I've had to drive over 10,000 miles for work in this past month and since Chipotle is the only vegan fast food i enjoy - I've been eating Chipotle nearly everyday. Out of the 30 odd states I've been in recently (and the dozens and dozens of Chipotles I've visited) I'd have to say this was BY FAR the best experience I've had! Did I happen to come in on a night when they were filming an episode of Undercover Boss? Like wth! This crew was seriously on top of it, running like a well-oiled machine! The store was spotless, service was ridiculously fast, food was nice and hot, burrito perfectly rolled. I'm not the type to leave reviews, but tonight was AWESOME. Go team! read more

The food was good doesn't deviate from the standard that you'd expect from chipotle. Giving five stars because the staff was really great and patient with my grandpa who is hard of hearing. read more

This is the worst chipotle experience I've ever had. Walked in with my friend 20 minutes before close to grab a bite a to eat after a long day working. We both were excited at first to see that they were still open. But they had started closing early, all the veggies were already on the counter and Explicit rap music was blaring from the kitchen. My friend ordered first a burrito which the boy working slapped together so ungraciously. Told my friend they were out of the veggies that sitting right in front of both us and refused to give them to us. He cursed at us both telling him "he's just trying to get out of here" rushed us through x5 speed. And charged us both for drinks we didn't order. We had just sat down to eat our "dinner" when he started barking at us that they were closed and we need to get the **** out of there. I will not be returning to this restaurant. Very disappointed in the customer service. Not to mention the food was by far the worst chipotle either of us had eaten. Garbage was overflowing and the whole room was enough to lose an appetite. I worked fast food for years in high school and I fully understand wanting to leave on time. But if you are going to serve people like this, I'm surprised that they even bothered to leave the door unlocked read more

Every time I go to this location it's filthy. There's never a clean table, greasy hand prints on the windows and dirty floors. The last time I was there their soda machine was broke and the air conditioner wasn't running. It was hot and muggy inside. read more

they will rip you off for a portion sizes if you order online. every time I get large chips I always get a regular if that. id go in person but the store is dirty. read more

Very nice burrito, met the standards. Welcoming environment, nice selection on making the burritos, anything you want is what they have; simply choice what you want and then you have a great burrito. Nice size. Big and juicy. Very nice. Along with prices not bad for what it is. Also got the chips and Queso, nice chips, simply chips with salt etc. and the cheese which was a lil tad spicy but nothing over the top. Overall nice burrito place read more

Very dirty and rude staff! Ordered a veggie bowl to go and came back to my office and the guacamole was so old and brown I had to throw it away. it's a-shame that the restaurant thought that this was okay! read more

Absolutely the worse. You have to stand of these people if you want your meal prepared correctly!

These have to be the most stingy people ever, like why am I not getting any rice at all and beans. they rush to make the food even if theres no one and they always give less that what should be given. read more

Very rude employees. I accidentally walked in with no mask and the 5 employees behind the counter came at me attacking and shouting at me before they even greeted me or acknowledged me as a customer. Where I live masks are not required so my bad but train employees to be respectful. Other people were in the store without them also. There are about a hundred different ways to address a customer and they chose an approach that will keep me and my friend from coming in here again. They also served me cold food. Y read more

The service is in absolutely no rush and even though there was no line it took us almost 15 minutes just to get our food. Absolutely terrible service do not go here. I love chipotle but find another location. read more

So I have been going to Chipotle on a regular weekly basis for a couple years now! They have always given me a Military Discount! The last time I was in the Dixon, Il restaurant they refused my discount because they no longer except it! I Had help calling in to ask the "Why" question (which I am also having help getting this awful rejection out there). The lady tells me that they no longer take it because Corporate, Management, and All are "cracking down" on giving discounts! The only discount they allow is to Police Officers! What?! Great, they deserve it because they put their life on the line locally! What about us Veterans that are/did put Our lives on the line for our Country in a Foreign Land! This is absolutely disgraceful! I am a retired Veteran of the 80's and i am Disabled as well! What is happening to our World! I will no longer be giving my money, time, or business to this Company! Chipotle is ridiculous to take this away from us! read more

So disappointed tonight. First time we've ventured out in two weeks because of the coronavirus and decided to support our local Chipotle. I ordered online and everything was ready when I arrived. Little did I know they totally missed one entire meal. How does that even happen? I called the restaurant and told them. I then asked for a refund or the meal to be delivered and was denied both options. They said they would write it down. That NEVER works. Last time I go there. Their lack of customer service when the state of IL is on lock down will be remembered. read more

I hate this place. they always act like every topping comes off their check. You pay for a full meal and come out with child size. I like the food, hence 2 stars read more

I love chipotle, and the staff at this location go above and beyond to take care of you. I really appreciate the little things, and they've got that down. I still want to try the Queso, but I've heard bad reviews- and I don't want it to taint my opinion. Steak salad with grilled veggies- is my always! Also, I love that they let you order a child sized chip, I definitely don't need a gigantic bag to myself. read more

My daughter and I stopped in. The place was clean. The staff was courteous, friendly and helpful. The food was hot and delish! Thank you for a positive dinning experience. read more

Chipotle--true story that when on Panera Yelp account. You were fantastic! In town for business and eating healthy. Not many options in a small Midwest town. Not only was Panera out of Flatbread after I placed my order and paid, THEN I was told they were also out of spinach. How does that happen at a chain? Asked for my money back and went to chipotle, who (without asking, I was totally chill and didn't feel I had a wait) gave me my dinner for free because they were sorry it took a few minutes to freshly cut the chicken. Take note Panera. Experience matters. You were knocked out in the ring with one punch. read more

The brown rice was under cooked. It was quite crunchy and bad. I tried 2 burrito, babracoa and chicken and both were ruined by the under cooked rice. Let the rice spend some more time in the cooker. Trust me, customers love it when you care about the them and the food you're serving them. read more

One of the few places that I can eat out and still get my veggies in. The staff is friendly and goes above and beyond to accommodate my ridiculous requests (raw fajita veggies, cilantro on the side). I do wish that the portion sizes were more consistent. Sometimes the beans and rice are cold. The romaine looks a bit "sad" as well sometimes. But overall, it's a healthy and delicious fast food option. read more

This is the first time I've gone to ANY Chipotle, so I was a bit intimidated by the vague simplicity of the menu board. Luckily, the place was fairly busy, so I was able to observe how everyone else ordered while I waited in line. The music was a bit loud, and the person taking my order seemed to have difficulty hearing me. She was very nice and patient in taking my order. I ordered two burrito bowls, a burrito, and two orders of chips and guacamole to go. The food was all very tasty, although the guacamole was a little too salty. Everything seemed fresh and very flavorful. My children thought the chicken was too spicy, but they liked the rice and beans. I would definitely eat here again for the convenience, healthy options, and flexibility. read more

Visit this location frequently. Getting more and more disappointed in it. First of all, they fill your bowls so slowly that by the time you get to your table the food is cold. They skimp on the portions especially the rice. There is one female employee in particular who speaks so loudly and over you that it makes me cringe when I walk in and see her. Two days ago she put wrong things in my bowl because she didn't listen. Too busy flapping her gums. May go back but it will be awhile. read more

I would much prefer the localized places as this one seems to have palatable burritos that are like 3/4 or more rice and a small amount of beef. For the prices that are not really low, I would hope for a better product. read more

I don't normally rate chain restaurants, but I have traveling to Moline for work for 2 months now and come here multiple times a week because it is very convenient to my work location and is a nice, quick option on my way to the hotel. I haven't frequented too many Chipotles and assume the food is the same at all of them, but it is definitely fresh here. I wanted to take a minute to rate this location however because I have been consistently blown away by service here. They always greet you with energy and remember your order. There is one woman who really goes out of her way to make your experience great. When she isn't behind the register, she is running around making sure the tables are clean and making sure everyone is enjoying their meal. I think she is the manager - if she isn't, she should be. read more

Decided to go there tonight, they had the nerve to serve us brownish guacamole. Mmmm, not pleasant. The lady there was so faceless, not even a smile in greeting us. The food we got was good though. Need to improve their welcomes and keep the guacamole fresh! read more

I've gone there about three times in the weeks since they've opened. There's not too much to be said... With a chain the food is going to be the same no matter what. I like the music and the ultra-modern look of the whole place. Because it's new its generally pretty busy, but it's worth it. You're going to walk out having eaten 6lbs of burrito and feel contented. The first time I went, the staff was pretty frazzled because they're all new, but this last time was much better. They seem to have a better idea of what they're doing. read more

I was visiting the Quad Cities and we stopped in and grabbed some take out to our hotel. Brooke waited on us and we loved her. She was so friendly and she did not skimp on any ingredients. The other 2 employees I did not ask their name they were friendly too but we mostly spoke to Brooke. The food was average Chipotle we did not taste a difference from Molines VS Chicago Suburbs. I went back another time and Brooke was not working but the other lady was friendly too. We were in the Moline Area for a week and everyone in the area was very nice. read more

The last few times I've eaten at this location have been a marked improvement since my first review. The portion control seems to be better as I no longer feel completely ripped off when I order a bowl. The workers have changed since my last review, but the new(er) ones are still super friendly, which is always a welcomed addition to any dining experience. read more

I have been there quite frequently and each time I'm there I've had a fabulous experience. The staff and manager do an amazing job very time I visit. Kudos to John for his very energetic personality. He's very good at what he does and makes you feel welcome and appreciated for visiting this restaurant. I love this place and the food is awesome and I can't get enough. Try the barbecoa bowl and or chicken bowl. Their chips and salsa are unique and the flavor is out of this world. The music in the restaurant is very relaxing and makes your visit extremely pleasant. I could actually eat here everyday if I could. Love the food and love the experience. Rock on Chipotle! read more

This is one of the worst Chipolte's I have ever been to, it cost me $10.30 for a burrito bowl to go, which was only maybe enough to fill a small child. I watched them make another one right before they made mine and the guy could barely get the lid on nothing extra was asked for another man came out to make mine and made it child size. I will never return to this restaurant again. read more

We ate at the Moline Chipotle today. We arrived just before they opened at 11:00 AM. The food is good, but not exactly cheap. They had the mood music playing so loud that the order taker and I had a hard time hearing each other. There was also a fair amount of noise coming from behind the counter, but I assume that is necessary. I'll probably eat there again, but probably not too often. read more
