Chicken was fatty and the manager was a complete @$$hole. Very rude to fellow co-workers who just needed help. Very unprofessional.

The food was absolutely DISGUSTING for the umpteenth time in a row. Multiple pieces of chicken bone/gristle in our tacos and burrito and hard rice throughout. This store is a disaster, this happens all the time and I've had enough of it. I can't even recall the last time I ate here and it didn't have a major issue. In contrast I ate at a Quakertown Chipotle last week and it was the opposite experience so I know this is entirely on Lewisburg's lack of quality. read more

I dont usually leave negative reviews but man this location is bad. Whenever you walk in, the chances are they don't have ANY protein options. Even the rice will somehow run out. As a chipotle it is ridiculous to run out of the main food ingredients this often. And service is usually mediocre too. Most workers seem miserable and have an attitude. The portion size is usually small too. Somebody from management needs to get fired. It is unacceptable to run a Chipotle this way. read more

Horrible service I ordered a veggie bowl and they sent via uber eats with no veggies at all just salsa and rice and beans

There is a reason this Chipotle has a 2 star average on Yelp and so man negative reviews. It's the most unprofessionally run fast food restaurant I have ever been to. Let's start with the fact that it takes 30 minutes to take your order despite the line not being very long. The workers all move like they're in slow motion. Then you get to the front of the line, and the teenage worker tells you they are out of beans, barbacoa, and even guacamole. What kind of mexican restaurant doesn't have beans or guacamole? Seriously. I spoke with the manager Josh, and let him know how unprofessional this restaurant was. He told me 1) we don't allow phones in this restaurant and to put mine away. 2) he offered zero explanation and actually barked back at me that he can't shut things down for 30 minutes to make customers guacamole. Um, what? If Chipotle cares about its reputation, they will replace Josh with a competent manager and get this restaurant functioning again. read more

I just received the smallest burrito I have ever gotten from a chipotle. When I got home and opened the bag, I thought I accidentally ordered a kids burrito. Nope the order was right. I tried calling but all I got was a recording. Now I'm making a hangry review. read more

When they make the burritos they don't mix the ingredients so you have to eat each ingredient to you burrito one at a time. I'm sure they don't make it for themselves this lazy way. read more

Just ordered online. 4 meals, and 2 of them had hair in them. One hair red and in other meal it was black. Food never looks like the advertisements and is always less than advertised, especially later in the evening. read more

Are they deliberately going for the "still under construction" look? The walls have exposed screws and have the appearance of a plywood afterthought. With speaker cut outs, I can only assume it's finished. The floors are filthy, garbage cans overflowing and "stainless" tables that look like they haven't been wiped down. This despite seeing 6 people working with no one else in the store. Food was lukewarm, soda fountain out of order and alternate beverages (mandarin agua Fresca, lemonade, etc) nearly empty. Kinda depressing and very disappointing. read more

This is the worst Chipotle that I have ever been to. Lines were long, food was cold and the food was below par. Makes me want to not go to another chipotle again read more

This was my first time eating at this location. I tried the smoked brisket bowl. The brisket was room temp and mostly fat and gristle, not eatable. I was charged for quest blanco that I did not ask for and was not given. The little bit of guacamole I did get tasted good and had sizable pieces of avocado. The person serving me was attentive and apologetic. the person leaning on the register could care less, and took my money. The ambience was as close cold as the food. read more

Best experience. Veggies nice in hot, not a line and quick order. Every location at Chipotles is hit or miss with full choices. Sometimes you have to wait on a meat you want or they are out of veggies. And the guacamole isn't always nice and green. They do have the best rice and sour cream!! read more

Chipotle Mexican Grill - Every cup has a different message - Mexican Near Me - Lewisburg, Pennsylvania

The WORST Chipotle I have ever gone to and I won't go again. I have been to this location at least 6 times since they opened here in Lewisburg and they are terrible. Their food is always old, many times they don't have many of the ingredients, the cash register broke down one time and they were turning people away, and I went tonight and now I have diarrhea. It is awful. I believe part of the problem is management. I have never seen a manager there and the workers always all seem very uninformed and struggling. Tonight the girl checking us out said that many of the workers were sick. Am I getting sick now because they are not sanitary. It is just a disgusting place to eat and I won't go again. They need a new manager read more

Service sucks. I walked in to wait for my online order. After waiting for over 10 minutes passed my pick up time my fois wasn't ready. When the employee finally decided to start my order, she then chose to throw my food on the counter. She couldn't be any ruder. read more

This chipotle never fails to disappoint me. I have gone here many times over the past few years while being at Bucknell and I am dissatisfied 100% of the time. I go back hoping I might have at least a decent burrito or bowl and my hopes never come true. Often, their burritos are made to where the rice is on the one half of the burrito and the other ingredients are on the other half. Or their bowls are made with the amount of rice that could all fit on a single spoon full. In addition to their awful making skills the probability of you arriving and them being online orders only with a 30 minute wait is about 50%. If you are a student at Bucknell or resident in Lewisburg take the ride to Selinsgrove to get urself a good chipotle meal. read more

Mid as hell. My burrito was the size of a taco and I ordered lettuce however there was no such lettuce in my burrito. Skimpy servings and when I went in person I had to order quadruple rice to get a decent amount. Fine if you go in person because you can tell them to put more and more on but do not order online. Also 3$ more expensive than every other chipotle I've been to including DC and New York read more

I would consider myself a regular at this chipotle, and I am disappointed to say that I have begun to question my loyalty. I ordered a burrito bowl with the vegetarian protein option - sofritas. I am on a careful diet which strictly excludes beef related products. With that being said, one could imagine the horror upon finding this cube of beef in my "vegetarian burrito bowl" (pictured below). Not to mention, they forgot my partner's guacamole. Very upset. read more

Food very good, but the toilet is disgusting- dried piss on the seat. Ordered double steak and was happy with what I got

Got here at 8:15pm in Lewisburg, PA. They were out of pico de gallo, veggies, and chips. They barely had any food for their bowls and burritos. They were behind on everything. Very poor experience. read more

Untrained worker making the food today. Didn't know how to make a kids meal quesadilla. I ended up with some Franken-meal. Double carnitas order had less carnitas than the regular one I ordered. I pointed it out. She said it was right and didn't fix it. This is unusual as the staff at Chipotle usually knows what they are doing and make things right. read more

I have always liked this chipotle. Normally they do very well. But for some reason the last three times we came here we have always had to wait for them to make the dressing. Just seems a little odd. Then I asked the employee that waited on me I'll wait for the dressing which obviously not wanting to make it and made it very obvious and was very rude and kind of just shove things around while finishing my order. She obviously is very rude and irritated that she had to actually work. According to the ticket the host name was Beth. I'm not normally the person to complain, but her attitude and behavior were unacceptable and needs to be addressed. Thank you! read more

They put NO meat in the steak kids taco meal. I live far away so I called when I got home and all the lady had to say was a very sarcastic sorry. I asked if she was even going to try to fix it and she was nasty and said what do you want me to do drive the meat to you?? Then I said you could at least have offered to replace the meal next time! Out of chicken due to poor planning throughout the day, also out of mild sauce....ALSO person who made my burrito needs to learn how to do so. This used to be one of my favorite chipotles but since COVID hit they have been terribly inconsistent. Half the time they aren't even open during regular business hours and one can not find this out until they have already driven to the store. Sometimes it is only mobile order and once again you can not find this out until you have already driven to the store. Additionally the food orders are barely ever right and the portions are terrible and they are always out of guacamole. Also if you plan to mobile pick up leave yourself at least a half hour since they are barely ever ready on time. Hoping they are able to fix these issues in the near future and this can once again become my favorite chipotle. read more

This is the worst Chipotle in the nationwide chain. I keep giving it a second chance and I'm disappointed every time. I ordered a steak bowl tonight and the white rice was not completely cooked and crunchy. The guacamole still had half a whole avocado in it. To top it off the cashier appeared to be high and couldn't focus while cashing me out. The lack luster food is not worth the price. I was unable to be served food because I quote "they were to overwhelmed with online orders that they were unable to serve "non-online walk-in"people in the restaurant." Really? Yuk, place was filthy, garbage was overflowing, tables were dirty and they did not have enough staff on to handle the crowd. I ordered the tacos which they used tortillas that were too small for the amount of food that they put in them. They would have worked better if they hadn't put rice in as a filler first; left very little room for the small amount of meat and vegetables that came after. The queso was curdled and bland and the tortilla chips were stale. read more

Do NOT order online Catering from Chipotle! I ordered meals for 20 guests for a tailgate party and when we opened the catering boxes we only found chips and salsa - and none of the $225 main fajitas meal we ordered! I returned to the local store and spoke to the manager who was completely clueless and unaware that a large catering order was sent out missing the major entree component. Apparently there are no SOP's in place to check catering orders before releasing. I then had to request a refund through the corporate online system. The corporate response was to offer gift cards for future orders!! I ordered over $225 of food that was never delivered - guests were left without food - and received nothing but an offer of gift cards?? Only after INSISTING on a refund did I receive a credit for ONLY for the missing food - not even the whole order! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! NEVER AGAIN! I'm a flavor roller by any measure. That means I roll around in flavor. One day I went to this store. They gave me this kind of beige looking bowl and put a bunch of food in it. Let's put it this way. The food was full of flavor. It was so tasty. Imagine this, my friend William T. Culcleasure reaching for his spoon. Let me interject for a second. Bill brings his good old large wooden spoon with him. He doesn't use their plastic utensils. That's the way he likes to eat his food. It's a remarkable habit. Well, imagine this. Bill sits down, takes a bite out of his bowl. Mmm yummy he says. Then he says his catch phrase. "With such a variety of tasty and delicious flavors, surely there's a flavor for everyone to enjoy." Can you imagine. One of the customers came over and got a good old picture of Bill taking his wooden spoon, and stirring his burrito bowl all around. Then Bill gave him a good old fashioned week. And by gave do you mean Gabe? The name! Of course not. I meant gave. Well that gave me a chuckle. Imagine that. It's Bill giving him a good old fashioned William T. Culcleasure wink. Giving. Giving to him. He gave him a good old fashioned William T. Culcleasure wink. And then can you imagine, Bill poured a bit of Tabasco hot sauce on his burrito bowl. He stirred it all up with his large wooden spoon. The customer came over and took another picture just as Bill took a big bite out of some wonderful burrito flavors. Then Bill turned around and gave the man a good old fashioned William T. Culcleasure wink. He gave him a wink. Gave. He was giving him a wink. Giving. So that's all we have to say. Bill says thank you for a wonderful burrito experience. read more

I'm a huge fan of Chipotle and because I travel a lot for work, I have been to many Chipotle locations. I just had a chicken bowl (brown rice, black beans, mild salsa, corn salsa, cheese, and lettuce) from this location and I have never been more disappointed with a meal from Chipotle than I am now. To keep this concise, this bowl of food had absolutely no taste whatsoever. It literally tastes like there was not one pinch of seasoning added to any of the food, especially the chicken. If there wasn't the trace amounts of char on the chicken, all of the food would blend together in a mushy mixture. The only redeeming part of this meal was the guacamole, because it tastes the way it does at every other location, like all the food is intended to. But the rest of the food tastes like nothing. What a waste. read more
