One of the employees tried to get the manager to charge me for 3 steak tacos instead of 2 + 1 chicken. The manager asked "why?". He laughed and said because it will be more. The manager said no because my inventory will be off. They had this convo in front of me. Additionally - it's common knowledge that Chipotle is not generous with their protein distribution. But most of the locations put a fair amount on the item. This one does not do that. They intentionally put a very tiny amount like 3 cubes of protein on each taco. And I said "typically they put a little more protein than that" and she said we charge extra for more protein. But it was obvious it wasn't the standard amount. I understand people are more likely to leave a negative review than a positive one and this location has a notable lack of good reviews. The location will continue to get plenty of business due to its location and general brand loyalty. The other location a few miles down the road is better. read more

I go to a lot of chipotles due to my job. Love the food. This is by far the worse one I have to go to when nothing else is closer. It is consistently awful. The employees are rude and they give you such small portions. They are always out of ice or the fountain drink is out of sync. I once saw 2 employees screaming at each other. It is always something when I come here. night and day difference from this one to the one on Richmond Road. This is my very first, and probably last, yelp review I have ever done. Worst experience at Chipotle ever. Ordered $100 dollars of delivery, 1 of 2 bags came. The one that came was falling apart because everything spilled. The worst part is, we have literally been on the road for the past 5 days. Got to the hotel early tonight and decided for the first time to get it delivered to the hotel. After telling the delivery driver we were missing a bag, he said that's what they gave him and to call Chipotle. You can't call this Chipotle... THEY DONT HAVE A PHONE. My wife had to drive 10 minutes up to them (completely defeating the purpose of delivery), sat in line for 10 minutes, and asked for the manager. The manager came out as a complete bonehead. After being told we only got 1 of 2 bags (and seeing a delivery bag sitting behind the counter) he went and checked the system and said it looks like it was delivered. After my wife pointed out the unopened to-go bag behind the counter and asking if that is it, he got attitude and absolutely ripped open the bag and shuffled through our food (unwashed) to make sure it was our bag. After he confirmed it was ours, he threw it all back in, crumpled up the bag, and handed it to her. She demanded for a refund given the circumstances and was told to talk to corporate. As my wife turned with the chips to leave the manager gave a cocky and sarcastic "Have a GREAT DAY!" at 9:30pm at night. Did my wife turn around and cuss him out, completely out of her character and come back shaken? Yes. Did I consider doing something completely out of my character? Yes. Should this manager be fired or this location shit down given the constant poor performance on Yelp!? Yes. This has been the WORST AND MOST UNPLEASANT CHIPOTLE WE HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. I just came back from a ChrisNewYears trip to CA to cities where I grew up in and I ate from a business called Baja Fresh. Growing up, I loved their vegetarian burritos (now called a Roasted Veggies Burrito). I wanted to recreate that today through Chipotle. I have to state that it comes pretty close; however, this location let me down because they forgot to put lettuce and they forgot to put the fresh tomato salsa (Pico de Gallo). I felt that the green peppers were not cooked either in what they call their Fajita Mix (Baja Fresh roasts them, thus the burrito name). I was kind of disappointed paying $9.00+ for it. Ah well. The next burrito place I will try this at is Qdoba. Hopefully, they do not forget to put all ingredients in. read more

Online and their door states they open at 10:45am. This is multiple times now I've came here and they've not been open and not opened until after 11am. To make things worse when they do open nothing is organized and the waiting begins again. Once they got around to taking my order the lady didn't speak or understand English. My order was completely wrong and due to the multiple issues I voiced my displeasure to whom was the manager I guess. He told me they were doing the best they can and to take my business elsewhere. I calmly completed my order even though it was wrong, paid and left the restaurant. Several people behind me in line heard and saw the verbal exchange and left. My issues are simple, open when your time states or change it. Have people taking orders be able to speak English in an English speaking country. Respect your waiting customers enough to apologize for the poor service instead of chastising them and saying we're just doing the best we can. I wish I could say this was the first time I've had issues here but it's not. Chipotle is my favorite place to get lunch and it's unfortunate my local Chipotle simply isn't up to par. read more

I came here yesterday evening to pick up dinner for my partner and I. I ordered ahead for pickup through their website, and it was pretty busy for a Thursday around 7:30pm. This location has no order pickup area. You'll have to either wait in line as if you're actually ordering, or you have to walk up to the register and let them know you have an order pickup. I can understand why they have orders tucked away in the back for security purposes, but I think it'll be convenient for both parties if they have a designated area for ordering and for pickup. When I received the bag from the staff, the way it was handed to me, I ended up getting a paper cut on my left hand. I also didn't get any napkins or utensils like I asked for. Other than that, the order is accurate and ready at said time which I appreciate. This location has a dining room, outdoor patio, curbside pickup and free parking on premise. It's conveniently located near the freeway, which made them an ideal place for grab a quick dinner. I'd come back when I'm in the area next, and I'd recommend this place to anyone in the area looking for Chipotle. If you order pickup, make sure to walk right up to register to claim your food, and grab utensils on your way out. read more

I love Chipotle - but not this one. My wife and I ordered takeout: burrito and tacos. I was there to pickup 5 minutes before pickup time and it was ready for me when arriving. Delivery was easy and fast, though very busy and congested which was concerning given the COVID situation. Six feet rules were definitely not being followed...and how could they be with the lack of enforcement by employees? I wish the food could've made up for it but alas it did not. This was by far the worst Chipotle experience I've had - out of many. My wife enjoyed her tacos but my burrito...well... Upon unwrapping my burrito, of which I'd expect to be very tightly and neatly wrapped (because we all know if they're aren't, they will completely be impossible to eat), I found it had a huge, gaping hole, in the center. What??? Being takeout, I couldn't ask for a remake. I tried my best to eat it, but it fell apart horribly in my hands - rice everywhere. My burrito then turned into a bowl...not what I ordered. Chipotle is by far one of my favorite restaurants. This specific one underwhelmed me. First, they keep the door locked and they have to let you in. They do not allow eating in and the employees were not very friendly. The gal who made our bowls was talking about picking carne asada out of her shoes. Long day of cleaning and resting (somehow that is exhausting) and I'm hungry in the Hamburg area on the Friday night after Thanksgiving. Haven't been shopping yet but about to hit up a few stores for some things needed at home. Looking for something quick but not fast food. Gasp! A Chipotle! YES!!! Off we went. Not so busy (surprisingly), so the line was quick and we were eating in no time. Whew! I opted for a burrito bowl with the tofu 'meat.' It was.... quite possibly.... the most amazing thing in my mouth that night. OK, so we didn't eat anywhere else, but when you haven't had Chipotle in over a year (when it was previously one of your favorite places to eat), and you finally get some.... mmmmmmfoodgasm. This is one of the worst Chipotles I've been to. We placed a mobile order - it was ready when we arrived. We ate on the patio, which was spacious.The kids meals were a mess and the chip bag was very low. The burritos were fine. The bathroom was not clean, half the sodas were out and the staff was rude, specifically when asking them to correct part of our mobile order that was incorrect. 2 stars only because the food tasted like all Chipotle. I usually don't write reviews right after leaving places but I had to this time. There was a worker who was rude and kept rolling his eyes when people would order their food. He was pleasant 5 minutes before I got up to the area to order. He was rolling his eyes and huffing while customers were asking him to add stuff to their order THAT THEY PAY FOR! The line is usually long and the wait for orders placed on the app is very long at times but I'm just mostly griping about that one worker. He didn't have a name tag on but was older with gray hair. I was happy to see such a great health score as I walked into the restaurant. Then came the big internal debate of salad or tacos. I really wanted to try the chicken pastor so I decided on the three tacos (two steak and one chicken pastor), the tacos were already started when I was informed that they have do not have any chicken pastor. No problem, just make it three steak. I pay for my order and then go to fill my drink cup. None of the non fountain drinks are labeled but I guess they are Tea. Food was good, but the recent reviews are accurate -- the dining area was disgusting. All the trashcans, inside and outside, were overflowing. There was food all over the floor, and majority of the empty tables were covered in liquid. Near the soda fountain, it looked like someone had spilled their entire drink, because there was ice mixed into a giant puddle, but there was neither a wet floor sign nor anyone attempting to clean it up. They also had the music turned up so loud that we couldn't even hear each other talk at our table, and it was hard to hear the employees making our food as well. Rice wasn't cooked cooked throughly and I had to eat half the burrito to get to the meat. The cashier quite literally rolled her eyes at me.
