, yell at a customer and throw their bowl across the counter because his staff prepared it incorrectly and he tried to overcharge them (heard the entire exchange). Update for owner who responded: I already submitted a claim to the URL you posted and received no solution, from Chipotle. Can you please let me know what would be different?! If I could give this place negative 5 stars, I would. This chipotle location was our last hope of being decent out of 6 in our direct area! So this is saying a lot. This location states it closes at 9pm, but every time we go the chairs in the entire restaurant are up by 7:30pm - 7:45pm (maybe earlier, but we haven't gotten there earlier than that to know). The employees are always cleaning up or standing around. There is only one person preparing orders and we never leave without a burrito that is completely torn open and so disgusting looking that one of us ends up not eating our burritos. Just this week it was a trainee preparing the orders and no one oversaw him. Our first burrito sat unwrapped and out in the open for maybe 3-4mins. There were 6 other employees just standing around. Then after he made our second burrito, they let it sit there unwrapped too. The (what I assume shift lead) told him "you gotta wrap the burrito. Don't be scared of it" and left the guy alone and he just stared at the burrito and walked away. We had already paid. Wtf? Finally a different employee came over and tried wrapping it, it fell apart - so he added another tortilla. A women who had come in and was not acknowledged for a good few minutes - finally got acknowledged and they said "we are working on your order" all while one guy was still trying to wrap my burrito and the other 6 employees were standing around in the back and in the front of the store. So who was working on it? The grills were already off and cleaned by 7:55pm - so it's not like someone was magically preparing other orders behind the counter??? We finally got both burritos in the bag. The shift lead came over with two bags of stale chips and said "sorry about that guys (while looking and making fun of the new guy)" and that was his gift to us for the "inconvenience". Thinking the new hire was the problem - when it was all of them. We had already paid for our food and the idea of spending another minute in there to argue about getting a refund in the moment, seemed impossible. We spent 20 minutes in the store (with no one in line in front of us) to leave with two burritos so cold, gross, and a complete mess - AND two "complimentary" stale bags of chips. Many people would think "working in the service industry is hard!" I agree! I worked in the food industry for 6 years. At a time when having your cell phone in your pocket wasn't even allowed. Also - another point! During NBA playoffs we've been here and the employees are standing behind the counter watching games on their phones, and not helping the people in line. But back to my point of food industry work... there are people nearby on their lunch breaks that spend a lot of money to eat at chipotle and they can't sit down to eat?? They too are service industry workers from the same shopping center, etc. Also, not everyone is fortunate enough to have a car to eat in, if they can't take it home or need somewhere to sit during their break because they took the bus to work. Think about that! A previous time we asked an employe why the chairs are up at 7:30pm, her response? "We close at 9pm" and acted as if closing the entire dining room at 7:30pm is normal, when the restaurant doesn't close till 9pm. Nowhere does it say "dining room closes at 7:30pm". It just says they close at 9pm This last visit was the last straw for us. We reached out to Chipotle corporate and their response to several complaints was "here is a buy one get one free burrito coupon". Wow! So, Chipotle corporate... This is the worst chipotle I have ever been to. Do NOT spend your money here. There is a reason it has so few stars. The food is so bland and tasteless that I literally thought I had COVID-19 while eating it. The chips didn't even have salt on them. One of them, however, was extremely salty. This review is specifically for this location. Otherwise, I am a big Chipotle fan. Here's what I experienced last month. Upon entering the store, it felt like the staff does not care about the place. It looked very unclean. It also felt like they did not care about the customers. I was there to pick up food. The app showed me when to go in the store and I went it. My food was ready and sitting there. But guess what! Nobody informed me that it is ready and nobody asked me the name on my order. I stood there for 15 minutes. The staff acted all busy and let me wait there without paying attention towards me. If they expect the customers to look for their name and grab the bag themselves, they should keep the bag in a place that is accessible to the people. But I can understand that, due to COVID safety issues, it may not be possible. Then, isn't it the responsibility of Chipotle staff to make sure that someone whose order is ready is not made to stand there waiting for 15 min?
