I am absolutely floored from my visit today at this Chipotle. Upon entering, there were five people ahead of me. The restaurant was also dealing with online orders as well. I completely understand that and am very patient and tolerant. This is our local Chipotle and even though there may be longer lines, they usually are fast at fulfilling orders and pleasant and friendly. Unfortunately when it was finally my turn, I ordered a veggie bowl and was told the fajita veggies were not ready and I would have to wait 4-5 minutes if I wanted them. So I stepped aside and allowed the two people behind me to go ahead of me. The third person behind me ended up being waited on and it was at that time that the veggies were ready. The employee continued taking his order instead of finishing with my order. The customer told the employee to finish with me since I had been waiting 'so much longer' than him. At this time there were now 23 people BEHIND me. There were plenty of employees. But they were disorganized and ran out of veggies and white rice and some meat (I don't know which one). So when I finished I asked to speak with the manager. BIG MISTAKE. Dayna Pruitt, General Manager, meandered up at a leisurely pace and greeted me with 'yes?' without making any eye contact. While I was explaining to her that maybe her employees need her help/assistance up front, she proceeded to hand me her business card and told me to 'contact them' and that she 'has a thousand things to do' and turned and walked away from me. She is THE WORST manager I have ever encountered in a restaurant. She was uncaring for her customers or her employees, she showed complete and utter distain for even coming out to talk with a customer, she was one of the most unprofessional people I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Ms. Pruitt is a horrible manager. Chipotle deserves to have a better representation of management than Ms. Pruitt. read more

This place is absolutely one of our stables. The food is always fresh, delicious and filling. I can feed our family at only a dollar or two more than McDonalds drive thru and not feel sick later! The chips are fresh and the mild sauce has just enough kick to warn you but the seasoning keeps you going back for more. The staff at this location tends to be fun loving and speedy. This is our home town Chipotle. They usually have ok service. Today I was the 5th person in line and it took them 25 minutes to serve me. They had plenty of workers but now direction. They were CONSTANTLY running out of meat, rice and vegetables. My Wife asked to speak to the Manager after our lengthy wait and she came out of the back. My Wife told the Manager the issue and her response was that almost all the workers there were new and that was the problem. My Wife commented that maybe she should check on her new employees and provide direction. By that time there was at least 25 people in line now. She told her that she had to many other things to do and if we had a problem then to complain on the Chipotle web site and they would take care of issues. We were not the only ones complaining. There were two other customers saying it was ridiculous that it took so long to be waited on. We will NOT be coming back as long as this Management remains. TERRIBLE management if you can even call it that. There were plenty of employees they obviously were lacking proper direction that the so call Manager (she was the General Manager not an Assistant) had no concern for the customer. This location will continue this terrible service because it starts with the General Manager. read more

This place was a true example of why Chipotle grill has problems. I saw more issues with glove handling in the short time I was there that I should have walked out. Regretfully I did not after a long day in Orlando but we needed something quick. It was anything but quick and certainly was barely warm. The terminology "magic glove syndrome" comes to mind. The gloves do not make everything fine just because they are being worn and they are not worn to protect the server. Gloves are worn to prevent contamination of the food product. Many people are better left not wearing gloves without proper training because the gloves give them a false sense of reality. I witnessed so many other examples of contamination that footage for a feature film could be possible on the subject in this place. I enjoyed the experience just for the entertainment of watching how often a mistake was made. Anyone with a weak stomach should consider ordering blind folded. read more

I ordered $23 worth of food around 4:15 PM online (not their busy hours) and the food was ready by 4:30 PM. I ordered two orders of tacos and one kid's meal. I never expect the tacos to be stuffed with food, but these tacos had a sprinkle of everything in them, so they just tasted like tortillas. Then, my son's meal was a cheese quesadilla with no cheese in it. There was also no drink in the bag that I ordered for him. When my boyfriend picked up the food, the restaurant was basically empty, so it is not like they were busy and in a hurry. I am seriously disappointed. This is not the first time this Chipotle has messed up my orders, so that is why I needed to provide my honest review. I will not be returning now after tonight. read more

Terrible terrible terrible. The few times I have ordered takeout from their end up waiting for over 10 minutes for an order that I called in and already paid for. Today I ordered one taco paid for it online and shut up five minutes after the time it was supposed to be ready. The food was not in the pick up area so I waited another 10 minutes in line as the clerk ignored me. I finally spoke up and she asked me if I had an email confirmation because she could not find my order. When I showed her my email confirmation she went over to disturb her manager who is happily eating chips at a table nearby. He murdered summers and she came back and said she'll make it right now. Another 10 minutes went by and then she asked me what I ordered. Seriously? A five dollar taco? And then told her I wanted to refund I had waited long enough and then she went to the back to find another chip eating manager. This place is absolutely awful. read more

After the employees had a yelling match over someone with no mask (the horror) they threw my food together and it completely fell apart when I opened it. What an awful experience. It's not worth even eating out while these employees scream at people non stop. The manager just watched. read more

Easily the best chipotle I've ever had. Super friendly workers, really fresh ingredients, cooked well and good portion sizes. The place was clean and staff was going around cleaning up after the very loud, messy group of adults and small children that decided they could act how they wanted to and be as loud as they pleased. Fortunately after they left it was a very enjoyable dining experience. Definitely looking forward to going back before we leave Florida. Only downside is the location, people drive really badly down that road and the turn into the Plaza can be a hassle. read more

take it from a previous chipotle employee, i went in everyday at 8 am to prep the food for the day, i can confirm everything is 100% fresh. even as a customer, i've been satisfied with food and service every single time. staff is friendly, food is amazing & now with the point system it's even better! read more

Trash is always overflowing, they are always out of at least three main ingredients and understaffed. It's been this way ever time I've tried to give them "another shot" hoping for new management or at least employees who care for a year. Not worth it and the overflowing trash out front makes even the Starbucks next door look like a dump. read more

Food here is great! I ate here on vacation and must say, chipotle is the best chain restaurant around. The prices are moderate and you definitely get a good portion. The entire staff is always extremely outgoing, helpful, and friendly. I definitely recommend adding guacamole to your meal, it's worth it. If you are looking for somewhere quick and easy, but also don't want to question what is in your food, this is the perfect place. You can definitely trust the ingredients here and the food being natural. read more

They're ALWAYS and I mean ALWAYS out of something! Queso,lettuce,salad dressing,rice,taco shells and soft tacos.... The staff gets so frustrated and unfriendly when you ask them for something. Like dressing or lemons or even a water cup ! They literally roll their eyes and huff and puff about it! They close too early! They don't give out enough food and cut off serving sizes to save more food from running out! And you get left with half of the food you're supposed to get! They're always out of spoons and forks and even napkins! The knifes are always wet and sticky! So sad a chipotle is run this way! read more

In the grand scheme of Chipotle's this one is average. The service was pretty bad when they first opened, but I think that was mostly due to the ridiculous amount of people that came at one time in the first few weeks of opening. Since then it had improved and the staff is quite friendly. My one complaint is the fajita vegetables are never, ever, fully cooked. Who wants raw green peppers on their burrito bowl? Despite that I keep going back because, thank the gods there is a place to cure my burrito bowl craving near my house! read more

This literally only the third time I've ever been to a Chipotle. The bowls are excellent. I find that it's just easier to eat and way less filling. Really enjoyed the carnitas and the chicken. Haven't had any other meat so I can't comment on those. I also tried the guacamole today and I seriously don't understand what all the hype is about. It's just ok. Just had lunch at the Mount Dora location...one of us had chorizo tacos and the other a bowl with carnitas. The staff is friendly (although they don't speak up); however, the food was not very good. The carnitas and chorizo were both COLD...probably won't be back. read more

My wife and I love Chipotle and go here often, however This location needs some changes to learn how to handle how busy they can get...there's usually Always a line to the entrance. They are so busy that they rush you through your order and ask you what toppings in such a rush that you cant even concentrate on what you're getting for toppings because they are not even done pouring first ingredient and they are already taking the next order while they still have your bowl in hand, the problem is that they literally are so fast at throwing things all together that you basically get a bowl of nothing. They are especially stingy with the rice portions. While we were there tonight we heard several people ask for more rice. they worry too much about how long the line is instead of being focused on the customer right in front them. Its fast food but customer service is still important....Good food, very cheap portions, and a rush job of your food. Some improvements needed in this location..its so bad that we are considering the drive to Clermont just to avoid this location all together... read more

I walked I to this chipotle 1) because the food is great -we all know it- and 2) because it's one of the places in Florida that practices social distancing, by "requiring" the use of the mask. There's a clear sign on the door that states a mask needs to be worn. So as I'm sitting here eating (because, in practice, we are doing social distancing), a lady walks in with no mask. I try moving my way around her, to be safe. Shame on her. But guess what? Only one employee of ALL the employees at this location was correcting people to have a mask on. Clearly, he's not staring at the dining area the whole time because he, just like every other employee, had things to do. It was clear that the other employees knew that were were people not wearing a mask, but only one decided to speak up. Shame on those people for not wearing a mask, but shame on those employees for not doing their job. If Chipotle is going to promote a product (part of the product being social distance practices), then the product needs to remain consistent. And no, the issue with that particular person not wearing a mask was never corrected. read more

I frequent this chipotle at least twice a week and usually don't have a problem. But tonight I ordered on line then went to pick it up. I knew was early for my pick up but figured I'd at least pay and wait for it to be done. When I got to the cashier the women just looked at me and said I was early with so much attitude that was unnecessary. I explained that I knew that and I didn't mind waiting. She then rolls her eyes. I got home with my food and it's the worst chipotle I've ever had in my life. All I could taste in my veggie burrito was salt. Idk if it was in the rice or what but I could only eat a few bites. Stay away from this location. On numerous occasions I have seen the staff deep the floors and garbage then bag the food with out ever washing hands. I went in tonight and ordered a salad after I paid, and he put the item in the bag I asked for dressing his reply "we don't have any". Why would someone order a salad with out dressing don't you think you should have told me that before I stood in line and you fixed it? Still no response, until I said hen I don't what it. His response " are you serious!" He goes and gets a manager who could care less. I stared the same thing you could let people know, he rolled his eyes and said yea thanks. Not one time did they offer customer service also got if they could fix something else or try. The staff have always been rude and chipotle should be ashamed of how they are treating the guest. Man oh man, was I craving some Chipotle in my belly. So what do I do? Go to chipotle of course. As I walk in the aroma just overtakes me, I am in my happy place. As I walk up I am greeting by the friendly, smiling, burrito baby makin staff. The greeting here is less abrasive than that of Moes, which I like, because who wants to be shouted at as they're trying to get their eats on? No I, that's who. Anyways, I get a burrito bowl and it's like eating the nectar of the Gods, my life is so complete right now. I am in what they call 7th heaven. Except I'm in 1st heaven, because chipotle is number 1! I never leave 5 stars, because there is always room for improvement. But this restaurant not need much improvement. This is perfect for Saturday night at 6:30. The staff are nice. Food is great. It's a nice-looking modern restaurant. I've been to this restaurant many times in several different locations not all taste same but this is the best chipotle have ever been to.
