Currently, living in Danville. I was going to come here with my attending surgeons to welcome one of the new hires last month. We opted for a different location but I had this spot in mind for a good summer evening. Came here with some friends on a Friday summer night for banter and brews. There was a beautiful stone patio with greenery and a lovely view of the sun and horizon as it set. The burger was tasty. A tad expensive at $18. The rest of the meal was pretty cheap. I got two beers and we shared a platter of nachos with the brisket (exclusive on weekends). Spent a bit over $40 total. If I could go back, I might get the brisket sandwich. $20 and you basically get a pound of meat on a roll. A friend got it. It looked delicious although I was happy with my meal as well. The food was pretty good but I think the real ticket is the scenery and patio. Definitely, consider it for your weekend meetup in the area. read more

A terrific find in Williamsport, about halfway on my drive to/from NY for work. Lori and I stopped to fuel up on brews and grub. First piece of feedback - the staff was very friendly and smiling! Thank you! Beers were good! I had the stout and Foggy IPA. Lori had a flight. Burger was awesome, had the one with Blue Cheese / Buffalo sauce drizzle, so many flavors! Excellent quality! We stopped in this past weekend and didn't know what to expect, as we've never had their beer before. We were pleasantly surprised at how good it was. We enjoyed sours and the wife got an ipa too. I ordered a tequila club, as I didn't want to get too full from beer. We weren't going to eat, but the chicken and waffles were calling my name. We are so glad we ordered them, as they were the bomb.com. The highlight of our visit was our server, Jade. I got the mac & cheese with chicken and then I got a peanut butter pie. I thought that the mac & cheese with chicken was OK. It didn't have that much flavor. I wish there was a little bit more flavor. The chicken had flavor, but the mac & cheese itself was a bit watery and it wasn't as Thick as I would've liked it. The peanut butter pie was pretty good. I thought it had a good sweet flavor and the peanut butter was definitely rich and the chocolate coating that they had on it made it really elevated. I definitely like that more than I liked the mac & cheese. I didn't try the drinks, but the drinks options did look pretty cool and pretty interesting but I think for food it was definitely a one time go for me. I might go again to try the drinks, but probably not just for the food. Overall the service was nice. The people there were nice and I think the ambience it was actually pretty relaxing just because it's right behind a large area of grass so it felt very open. You could see the patio outside and it was a very industrial feel where you could see directly how the different beers were being made so that was pretty cool so ambience was definitely a 10 out of 10. read more

Worst customer service by a hostess ever. Was first lied to and told that we needed to confirm our place in the waitlist. There is no need to confirm. It's automatic. We had 2 parties in front of us on the waitlist. after 1/2 hour and 4 parties seated we still had two parties ahead of us. I made another reservation in the waitlist with my husband's phone. His place on the restaurant's waitlist was put ahead of mine. The hostess stated she still couldn't do anything because that's how the system works. Would leave 0 stars if I could. There's always something a hostess can do when someone is standing in front of you for 50 minutes, you get them the next table. read more

Beer was only decent. The hazy IPA tasted more like a sour. The triple IPA tasted more like a Belgium. I like Belgium beers so it didn't bother me. I got the mother of cluckers. I misinterpreted the meaning as I thought it was chicken sliders with a side of mashed potatoes and waffles. Instead, the waffles were the bun and the mashed potatoes were in the sliders. Regardless of my confusion, this dish was really good! I thought the crispiness of the waffles and fried chicken blended really well. I got the hot sauce in the side and it worked beautifully with these sliders. The fries are disappointing though. Small quantities and it was soggy and not crispy. The place overall was cool. It was spacious and had outdoor seating. I didn't venture out to the outdoor section but I could see people playing games and having a good time. I think it would be a neat place to check out with your friends. The food and beer may be okay but it also could have been the items I ordered. I'm willing to give this place another shot. read more

Well muther clucker what a pleasant surprise this was! We had an excellent evening and dinner at this cool local bar with a sense of humor. Their appeal shined through from the fun menu naming, clean and modern atmosphere, and unique selection of food. My beer was really good too and make sure you ask them to show you their tots. They were crispy and delicious. The experience was enhanced by the quality service they provided. Cassidy was an awesome server with a smile, knowledge of the menu and great sense of humor. It's someone like this that really puts the restaurant over the top. Well done Jackass! I enjoyed the theme so much I had to purchase a shirt on the way out. read more

This brewery has come along way since it opened. Live very close and tried this many times back at the start and it was meh at best. Now the food menu is plentiful and the service is great. The highlight is they have add more variations of beers. Everyone does NEIPA, which was the majority of their beer menu, but recently I went and they have west coast stouts sours ales and largers. The nachos on the apps menu is great for a couple to enjoy while trying beers. The ambiance hasn't changed and I wouldn't want it too. Very nice and clean read more

We stopped here to try something we hadn't had before. The smoked meats were delicious. All very tender, moist and flavorful without a heavy smoke weighing the meat flavor down. We weren't a big fan of the potatoe salad side dish but that may be more of our personal preferences verse someone else's. It is definitely a great spot for getting a good bite of meat. read more

3 stars for food. Outdoor dining was very pleasant. Food was hit and miss. My Swiss cheese burger with bacon and grilled onions was delicious although served well done despite medium rare request. My wife's pulled pork sandwich was disappointing. Many pork shreds were hard and dry, almost burnt. Sauce on pork caused bun to be too soggy to eat without knife and fork. Guacamole was missing from sandwich. Friend's swordfish tacos were ok but fish a bit overcooked. Tri-tip salad was generous but friend just wanted a salad so asked to omit the tri-tip. Answer was "have steak on the side because price would not be reduced if we omit the steak". Other friend had Mac and cheese with shredded beef and said it was very good. I went here because #1 I like to try local craft brews, and 2nd one of my co workers said how good the Mother of All Cluckers were. The waitress was prompt and friendly. I went with a flight of beer so that i could sample a few different selections of their draft brews. My mind was already made up on what I was eating. The beer was very tasty as was the Chicken and Waffle Sliders, the mashed potatoes were a nice touch along with the bourbon syrup drizzle. Amazing location and large outdoor dining area! JABC is located right along the Buffalo Valley Rail Trail just west of Lewisburg. Their back deck is literally 10 yards off the trail, with easy access to park your bike for a pit stop. Service was prompt and friendly and the use of QR codes for menus were appreciated as part of their Covid protocols. The food was delicious! We had the South Philly fries, with the added chipped steak and were impressed. These fries were bursting with flavor and still remained crisp under all the toppings. We also had the caprese salad, which was fresh and enjoyable after spending some time on the trail. Both these items were served in large portions, which made sharing easy. My wife ordered one of their specialty cocktails- "I only Buy Organic" and is still talking about how delicious it was. Unfortunately, the disappointing part of the visit was the beer. I tried a flight and felt the offerings were very monotone without much depth. As with many new breweries, this is often common so I look forward to returning and watch as their brews grow. read more

As the name might imply, this place is a riot. The beer names and general attitude were awesome. The beer was good, but not great. I tried several of the IPAs, with the Foggy Doo being my favorite. My wife liked the El Burro Mexican lager, and also the cider. We didn't eat a lot of food, but we did have the Show Me Your Tots one time and chips with pico another. They were tasty and generous for appetizers. The bartenders were really friendly, and the service was great. The place is large and can accommodate a good-sized crowd. They also have an outdoor patio area with a nice view. We are in town a couple of times a year, and will definitely be back. read more

I was eating with my family and experienced the rudest encounter I've ever witnessed at a restaurant establishment. I saw the owner and a female staff member yelling at a customer and demanding that they leave the restaurant. When the customer went to leave, the owner started saying racial slurs to the customer and making fun of them. So incredibly rude, uncalled for, bigoted, and unprofessional. I will not be returning here ever again. I can't imagine what the wait staff have to deal with every day if their owner acted like that publicly! read more

This place is amazing. The food is great the atmosphere is great, the music is a little loud for my taste but I can deal with that. The service is wonderful. We ordered the appetizer called our chefs a little dippy and it was amazing I'd highly recommend it. And then I got the here fishy fishy which is mahi mahi tacos and those were amazing as well. I actually ended up ordering the hour shifts a little dippy appetizer to go as well. I definitely recommend this place and we will definitely be coming back. I wish they would sell the dip for their our chefs a little dip appetizer separately in jars to be able to take home. The appetizer came with celery and carrots and also came with warm pita chips. The dip has brisket and cream cheese and jalapeños and pico to Gallo almost together. My wife ordered the chicken and waffles meal and she loved it. I definitely highly recommend this place. I also believe the restrooms are very nice. They are clean and don't smell. The sink is pretty cool looking. They don't use paper towels, they have a hand dryer which I like. I am one of those people that uses a paper towel to open the door but luckily this restaurant has a foot pedal to open the door. read more

Really loved everything about this place. Each item on the menu has a cute name, which is so clever. It is located right along the bike path that runs from Lewisburg to mifflinburg so location is perfect. They were only open five days before they had to close due to Covid. They had a patio out back already so they simply added a whole bunch of picnic tables complete with umbrellas with lights to expand their outdoor seating. At some point, they will need to level out this area as they are fairly slanted. The food was really delicious, although took a while to come out. But, it was worth the wait. This local brewery is a definite must try! We love coming here, with and without our kids. The restaurant is right by a walking/biking path, so it's a great stop if you're out riding but it's also a tremendous distraction for our kids while we wait for food. We have 5 kids, so we can be a lot, but everyone at Jackass is so nice, I don't think we've ever felt so welcome. And the food is so great. We've had the burrata salad, the mother of all cluckers, the pork tacos, the barbecue platter and kids meals. All so very good! read more
